Very pleasant experience renting for the first time at this Enterprise location. The manager makes it so things run so smoothly. Everyone was so pleasant. The Manager was fully abreast of what each customer needed and what needed to get done. I live two and a half hours South of the airport in Little Rock Arkansas. I like being able to pick up a car in Little Rock and dropping it off in Bastrop LA which is 30 minutes from my house..

I've been working with this location for several years now—close to eight—and even though I live much closer to downtown, I gladly go out of my way to come here because the service is unmatched. Easy pickup. Easy drop off. It was a convenient location for me. I wish I would've asked whether the vehicle had cruise control. Vehicle had a massive coffee stain on the front passenger seat. Staff was very helpful.

Car was great. Just didn't like that the lot attendant wasn't there to assist me after being instructed to go to the lot after checking in online. The counter agents inside never told me otherwise. I had to go back in the building to the rental counter. They then told me that the lot attendant wasn't in yet. They should have had someone directing the online check ins to go straight to the cou ter.
