We've been covered by Endurance warranties on 2 prior vehicles and just signed up for our third. The customer service and value of the plan are superior and the coverage is the best I've found out there. I highly recommend Endurance warranty coverage.

Seems like a scam which it is. Just another way to get money outta peoples pockets. Future customers be smart and use common logic. Only great experience I had was with the last representative that helped me cancel my membership. She was very nice, and sounds like she was beautiful!
Your place is a big scam just like the rest of them. You guys don't pay nothing and you lied to people when they're signing up for your warranty. I think it's downright disgusting that you can take peoples money and then just tell him that you can't cover it's ridiculous, bad bad customer service I would not recommend this to anyone

Rep acted like she didn't want to be bothered, barely answered questions.No concern@ all. Not professional. Rude and had an altitude…. I just wanted to hurry off the phone so I cut my questions. Should not be greeting anyone in business. Awful.
Took 3 weeks of phone to get claim filed due to poor phone service. Claim was denied for failures to recognize use of superior oil and change intervals. Called to cancel contract, nice lady said she would approve, sent back to someone they cancelled again. I canceled again still have not received refund, which is only 30% of premium paid, claiming there was coverage. BS, never intended to pay claim. Endurance should be shut down by the state govt, they never intend to pay claims evidenced by the way contract is written, allowing them to knit pick their way to not pay claim.
I broke down, called your office for a tow. They could not find my policy. I called a friend to help me. It's funny how the premiums are coming out of my account each month but your service department sucks. I called a different number after I got settled and got it straightened out but broke down in 95 degree weather with a dog inside the truck was not fun nor acceptable

I called twice to try to cancel both times they said they would defer payment I in between jobs and just cannot afford it and then they run my card. I called to say you said you were going to defer it and they said no they did not say that, a complete lie, extremely unprofessional Monisha could've been a lot more friendly and they were pretty much calling me a liar on the phone and now there's A 30 day process to attempt to get my money back very ridiculous
I called to cancel my Endurance aftermarket warranty on my car since I traded it on a new car. I finally got through to him that I want to just cancel my policy. He said he had to send me an email with an attachment that I could fill out and send back to him which was there only accepted way to cancel a policy. Problem with the attachment is that is a PDF file which I am not able to modify and I'm not able to print and therefore I am not able to cancel the policy. This is as I can figure out a way for them to drag out my policy after I don't need it and collect premiums. I'm 75 years old. I have limited resources as far as printing or modifying PDFs and they know it and they're gonna get their last bit of money out of me no matter what. What a horrible way to do business. I would not recommend these people.
Our car was totaled so I cancelled on the day my payment went thru which it was pending when I called to get my payment stopped or refunded and since then I have been told it takes 5 to 6 weeks so I have waited. Called today and was told wasn't getting it. Dosent seem like people know what is going on up there
I was not told about how to do tow service and now they will not reimburse me for my bill. I am very disappointed in not being told this when I signed up. I am out $125 now. Also they took payment out a month early that left me in a financial bind. I was told it was all set up before I closed conversation with customer service. He said any problems call him and now I can't reach him or talk to him. I really liked working with him too!
I I have been trying to get my refund since March 20 24. It is now September Third they claim checks have been sent out. Call a week after still no checks I call again same story. Still waiting
Endurance doesn't honor their contract with their customers. I needed car repairs twice on my vehicle. And both time the parts that I needed was covered under the contract but instead of them paying for this claim. They came up with excuses to not pay. I wouldn't recommend Endurance poor service. And they don't honor the contract!

I have had a frustrating experience with Endurance over several months, and I am shocked they are still in business. Their business model seems designed to profit from loopholes rather than fulfilling their obligations.
Issues with Endurance:
Overpriced: I was paying $170 per month for a plan that I later discovered I could have gotten from Car Shield for $125. I chose Endurance, believing they were more credible.
Misleading Information: When inquiring about their services, they present appealing options but later use contract language to deny claims. For instance:
Free Oil Changes: They offer this, but only with a $50 cap and a limit of three per year.
Refund Policy: Their "full refund" is actually a pro-rated refund, and only if you cancel your plan (which cannot be due to non-payment). You must also submit a notarized cancellation request.
Coverage Denials: They denied coverage for 17 out of 18 needed repairs, including my rack and pinion, which they were supposed to cover. They claimed it wasn't included due to a leaking seal, despite their website stating they cover rack and pinion issues.
Poor Customer Service: The representatives were rude, arrogant, and dismissive in our interactions, which only added to my frustration.
Overall, my experience with Endurance has been disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

You suck! Reading repair invoice and contract. Parts that are covered aren't covered. Am on phone at this moment to find out why they were not covered, and to cancel. Why pay you for a warranty when you don't cover what I pay for?

My initial call to Endurance made me feel as though I picked the wrong company for my extended warranty. It was not until I asked to speak with a manager that I realized that the policy was not the issue, it was the lack of good customer service; which I hope that my experience was a used as a teachable moment for the customer service representative who could have caused Endurance to lose a customer. The manager was able to look into my experience and provide an excellent solution to my circumstance. I want to thank the manager for listening and putting the customer first.

This morning I called and was connected to Max as I was planning to cancel my policy. He was very calm and understanding, despite the fact that I was about to cancel my policy. However, he decided to advise me to check with my dealer to see if they accepted the new insurance before canceling. I did, and discovered that my dealer did not have a good relationship with the other insurance company. I am so happy that he saved me from future problems. Good customer service Max!
