My employee rep RJ Bryant was fantastic. He was extremely patient, polite and knowledgeable. He definitely made my rental experience enjoyable and easy. The Phillips Hwy location in Jax was great to deal with and the employees there work well together. I'll definitely be back again!

The Chevy Malibu had a terrible smell

The Chevy Malibu had a terrible smell. It seems like it was smoked in it before. This is the second time i get a Malibu from this location and it smells bad. I travel for work and I have rented 4 times from here since December and the other vehicles I had (Kona snd Kicks) did not smell at all. The vehicle needs to be professionally cleaned or removed from service. I will be irate if I get this vehicle again.
