I purchased a knife from them. It turns out I purchased the wrong knife. I sent it back for an exchange. They sent me an email that they received my knife but then no word from them in almost a month. I sent an email telling them I would be out of the state for a few days and asking them to send it to another location if possible. Two days later they sent me an email informing me that they shipped my package that day - this was 2 days after my email that they shipped the package.
Well low and behold, the package gets stolen because it sits outside my house for days.
Now they only occasionally respond to my emails and they do not directly answer questions that I ask.
I am definitely fed up with this business.
My recommendation is to buy their products thru a local distributor. I had done that with the first knife I bought and was pleased. That business closed down so I bought from them directly. Lesson learned.
