Upon arrival, the line at the reservation counter was extremely long, but watching Alex (at the MGM Airport location), the service agent, was impressive. He treated every customer with respect, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Even when someone became frustrated, he never wavered. He was detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and calm throughout.
Upon my return, the two team members assisting me—were just as pleasant and professional as Alex. It was clear this level of service is the standard, not the exception. As someone who travels frequently for work, this is an experience I won't forget. Thank you.

The worst experience ever. Brickell location called me 15'min before my pick up hours for tell me they don't have my car and they can not honor me.
They send me to the airport location, told me the will give me the car I had booked. Was a layer. No one there know about my situation and they didn't had any of full size SUV. This was my reservation places on the 21st December and the reservation was on the 9th January. Ridiculous everything.
Also I had to pay for the Uber by myself.
Customer service left me alone all
The time. I called 5 times between 3 days and they always said, supervisor will contact you soon.

Reserved a car at Jackson Ohio Enterprise a week in advance for pickup at 10:00 the following Tuesday. I showed up 45 minutes early. The "manager" Ethan said my reservation was for 10:00 and my rental was not ready. No apology and very arrogant. I cam back a little after 10:00, Ethan, again stated no cars were available, again with no apology. My wife who was dropping me off to pick up the rental went in and asked Ethan why they did not call customers who had reservations to notify them not to waste a trip and time he stated that he did call me. She came out and got my phone and showed him all my calls for that morning. No calls from Enterprise. Ethan lied. When called out he said he "mis-spoke" Again, incompetent management that does not have professional courtesy to own up nor apologize and LIE. Enterprise says they care about customers and are a family business, another false statement. I called customer service IN INDIA or other country where you can barely understand them. She tried to take care of the issue by saying she could find another location. I know all the locations near me and the closest one is 40 minutes one way. She filled out a"ticket confirmation number and said someone from Enterprise customer service would call me. Four days later and no call. Enterprise is a typical all about the money company with no ethics that does NOT care about their customers. I will be switching to another rental company.

TLDR: The most alarming part of this entire ordeal is not the confusion, the threats, or the constant pressure - it's the absolute void where customer service should be. If you rent from Enterprise and something goes wrong, you will be on your own. No one will help you. No one will follow up. No one will even acknowledge you.
My recent experience with Enterprise was so astonishingly mismanaged that I feel obligated to warn others. If anything goes wrong with your rental - even something entirely outside your control - you will be met with harassment and a complete absence of customer support.
Our personal vehicle was vandalized, and we needed a rental while it was being repaired. Insurance covered the rental, and when we picked up the car on Christmas Eve, the Enterprise employee assured us everything was handled and there was nothing to worry about. That turned out to be wildly untrue.
Starting the day after Christmas, I began receiving daily calls and voicemails from Enterprise. Assuming there was a simple mix up, I provided Enterprise with my insurance agent's information and the repair shop's contact details. I personally called both my insurance adjuster and repair shop every single day to make sure everything was moving forward. Enterprise, however, continued to behave as though none of that information existed.
The calls escalated into threatening emails from so called "regional managers," insisting the situation would be sent to their "Risk Management" team. Then came more voicemails and emails - all demanding action from me, while Enterprise refused to acknowledge any of the information I had already provided.
On the advice of my insurance agent, I contacted customer support and asked for an email address so I could document everything in writing. I sent detailed messages to Enterprise and forwarded them to customer support (*******@ehi.com).
Not once - not a single time - did anyone from Enterprise respond, follow up, or attempt to resolve the issue. I have since returned the rental and still have not heard from anyone.

Availability was an issue on the vehicle we initially wanted. They simply did not have the vehicle we wanted, but Kyle got us on the road in a vehicle that pleasantly surprised us despite our initial reluctant choice. The family vacation went pleasantly and the vehicle was comfortable and an overall good value.

I always rent a vehicle if I need one from Enterprise on Clark Rd in Sarasota. The people are super friendly & incredibly efficient no matter how busy. The cars are clean & in great condition. And the prices are really good too!

Truck drunk like weed. So either they didn't clean the truck or the girl dropping it off smoked up. That would also explain why she was over 2hrs late to the scheduled drop off at a repair shop. Horrible customer service, and the truck was dirty (weed smoke residue smeared all over the windshield. The Riverside window didn't close properly either. Totally awesome when it's below freezing out. Use a different company.

Needed a rental car while mine was being repaired at Classic Coachworks. I made an error in requesting pickup at store. Nonetheless, Jack and Steve (Classic Coachworks owner knew I meant the repair shop! They are both great! They do a lot of business together and I so appreciated men taking over the details. Good experience all around! I recommend Classic Coachworks in Phoenixville!

Enterprise was amazing for our rental services, we only needed it for a few days to go around town & not have to Uber everywhere. Liz answered all of our questions and had a good selection of vehicles. We would rent again.

Easy to get the rental through the collision center i use. It made it so convenient and no worries! After my car was ready for pickup, the collision center notified Enterprise of the return. Brandon checked on my satisfaction with the service from Enterprise to make sure I was happy with the experience.
