It was very good experience, easy and quick return at drop off location at EWR, NJ.
Picking up location is not easy to change (in case if flight gets cancelled and you have to change pick up location)

Easy pickup

Easy pickup. Easy drop off. It was a convenient location for me. I wish I would've asked whether the vehicle had cruise control. Vehicle had a massive coffee stain on the front passenger seat. Staff was very helpful.

Car was great

Car was great. Just didn't like that the lot attendant wasn't there to assist me after being instructed to go to the lot after checking in online. The counter agents inside never told me otherwise. I had to go back in the building to the rental counter. They then told me that the lot attendant wasn't in yet. They should have had someone directing the online check ins to go straight to the cou ter.

Was good except for manager of mansfield pa telling me if you go over 3000 miles in a month you have to pay for mileage when its included and said nothing about paying for miles over in the contract

To Whom It May Concern,

I am submitting this letter as a formal and serious complaint regarding the mishandling of my rental car situation by Enterprise, in coordination with my insurance company. The treatment I received was unacceptable, financially harmful, and completely lacking in professionalism.

While my vehicle was in the body shop due to an insurance claim, I was issued a rental car. Despite the fact that the delay in repairs was beyond my control, I was repeatedly pressured to pay substantial amounts out of pocket in order to keep the rental. I have already paid several hundred dollars and was then asked to pay even more. This placed an unreasonable and unnecessary financial burden on me.

Being forced to pay rental costs because a body shop was "taking too long" is not an acceptable justification. That delay should not impact my coverage or result in the customer being penalized. Passing these costs onto me is improper and, to my understanding, not compliant with Georgia consumer protection standards.

What made this situation even worse was the complete failure of customer service on Enterprise's part. I was given conflicting information, no meaningful assistance, and no effort was made to resolve the issue or advocate on my behalf with the insurance company. Instead, I was left without transportation and repeatedly pressured to continue paying out of pocket.

This experience caused significant stress, financial strain, and disruption to my daily life. I expected a basic level of professionalism and accountability from Enterprise, and instead received the opposite. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Due to this situation, I will never use Enterprise again, and I will strongly advise others to avoid your services. I am requesting an immediate review of my case, a detailed explanation for why I was improperly charged, and reimbursement for the amounts I was forced to pay.

If this matter is not addressed promptly, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to corporate leadership, the Better Business Bureau, and appropriate state regulatory agencies.

We needed to rent a car while our car was being fixed at the dealers. We walked in without an appointment or reservation. Staff was extremely helpful pleasant got us on our way quickly.
