I love shopping with these guys. The website's very chic and elegant, unlike any other website in India. They have the most amazing brands and a very well crafted product line. I've been hooked on to them lately for anything that I need. Great stuff!

These guys have an excellent range of products on their website, better than any other in India. But, their logistics, delivery, sales service et al are quite shoddy. Seems these guys are still having some teething troubles. They have jumbled up my orders (as in ordered something, received something else etc), have made extreme delays (almost 2 months delay for my last shipment) and their customer care needs to work fast, a lot faster in fact. One advice, never pay in advance on this website, always go for COD.

I bought a tan mustard brogues from them, promised delivery time was 30 days as they said its hand made and made to order. Got the product delivered after 2 and half month to india which only materialised afte sending countless email. I live in uk, so had to wait 6 months to pick it up,,, i paid 70 pounds for it and was disappointed with the finish as the leather in the shoe feels cheap and light,, a goodyear welted process adds weight to shoe which strangly not so in this one. Morever crease appearing after wearing it once. The brand is knight bond rubbish. Got better qlty at cheaper price in shoe studio madras. Stay away from these crooks

I purchased a humidor from Elitify.com(Order No. *******), they delivered a damaged article and completely refused to return, exchange or refund. On the product page the return policy clearly says 14 days no questions asked return and i made the complain in 3 days.
Moreover the product delivery time was mentioned as 15 days and was delivered in 2 months.
How do i report to Consumer Forum?

For me, the customer service makes all the difference and that is precisely where these people grossly falter! They have quite an array of products but no proper sizing guides means you struggle with getting what's right for you. Add to that the lack of commitment along with terrible customer support and you have a recipe for total customer dissatisfaction! 2 stars only for the products!

Edit- Well! I've deliberately left my previous review as it is! When I wrote the review above, it wasn't with the intention to attract Elitify's attention or extract any benefits. I was genuinely upset. But as it turns out, they were sent a notification pertaining to my review and I received a call from their top guys expressing their apologies for the experience I had with them. Won't go into the details but I can tell you that they genuinely attempted to make up for it and succeeded in doing so! I reiterate, the customer support makes all the difference, and it was truly the case here as well! Got my product through expedited delivery, and I absolutely love it. Cheers!

Let me just highlight the pertinent facts:

A. Order placed on June 29,2017 for two identical items and payment made: was indicated that the order would be shipped in 14-21 days.

B. No update received by July 20, the end of the 21 day period. No number to reach them on (their website does not have a contact number and the number that a Google search yields is unreachable) and prior e-mails dated July 17 and 18 enquiring about the status of the order continue to remain unanswered (apart from the automated 'we will revert' responses).

D. An email indicating that legal action will be taken is sent by me on July 20 and a response is received from Elitify on July 21 indicating that the order has been handed over to their shipping partner for delivery.

E. The order is received on July 27. However, when the package is opened, only one of the items ordered and paid-for is in the package. My emails over July 29 and 31 requesting for an update on the other paid-for item go unanswered.

F. On August 10, an email is sent from Elitify indicating that the second item can not be delivered and that money will be refunded. I immediately respond asking them to kindly process the refund. Am now awaiting a refund and keeping my fingers crossed.

Net net, please order at your own risk and if you have unending amounts of patience. To me, the whole exercise reeks of dishonesty and malafides - never going to shop from them again.

DONT ever buy from this place, they take your money, DONT deliver the product and when you call to ask about the product or return your money they come up with excuses and LIES! I WOULD SUGGEST GO ANYWHERE BUT DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO SELL THE PRODUCT THEY PROMISE AND DELIVER!

I've shopped in the US for a while, bought a couple of handbags and shoes from Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, DKNY etc. When I came across Elitify, I saw the same products at 2.5- 3 times the rate I purchased it for back in the States. It's ridiculous! A Ralph Lauren bag I purchased there in the US was for 12K INR and the same is for 33K here. I don't recommend shopping on Elitify for sure. A complete rip-off!

I ordered a digital turntable that I wanted to give to my friend on his 40th birthday. First, I was amazed to see that they such unique products at really good prices. Since you don't really find such things easily in India, I was quite surprised as an expat living here for the last 2 years. Their site said 14-21 days delivery, however, I requested it to be expedited and delivered by Sep 20 (order placed on Sep 10). I was pleasantly shocked that the product arrived on Sep 15 with a beautiful packaging and a handwritten note wishing "happy birthday". When I called to inquire how the box arrived so quickly, they said they expressed the shipping from the US for free since it was a birthday gift and they didn't want to take a chance and spoil my friend's birthday. How thoughtful. Who does that? My friend loved it and I was absolutely delighted.

I'm surprised at the some of the comments below since my experience has been completely opposite. I found their service to be immaculate, much like Zappos.com in the US, which used to be my favorite shopping site in the US.

Since then I have made a couple of more purchases and the items have been delivered within 48 hours. I couldn't resist a Coach and Michael Kors bag as it was even cheaper than what I would pay in the US when I was living there. I'm happy that I found a destination that I can shop from that I can trust and rely on like I did back home.

I purchased a couple of products from elitify. Everything seems to be original. Atleast the ones priced under 5k.

Recently I purchased a ted baker bag on discount. The product arrived well packed but had scratches all over and one long visible scratch. I got the bag to gift it to a friend. I'm glad I dint directly give it to her without checking.

I wrote to them stating the same and asked for a replacement. After a late response they said it is very unlikely that their product is damaged and asked me to send a picture. It was very clear that the bag was on sale because it was damaged but they denied that obviously.

NO RESPONSE again for a long time and then they asked me to pack the bag and send it, after checking they said they might replace it if they think its damaged. I dont understand whats there to think when it has so many scratches. And if the initial response itself took so long, I'm not even sure if they will respond or replace the bag once I send it to them.
Very disappointed in the customer service.
