I purchased the charcoal silk duvet cover and pillowcases from ElleSilk, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The material is divine, soft, and luxurious. The quality exceeded my expectations. Customer service was also exceptional - prompt responses and helpful solutions. Highly recommend ElleSilk!
Extremely poor quality silk! I've been using silk bedding for over 20yrs and never had silk pile before. Elle silk does pile - makes me wonder is it even real silk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Worth paying a bit more for better quality silk from another company.
I ordered a silk nightgown for my wife from the website and am now stuck with an oversize item I cannot return.
The main problem is that most of their clothing is dispatched directly from China and there is no return allowed. This is not stated on the homepage, the product pages, the ordering or transaction pages. It is in the small print on the returns page.
The second problem is that they also lie to Chinese customs by indicating this is a polyester item, and it seems genuine silk to me. But, this potentially means that buyers may be held to account for import duties.
The third problem is their sizing is all wrong. The 'Medium' I ordered stated that it was size 8/10 for a woman. It is not, it's a 14 minimum.
So, not only do they not accept returns, but their sizing means that returns will be inevitable. Except they won't admit them. Which is also in contravention of Trading Standards.
So, you have a company that can't measure properly, lies to get through customs, won't accept returns of clothing and are rude when it comes to customer service. I think that should be enough reason not to consider them again.
I am normally careful when it comes to this kind of purchase... and I did take care. But even then their deliberate hiding of the truth about their service meant that I was taken in.

The silk pillowcase is exactly what I wanted. It is of the highest quality. Very easy to insert my pillow into and easy to clean. I highly recommend it.
I have ordered 6 pillowcases from ellesilk, high quality of the silk, 50% off the price! They are beautiful, soft and really silky. I will definitely buy from ellesilk again!
THE BLANKET IS AMAZING, UNBELIEVABLY SOFT AND WARM, and makes me pumice and cream up my hands and feet or I can feel the skin flaws catch on the fabric. This is AUTHENTIC, FABULOUS, RIDICULOUSLY TOUCHABLE and I hate to get out of bed and leave it behind me each morning, so I have taken to wrapping it around me and working in bed instead of at my desk when I work at home, especially on the cold days, although it is an all season blanket, so you could use it all year round.
The sheets I received were great quality, and the parcel tracking was great! Was worried bout payin 300, over internet, but wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.
Please do not buy ANY plus size nightgowns as they do not make them true to size and cannot be returned. I wanted a beautiful one for our anniversary and now I cry because the top of the gown is for a size 14 and the bottom a 18. SOOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!

Package(night gowns) arrived on time. It was a gift so I have not actually seen them but I didn't hear any complaints from the recipient.
Bought two silk pillowcases and love sleeping with them! Easy to wash and so soft! I'm thinking of buying them in other colors.
Natural silk comforter. Love it so much. I used it for a week and feel great, light and soft, better than anything I have ever experienced.

I too got caught for import costs. The pyjamas were massively bigger than ordered, Elle Silk refused to change them
My pajamas arrived before the estimated delivery date, and were the softest, most wonderful material, and the fit was right on. They are wonderful!
This company is a fraudulent company. First of all, they are posing on instagram as if they are located in Oregon, Portland USA. When in actuality they are located in China. Not to mention stringent and archaic rules when it comes to return/exchange. I placed my order on 02/15 and did not receive the item till March. My pants for the pajamas were too tight, i asked if i could exchange just the pants and keep the top. They refused saying i have to pay to get a mixed order, i said okay. Fine, i will just get a size up in both top & bottom, that was another charge. Which i agreed to. I only found out there are actually located in china when it was time to return the package. That did not deter me nonetheless. I sent my package and it took a little over a month for the item to get to china considering Covid and how slow the post office works. Mind you, on their website it says i have 30days to return from the day the item got to me. This fraudulent company said i MUST ship the item by march 11th. Found that ridiculous but did it anyway. Only for the item to get to the company and i am being charged for stains and creases. Like how, I never wore the pajamas outside when i tried it on, additionally this item was in transit for a whole month, you don't expect for it to get wrinkled? Like be real. I actually paid USPS extra to treat the package as fragile but again i am not there to make sure that they do. So this company wants to charge an additional $90 for the pajamas. This is aside a $75 already have to pay for the exchange, making the total over $300. I never even asked for a refund, i always wanted an exchange because i really want the pajamas but at this point i honestly need a refund. Like its crazy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
