“Don't go with emmer!”

Biggest mistake of my life hiring emmer to sell my parents house. The buyers realtor also worked for emmer. Conflict of interest. He's supposed to get me the highest price while the guys who works for him is trying to get the buyer the lowest price. This is actually illegal in some states.
