My protein powder was out of stock, so it was back ordered. It arrived about a week and a half late. However, in all fairness, now days this is a common event due to the collapse of everything initiated by the world's insane response to COVID-19.
According to what was on your website I was supposed to get 15% off if I put in energy 15 good through November 30th which is the day that I placed the order. Did not receive the extra 15% off
I have used Energyfirst protein powder for years. Have always been very happy with service and products. Unlike many other protein powders I have tried, this one is tasty, very low sugar, and makes GREAT shakes.
The length of time from purchase and delivery needs to be better as I have also purchased similar products from another provider and their services were top notch.
I got concerned and was about to inquire as to the delivery date and the package arrived as I was writing the email.
So far we have tried the vanilla and chocolate protein drinks...definitely the best tasting of all the brands we have tried. The bars are delicious and the greenergy taste too good to be healthy...but it is! Love these products and would recommend to anyone.
For the vanilla we use a little almond milk, peanut butter powder, frozen banana, flax oil and our powdered vitamins...taste like a peanut butter milkshake. The chocolate is delicious with organic frozen black cherries...Yummy.

I love your products. I have been a very loyal customer for several years. Competition has sent me free samples to try and I just don't like them. They email and ask me to order their products and I just delete the email. My only recommendation is: DON'T CHANGE.
I tried to purchase online and kept getting a message that the site was not secure. I used the online chat option but didn't get a response.
Several days later the site was working and I was able to purchase.
We bought the Vanilla Protein powder and loved it so much we just bought the chocolate!
Update: received the chocolate within a couple days. It was delicious! Used it to make protein truffles for the polo team and they loved it!
The product is an excellent tasting grass fed whey protein for adding protein to my diet for building muscle and staying lean. I use it in smoothies and with just organic milk in a drink especially after each weight training session. I like the fact that there is no added sugar, chemicals or artificial sweeteners in it. I also like the fact that there is no soy or corn products in it. Good job.
Although only my first name was on pkg. It was delivered promptly and efficiently. I love the product for taste, value and accordance with my dietary choices. I look forward to maintaining a monthly supply. Thanks for a fine product.
Great protein and health supplements. I have been using these products for years. Start of a new year to get healthier.
Easy to find everything on the website. The shakes taste good. I use the Greenergy and Omega Energy Oil in my shakes. Excellent way to up my protein and shed a few pounds. I use the energy bars for on the go. I have an autistic son and he loves his "smoothie". Has one every morning. This also keeps his protein up and ensures he is getting pure products.

I wanted a sample of unflavored protein powder. They don't seem to be able to send and told me I didn't need it, since it has no flavor. Protein powder always has a taste. I have been a customer for probably 20 years. You would think they could send me a small sample.
