Issac was amazing and very helpful at the Lapeer branch. Customer service representative I had spoken to first to set up my reservation missed some important information and had a hard time understanding me. First impression of the call center wasn't great but Issac was able to clear everything up for me and get me on my way!
They was very friendly and helpful if I have to rent a car I would always come to enterprise and make sure I would tell everyone if they want to rent a vehicle go to enterprise they will get you what you need

My overall experience with Enterprise in Haverhill MA was great. Stephen W the Assistant Branch Manager was wonderful to deal with and super accommodating in my two weeks of rentals due to a car accident. I highly recommend using the Haverhill Enterprise location to rent a car.

My insurance got me a rental after I was in an accident. I returned it a few days early and even cleaned the driver's side floor since it was a wet November. When I returned it, they said there was a hairline crack that expanded (their word) while I had the vehicle and demanded my insurance information. I would definitely think twice before renting with Enterprise in case they want to use your insurance to cover random vehicle issues.

When I first showed up they did not have many vehicles available, I am extremely particular and did not like any of the options. But everyone at my local Belleville Enterprise worked really hard to find me the right car and ended up putting me in my favorite truck ever. Everyone was extremely helpful and went the extra mile.
For the three months I had that truck it was a fantastic experience.

Picked me up at the body shop, gave me two vehicles to choose from, went through the loaner for any previous damages and pick up the loaner from the body shop.

I had a great rental from Enterprise this week, for a corporate trip. I reserved a compact SUV to be able to carry some sensitive equipment, and when I went to pick up the rental I was offered the chance to upgrade to a better one, the Mazda CX5. I had a great rental experience with this one, and I'm glad I wasn't stuck with the Buick or Hyundai in the original reservation class. Thank you for a great rental experience!
