I wanted information without getting harassed by companies. Companies that call at the worst times. That you require phone numbers is most disagreeable as that's how a lot scammers start. Many phone calls these days are from scammers. Now overly agressive engergy companies. Do not require phone numbers. Email is much easier to block.
I don't know that depends. I live with my 80 six-year-old mother. And we have 20 solar panels on a Southeast facing. And because I don't have a battery discount. Power supply out of connecticut would like us to pay twelve hundred dollars a month for our power for 5 months in the winter.That's six $1000. She's 87 years old in a state of dementia. No one will give me a battery and vision. Solar was my solar supplier. They have gone bankrupt.I'm still in good standing with good leap to whom I owe the money.And I want someone to give me a battery and I want it tomorrow Power companies are out of control. They need to be regulated and taken down. I'll be calling my lawyer in the morning to go after eversource.

I'm unsure about the cost as they only ask for my personal information. Rather than waiting for a call, I simply want to know the services offered and the starting price.
They promised to provide me with an estimate within 2 minutes after completing a questionnaire, but instead, they only ended up collecting my personal information
Unimpressed. Second time I filled out your forms yet still no details on costs, estimates, options, etc. It appears you just wanted my address and phone number, probably so you could sell it to telemarketers!
Wanted someone to visit my home and actually talk seriously about energy options with concrete prices, etc. You folks do not appear to want to help me make a decision.

I am Jessica's mom. The family is on vacation until next Wednesday. We have talked about their bill being so high. She is struggling to make the bills every month. She has had to set up monthly bill pymts on top of their bill, & still struggling. I am on disability which makes it very hard when I am here. I may be moving in soon. They are a family of 5. Her, her husband, and 3 toddler son's.
Explained above. Also her husbands company has had to file for a business bankruptcy, that is still in the court process.

Why do you say GET YOUR QUOTE, then say wait for a call. People are busy and want to know what the deal is before beiing told to wait for calls. Most people don't answer strange numbers, especially now days with SPAM calls being so widespread...

Just applied. Waiting for calls. First caller told me I have to own the land or lenders will not work with me.
3 of our 4 family members are over 70 yrs old and on a fixed income. With the extreme heat and the lot rent, half of my SS check is gone. I own the home, but not the lot.
