Been renting from Enterprise for years now and every experience has been top tier! Nice vehicles to choose from, prices are competitive if not cheaper than other rental car companies. The vehicles I request for rent are always available and my last time needing them was due to being in a car accident and had no way to get to the office. They came and picked me up! Very accommodating! Will forever be a customer of theirs!

Due to an accident, I was in a rental for two months. The team at the colonial Heights location was such a pleasure to work with! From Flynn, the manager to another representative Josiah, Brandon, and a couple other folks. I complimented the manager for a solid team. They get you in and out quickly with efficiency, they are kind and funny on top of it. I am a stickler for quality customer service, and at the Colonial Heights location Flynn's team has the right idea and not only will I be back for my own future needs, but I will always recommend enterprise for future rental needs and car purchases. Flynn IMMEDIATELY got me connected with Marcus at enterprise car sales in Midlothian when he found out my car was totaled and that was a pleasure as well! Though it didn't work out this time for me to purchase through enterprise, renting was a breeze and I'm grateful for the team I got a chance to work with. 10/10!

My experience with Enterprise was A+.
I was greeted as I came in and taken care of as soon as I walked in. The young man was very nice and respectful and gave me the size car I needed. He was also there to greet me when I brought the car back to turn it in and was equally as nice and respectful as he was when I rented the car. Very nice people to work with. I will definitely rent from them again!

I'd like to thank David/Matt (I think that's his name- front desk guy with beard) and the team for their outstanding service. David/Matt helped set everything up for me and was courteous both in person and over the phone, even calling to remind me about the drop-off and to stay in touch with my insurance due to a backorder issue. Another team member ensured the rental car was clean, and despite a high-volume weekend at the end of summer with a crowded environment, three staff members worked efficiently to make the process smooth and respectful. I truly appreciated the clear communication and support throughout both pickup and drop-off. I'll definitely return if I need to rent again. Thanks again to the whole team!
