Customer service was great! There were approximately 7 vehicles to choose from. 5 of the vehicles weren't detailed on the inside and had a lot of scrapes and dents. 6th vehicle, I was offered a free upgrade for inconvenience. I couldn't get that vehicle because it needed an oil change. 7th vehicle was brand new. I didn't like the vehicle because it was small, but I took it. The gentleman who waited on me was very apologetic and I believe a little embarrassed about the conditions of the vehicles. If I could rate the gentleman alone for his customer service, he would get 5 Stars. The location itself doesn't deserve the 1 star I gave. I find it odd, that a manager didn't check the inside of the vehicles to make sure they were detailed properly and ready for rental. One of the vehicles had cloth white seats. I couldn't believe the stains on the seats. Nobody in their right mind would sit on those seats. Also, I have never saw so many dents and scrapes on rental cars, and I have rented several. I will not be a return customer to this location.

Yes, like I said before it was not Enterprise itself. It was the car. It was a Nissan Sentra. I didn't like it at all. It didn't run good it shut off in traffic. You're very uncomfortable car to get in and out of, but I had to go see the doctor so I had to accept the car, but I'm letting you know now Thank you

Staff are very polite. Quick. Bad experience with car my son and husband cut there finger with very sharp metal trimming in center console. Did not do nothing about it.

Enterprise is the only car rental company we use, after having 2 wonderful experiences with them. The people are kind, the prices reasonable, our deposit is quickly returned at the end, and anything we have needed, they've been there, within reason.

Seemingly uncaring about bumping us back 45 minutes, which would have caused us to be late for an appointment, and we ended up paying for an Uber to their office to stay on-time
