Great service, worked with my insurance company, gave me two options of rentals, communicated well with me by phone calls to inform me of insurance and enterprise terms and when the rental was due back great location great service great communication!

Enterprise worked with my insurance company. They notified me of any changes and when it was due back, they gave me two options of rentals which was a plus the communication I had with the guys was fantastic. Great location great service great rentals thank you enterprise

Location on 41A bypass clarksville tn does a terrible job at upkeep on vehicles. Pea ridge road location i have never had a bad experience. Pea ridge road gets 5 stars. 41A gets 2. They only get that because atleast it got me where i needed to go. May have shaken me to pieces in the process but i made it.

Five stars all the way around! The car was a dream, smooth driving, clean and fit everything we needed for a 4-5 day trip. My fiance used the same location and our team member, Ryder, was so helpful and kind (very informative)! We can't wait to come back and try a new rental! Our car Subaru was in an accident, insurance setup a rental for a similar vehicle. First off we walk into enterprise location and employee working the front immediately walks to the back to talk on his cell phone leaving us for 5 minutes alone. They proceed to put us in a huge gas guzzler ford expedition. We requested a smaller car but was denied even though the lot was full of small SUVs. Upon return I filled tank to match what I got it with and employee said I needed to put more gas in it. I explained his information on his IPad was wrong to no avail Well I put more fuel in and when I came back it was 10gallons over what I got it with. I was offered a free upgrade next rental. Like I'm ever gonna use it, how bout refund me my 35 dollars terrible customer service

Not that it was the locations fault, but the internet page allowed me to reserve a truck, when there was not a truck at the location I went to. They called before I got there to let me know and were apologetic for not having the truck I wanted and set me up with a car for the first day. Then I switch for the truck I wanted the next day. So all was good.

Needed to rent a vehicle to help a friend move and since it was a weekday we didn't reserve a vehicle. Big mistake! Tried everywhere and found nothing. Took a chance and stopped at the Lauren's Rd facility in Greenville, SC. We got lucky they had 2 pickups available and very quickly we were on our way in an almost new very NICE Ram truck. Our renting agent was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Just a great experience. Could not imagine it being any better!

The car maintenance alert came on the 1st day and the AC DID NOT WORK! It was 80 degrees and we had an 10.5 hour drive to KC. It was miserable! The office knew about this because the temp was set to 60 degrees when the porter picked me up.

I got a flat tire and there was no spare tire but there was an air pump. After pumping air in tire, it all ran out because tire needed to be replaced. Tow driver had nowhere to take car because the site he was given to take it to had closed down, Replacement car wasn't in my district, I had to drive aways to get a replacement when another Enterprise was closer. The replacement car gas was almost on Empty. I made sure gas was full upon return of 1st car because I had just filled it up before the tire damage and 1/2 full on replacement car.

I recently finished a two-week rental of the 2025 Chevy Equinox RT from Enterprise and was thoroughly impressed. The car was awesome—a joy to drive and a great companion for my trip.
The positive experience extended beyond the vehicle to the incredible staff. Dillon provided truly exceptional customer service. I deeply appreciated his patience and understanding throughout the process, and his overall professionalism made the pickup smooth and stress-free.
I also want to recognize Jesus, who was involved in my short trip to the shop. He was incredibly kind and managed to make what could have been an inconvenience a truly pleasant experience. He was a great person to talk with and was absolutely full of joy.
