Employees were friendly, helpful, and fast. I dropped the car off and within a minute a very nice person named Jo had the return processed and had a ride for me to get my normal car. I appreciate how efficient everyone was, it made my experience very nice and simple. Definitely will recommend.

Enterprise should be more concern about car safety. I had bad experience this time. The car had breaks issue and it showed in the middle of the deserted road which was so scary. And instead of 3-4 hours trip it took us 6 an 1/2 hour to get to my destination. My old mother was so frustrated and edgy.

Shout to the grapevine location one of the best experience I have had with renting a car Sage and his team will give 10/10 service so respectful very personal and will help out anyway they can. I rented at other location and never had service the way I did at this location keep doing what you guys do you can tell them are loving what they are doing through the way they take care of your needs.

Nice people, the service was fantastic, the car run great, what i like the most, they make it easier for you to renew your rent or confirm your drop off!

Scheduled a full size suv only to find out they were not available due to recall. Had to downsize to minivan. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Seems if changes need made the customer needs notified

I needed a car when mine was being repaired at a local body shop. Enterprise came and picked me up. I had the car for about a week and half. It was clean, in good condition, and worked great the whole time. When my car was fixed, I simply dropped it off at the body shop when I picked up my car and Enterprise came and got it. It couldn't have been easier.

Very satisfied with my experience at Enterprise! The staff was great, friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me into a car on very short notice (within an hour!) and even offered me a better rate than my insurance company. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. The people I worked with in Cortland were amazing, friendly and very helpful. I didn't get the girls name that set me all up, but did hear from Nick a few times about any changes or just to check in how everything was going/ how everything went. I would choose enterprise a million times over

Bad experience and no follow through as promised. I elected to use points and was charged instead. Escalation department was rude and didn't help... hung up after overtaking. Called 5xs and no one followed up as promised

Enterprise provided excellent customer service by providing rides from and to my car at the body shop. Rental car was clean and dependable. Highly recommend Enterprise for rental cars with great, customer service!
