Wanted to surprise my now finace with a proposal trip and have a nice outfit for her without giving the surprise away. They were great for sizing and quality. Happy guy. She said yes.
Tried returning a dress within a week of receiving it I t arrived with a defected zipper. It's been 3 months & still no refund. Was forced to open a case with PayPal because my emails were not returned with any info on how to proceed to return it. All the kept saying was it was shipped out in perfect condition even though I provided photos they requested to see. Literally sent a dozen emails. Horrible experience. Terrible quality of the dress
This is hands down the BEST online store in my experience. I have ordered from their company numerous times and every time they have succeeded my expectations whether it is the quality, speedy shipment or their excellent customer service. I love shopping at Emprada, very nice collection of women and men's clothes as well as brand name outerwear, handbags and accessories. They also have great prices compared to others with the same brands and free shipping above $195 all the time plus they send 10-20% coupons by email frequently. Excellent customer service and easy returns. Highly recommended.

The clothes are really cute and and what you see on their images is what you get. The quality is AMAZING, prices are good and shipping is extremely fast. Customers are responsible for the shipping of their returns, and if you follow their returns instructions you won't have any problems. I've sent back numerous dresses and have gotten my full credit for them all within 2 days of receiving my return.
They have the measurements of their model and what size she is wearing on each dress which helps a lot in figuring out your size.

This was my first time to shop here and I was needed to get a dress for my birthday. I didn't have time as I needed it to arrive at the end of the week. I reached out to Customer service and they helped pick the correct size depending on my measurements and they also recommended the express shipping option. I received the dress in 2 days and it was perfect sizing and great quality and I got many compliments on my birthday.
Got my gown today and I was to freakin happy with the quality and the fit, honestly i can't describe how amazing it is. It looks like i spent over a thousand dollars for it but i got it for a fraction of that price
