The tire pressure in both vehicles I had were low. I refilled them multiple times and they still were losing pressure. I didn't feel safe in these vehicles is the bottom line and I expected a bigger discount then I received. Also I was given a car with an empty tank! I hope to be reimbursed at least $100 for these inconveniences

Easy to rent a car, service was exceptional and smooth. They were busy but everyone, including me, received personalized attention, professionalism, and courtesy with a smile.

The Grove City Ohio is the best of all Enterprise locations. Kenneth (Kenny) and Omni (hope I spelled her name right) are outstanding employees, always polite, smiling, and get me in and out quickly. Pass a thank you to them for me please.

This rental was absolutely incredible! The van, we were able to choose between two options, Gunner stayed late and helped with the best package! He was there at drop off as well and even remembered where I was going! Impeccable customer service!

All around good experience with renting our vehicle for a one way trip. Personell at both pick up and drop off locations were friendly, courteous, and helpful in meeting all our needs. Will definitely use Enterprise again!

I won't rent a vehicle anywhere else! Enterprise Aberdeen is always friendly, reliable and extremely accommodating. Especially with last minute rentals when they will even pick me up. Drop off is always convenient. Laurie always makes sure my experience is flawless!

The smell of the car inside was very unpleasant, the windshield wipers were not working and that week I had the vehicle rained every day.

Enterprise was the only car rental that was open until 1:00AM. Thank goodness because our plane landed at 12:00 and we did not get off the plane until 12:30.

Great service, worked with my insurance company, gave me two options of rentals, communicated well with me by phone calls to inform me of insurance and enterprise terms and when the rental was due back great location great service great communication!

The car we reserved and confirmed in person never showed up. We were given a newly returned car that was crashed and filthy. No option to exchange.

Location on 41A bypass clarksville tn does a terrible job at upkeep on vehicles. Pea ridge road location i have never had a bad experience. Pea ridge road gets 5 stars. 41A gets 2. They only get that because atleast it got me where i needed to go. May have shaken me to pieces in the process but i made it.
