Our reservation of a late model Pacifica for specific use of stow-n-go seating was a key feature in our plans for our vacation getaway. The vehicle had just been serviced and the recent recall for side airbags had just been completed, so we were thrilled that the vehicle was available and was waiting out front for our renting. The Branch Manager processed our rental and I had the keys in a flash. The staff acted promptly in our return, and everything was ship-shape. There is no doubt that we will rent our next getaway with Enterprise! Thank you!

When I got to the office the vehicle I wanted was in the shop I was supposed to pick up at 9 and it was after 12. I feel they was unprofessional no update I had to ask for that.

Quick check in and friendly staff. The reason for just 3 stars is the luxury full sized SUV I rented for nearly $1,000 for a week was absolutely filthy and in overall rough condition outside.

I made reservations for a vehicle two weeks prior, but no vehicle was available when I arrived. I was overcharged and was unable to contact customer service due to waiting 2 hours on hold.

Apparently, "We'll Pick You Up" is no longer the policy of Enterprise. Since I picked up on Saturday, I was told that pick-up service was not available. When I returned on Monday afternoon, I was told that drop off service was not available after noon. The whole process was very inconvenient for me. Pick-up and drop-off service should be available during all business hours. That is called CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Tyler Butler at the Orlando location on 4442 Colonial drive was THE BEST. He literally saved my day because my car broke down and I was heading back down to Miami that day. I don't know what I would've done without his help. I was panicked and stressed and he made the process SEAMLESS. Within 15 minutes I was sitting in a rental car. I wish the Miami locations had more Tylers. THANK YOU!

I can say that i have been using budget rental car company for years and the hassle i have to go thur just rent a car from them is cray. But my cousin told me to try Enterprise instead and i won't have to go thur that hassle anymore and she was right. Never going back. Enterprise is my go to car rental company for now on.

I had an absolutely perfect experience renting from the Exton branch. From start to finish, the process was seamless and completely stress free. The staff was friendly, professional, and had everything ready to go the moment I arrived. I was in and out quickly, with no hassle, no confusion, and no unnecessary waiting around.
This experience stood out even more because I recently had a rental at an airport location that was the complete opposite; slow and frustrating. The Exton team showed me how smooth and enjoyable the process should be.
