We've been covered by Endurance warranties on 2 prior vehicles and just signed up for our third. The customer service and value of the plan are superior and the coverage is the best I've found out there. I highly recommend Endurance warranty coverage.

Good explanation of policy EXCEPT agent Failed to mention 1000 mile requirement, Only mentioned the 30 day waiting period. Opened account 9/5/24 but digital info received yesterday 9/17/3024. Looks like. I will cancel. It is not in the interest of the Consumer, only your company.

I had a $3600 claim for timing chain and related issues which is a covered item. They asked for the last three service records. One of the service records didn't show mileage. It was an error by the shop. Claim denied. I had the shop correct the mileage omission error. Claim denied "altered document " Time to go to court

I have been trying for months to cancel they refuse. I will contact the attorney general. I'm 66 years old and it's elder abuse. I want a full refund They charged my credit card 300 a month

Wouldn't repair my vehicle cause they said it was a pre exsisting issue.
Endurance requested the dealership to do tear down to see what was wrong.
I have paid into this warranty for over a year.
Do Not trust this company!

Now that I need them, they did not come thru for Me. Paying for about a year now at 145.00 a month. Now I have to get a. Oil separator and the denied the claim. They said it is not part. What a waste of money. Considering canceling it and also the other new policy that I just took for the newer car, I will rescind that too. Don't fall for their crap.

I called up endurance to find out where my information about my policy was and they told me that it would be emailed because there are a green company at which point last because I must've gotten 50 or so advertisements in the mail then I asked about rental service and they told me that they cover $30 for a rental car and I laugh because I live in the city of Orlando and $30 is not gonna cover a Rent-A-Car

I would never recommend this company to any other person or business. I was told this car insurance company was the best so I purchased it come to find out I pretty much totaled my car because someone younger woman brake checked me I brought my car to the collision dealership for them to tell me this is not car insurance and they don't cover any but the transmission and motor well honestly do you think I would be paying 290.00 dollars a month every month if they're not going to help me pay for my car if I got into a accident. Absolutely not now I'm stuff with no car no rental car as they promised thank you endurance for helping me out with your help

I called to make a payment, Vee was exceptional. She even told me how to set up the online site. She is the type of employee who provides exemplary assistance, you can "feel" her smile through the phone. She deserves to be commended, recognized and rewarded for representing Endurance in such a wonderful way.

I had a claim recently. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. Once repairs were completed, I was out of pocket the deductible, but then I had to pay done of the labor and done of the part cost. I tried to get my tow bill reimbursed. That didn't happen. I am canceling my plan immediately.

These people are scammers. I feld for the scammers lines and found out, after over $400.00 later. I was lied to about these people. I give them a 0 rating. Even the rating system is faulty. I am made to give them a one star just to post my experience with them.

I've owned Caddilacs,for the past 30!years and have had no problem having them serviced,Covid complicated that,so we incorporated Endurance and so far they've made life a little less difficult!

I have a Bumper to Bumper Warranty & I took my Truck in to have some thing fixed & It seems that you don't cover some of the things that it should have I'm kind of disappointed in you Evaluation & I will let Other People Know that You're Warranty is not all what you say it is!

I've had endurance warranty for years, fortunately I've never had to file a claim in all that time, well this month my engine light came on, I called endurance, they instructed me to take my car to any repair shop of my choice, after my car was diagnosed endurance states that repair shop must then call them with your car's diagnosis and to file a claim, endurance customer's are not allowed to do this, well my diagnosis was my car needed a catalytic converter with exhaust manifold both of which endurance refused to cover in any way whatsoever, that decision made made in minutes maximum, I of course then called endurance to inquire why isn't this covered as it is part of the engine, a major component, endurance representative stated well I don't know but engine parts are just not covered. I rate endurance a big fat zero. Save your time and money, find a different car warranty service

My car has been in the shop over a year now made every payment on time yet when my repair shop filed a claim to get my car a replacement engine it was denied even though the cause of failure was a covered part so if you want a warranty that will say they have your back but really just want your money and. Will not approve a valid claim and will let your car sit over a year at a repair shop then for sure go with endurance but I would personally go elsewhere because this company doesn't give a f#^* about covering your repairs I don't know how much they paid Danica Patrick to lie for them but BEWARE OF. THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT COVER COVERED REPAIRS!

This company shouldn't be allowed to lie to people but they do but don't believe the hype it's all fake and they don't cover your policy covered repairs

Takes too long to determine repair, you can't rent a vehicle for 30 aday. Says for a 5 day rental. Torque converter and possibly transmission replacement.

Please stay away from this company.They will always find loopholes to deny your claim.Things they know you can't get for receipts and they say you must obey the vehicle factory recommendations for everything.oil changes every 6 month need it or not 500 to 5000 miles on it and that don't matter.Be aware of this scam company😡😡😡

My 2014 MINI required a new water pump. In spite of the fact that this is a repair expressly covered by my extended warranty with Endurance, the company refused to pay any part of the repair. The technician, in conversations with the claims agent, was told that there were essentially no circumstances under which Endurance would cover this repair. If the water pump was worn, it was a pre-existing condition; if it was not, it was a gasket failure which is another exemption, etc. The shop said they had never worked with an extended warranty provider that was worse. When I sought an explaination of the denial of coverage from the Endurance Claims department, their agent hung up on me!

The first time I filed a claim it was denied. No one from Endurance even called me to tell me it was denied. K
