We've been covered by Endurance warranties on 2 prior vehicles and just signed up for our third. The customer service and value of the plan are superior and the coverage is the best I've found out there. I highly recommend Endurance warranty coverage.
Good explanation of policy EXCEPT agent Failed to mention 1000 mile requirement, Only mentioned the 30 day waiting period. Opened account 9/5/24 but digital info received yesterday 9/17/3024. Looks like. I will cancel. It is not in the interest of the Consumer, only your company.

They filter out the bad review and auto generate positive ones. Company is a scam just simply text in the google search "Endurance car warranty scams". The repair facility I used for my repair produced the proper documentation for my policy to be fully covered. Endurance denied it. The repair facility once again followed up with more documentation and endurance backtracked and was making up reasons to deny the claim. Put money back each month as a nest egg PLEASE do not allow endurance to steal from you like they did me.
I bought a repair contract for a 2010 Jeep Patriot directly from Endurance. I was promised the world and told "this was the best investment in my car I could make". I thought I was buying peace of mind that I would not have to pay for a major repair. When it came time to submit a claim Endurance hid behind a 3rd party administrator. The 3rd party approved $1200 of a $7000 transmission claim. Their reasoning is the car value is only $1200 and that is the maximum amount they can approve. I complained to the 3rd party. I protested that I should not have been sold a contract for a car not worth enough to obtain approval for a transmission repair. The 3rd party said that was my problem and I had to contact Endurance. Endurance was contacted and I shared my situation. I advised Endurance that they over promised and under delivered. I asked for a refund because I was sold a contract for a car not worth enough to cover a large claim. They were unwilling to assist and said I had to appeal through the 3rd party (knowing this would be a wasted effort). Here we go with passing the buck and being bounced between two parties. I paid Endurance $132 a month for over two years. Even when the contract was taken out two years ago, the value of the car then would not have been enough to cover this claim. I was sold a worthless contract that would never cover the cost of a major repair. I plan to pursue all legal avenues possible.

There warranties are useless. They will give you every reason why there not gonna pay. When you call to cancel your warranty, they are just plain rude. Don't waste your money.

On 3/1/2024 I took my 2016 Lexus NX 200T in for routine service and was advised by the Lexus service technician that my water pump was leaking. When he called for prior authorization for payment he was told it was denied because the contract is too new and that the issue was notated prior to the policy being activated. I called Endurance and explained I didn't know it was leaking until today, I have never been told that and the representative said it was denied because it must have already been bad for it to leak 172 miles past the 1000 required to make a claim. I was told to have the service manager call back and provide more details. The service manager called Endurance multiple times and even spoke with a manager telling them there was no way for the service tech to tell when the pump started leaking but it is leaking now and the claim should be paid, and still they denied my claim. The vehicle has less than 55k miles on it.

Endurance is a used car after market warranty seller who takes money easily and then makes it hard for folks to stop payment. They try their best to deny claims. They don't require a notarized odometer reading to sign up but require it to terminate. They come across as a scam to get money, deny and not deliver while continuing to take and making termination extremely and egregiously difficult. Creating that kind of burden on the customer is an abusive and undue hardship on anyone. They do not offer a termination on their website making their scam more prominent, IMHO. I have a 2006 automobile my dealer has called 2 times now on 2 different occasions for different issues. This warranty company until company never approves anything. Don't waste your money. You're better off taking that same money every month and putting it into an account to save up for the repairs in the future

Terrible experience with Endurance. They were pushy to get me into a policy and as soon as I had a legitimate claim covered under the policy terms - they simply canceled my policy leaving me with the repair bills. I spent hours on hold, at least 6 times over the course of a week fighting with them. To add to their snaky way of doing business, they don't cover a rental car during their 72 hour period where they send out a technician to verify the service being done (and they never made me aware of that.)
But the worst part is that that will do ANYTHING to get out of paying a claim. However they are adamant about taking your money. Horrible warranty company to work with per my service advisor. I recommend looking into any other warranty company and save yourself the headache.
