Tried returning a dress within a week of receiving it I t arrived with a defected zipper. It's been 3 months & still no refund. Was forced to open a case with PayPal because my emails were not returned with any info on how to proceed to return it. All the kept saying was it was shipped out in perfect condition even though I provided photos they requested to see. Literally sent a dozen emails. Horrible experience. Terrible quality of the dress

Have been purchasing from Emprada for years. Always fast shipping even when using the free standard shipping option. Quality is outstanding and items always fits perfectly. Never had any issues and always received my items on time. Customer service answers within 1-2 hours. They often send out emails for discount codes which makes it very convenient.

I have ordered over 20 times from Emprada in the past 12 months and their customer service has been perfect every single time.
Items fit true to size, look amazing and are very good quality, returns are easy, questions are immediately answered.
Items maybe a little more expensive but for my peace of mind knowing that the quality is always amazing every time and if I have issues, they will respond immediately to get the issue taken care of. Also it is worth it to me knowing I will Not be scammed like the majority of online websites.

First and last time I will ever order from this website. It will take them 14 business days before they ship out the items purchased. With that being said, if you place an order make sure you order at least three weeks in advance and keep your fingers crossed that you will like the items and they fit because you will not be able to get a refund on your returns. Also, keep in mind that you have to pay for shipping on any returned items. Cute clothes, but not worth the hassle of dealing with horrible overall service.

Honestly. I've been shopping around online for a while, but I have never received such good customer service like I do with emprada. I email them right away to make sure I picked the right size and they always answer me. I've been buying from them every week, literally. They take care of you on the spot. I purchased an item from Emprada, it was a nice sequin dress for New Years Eve. When I received the item it was the incorrect item. They did manage to get the new item expedited to me - which was great, but the correct item fitted horribly. It was improperly sewn and there was no adjusting the item. I had to wear something totally different for New Years Eve. Now this company that takes refunds if an item is not worn and the tag is still on it is not taking an item back that was not worn and still has the tag on it. They told me this is a special situation. I have no clue what they are talking about. I did send them a photo of the dress on me which hung horribly, could it be because I am a black female? I am questioning exactly why is it a return policy that works for everyone - does not work for me. Can someone explain this one to me.

Emprada is a scam. I bought dresses what 400 plus dollars. I received my item yesterday. The quality of their clothing are too poor. On their website they offer 30 days return but Emprada don't return emails or send return label. I have sent 9 emails to them no respond. Please don't waste your time and money buying from Emprada. Poor quality material. Dresses looks good on website but are rubbish when you see them. Waste of money

This company does not provide a phone number to contact them. They sent me a defective product that I wasn't aware of until after I put it on then replied with a rude simple email about no refunds. This company does not stand behind their product and obviously is just after taking your money. I will be requesting a refund for fraud from my bank.

I have purchased clothing from this store and can confirm the quality of their items is SO cheap and not worth even 10% of the price tag. Total scam. Do not recommend it. I invite anyone to really look at the quality of the materials and you'll see that you can find a lot of their items in fast-fashion websites for a much lower price.
I would give this company zero starts if that was an option. I bought a $400 dress from this company and immediately returned it the second I tried it on and the sizing was completely off. I received store credit which I did not need considering their biggest size did not fit. I reached out to customer service several times since December 2022 with no response and it is now March 2023. They have their website blocked from reviews so they can publish only positive ones! This company is an absolute joke! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
Be aware! This company takes your money and doesn't refund it no matter what even if the cloths don't fit. They don't care, they want you to keep the items or get a store credit and you have to pay for the shipping too when you return it. Why would anyone want to shop at such a place. I don't want a store credit I want a dress that fits. If it doesn't fit me right then I should be able to return it for a full refund so I can use that same money and buy a dress that fits me somewhere else. I should not be out of that money.

SOOOO, I've been reading all the reviews and I have to agree on the return policy being a mess. I bought a dress and absolutely loved it, but it was to big, I bought another one immediately in the smaller size thinking I'd be getting the money for the first one returned to my bank card...WRONG, I got a gift card for my return, minus the $9.99 shipping and I had to pay $9.99 for the return label on the return so i was instantly out $20. Just be aware of the return policy that is clearly on their website, All the pretty clothes will distract you from paying attention to this important part of the shopping. LOL

Ordered a gown - it was too big. They won't let you do an exchange- you have to return it and place a separate order - problem with that is I had a 20% off code with the first order and they won't honor it with the 2nd order- even though I EXCHANGED it - didn't just return it! Also - BE ADVISED - you dint get a refund - you get a gift card to their site. Problem with that is their sizes are NOT consistent so when I try to use the gift card I'll be screwed again if it doesn't fit. That said - I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the gown is beautiful. Just not worth the hassle because of their sizing and their policy about discount codes
