We rented a one-way from the Monroe, WA, location. We were offered a mini-van, which was on-site, so we took it. Perfect for a trip to the airport with 3 people and luggage. We really like this local shop and have used them before. The young man who works there is really friendly, efficient, and personable. I'm sure we'll be back.

The Long Beach Enterprise location on Artesia Blvd. Is my spot! That is my go-to location whenever I need to rent a car. I am a longtime loyal Enterprise customer and don't see that changing anytime soon. The employees at the Long Beach location are very professional and work extremely hard to ensure customer satisfaction, and I greatly appreciate that! The vehicle I rented was fabulous! Clean, performed well and looked good! Special THANKS to Assistant Manager Kevin Smith, who personally assisted me with my rental, AND, special thanks to the Branch Manager, Javier, who put the icing on the cake when I returned the car... they are THE best! We had a hard weekend that required juggling vehicle logistics and loss of a family member. The West Lansing Enterprise office made a difficult weekend much easier. They helped us every step of the way, from creating the reservation, selecting the vehicle, all with reasonable pricing, professional service, and high standard of customer care. After taking the red eye to Newark liberty, we were greeted by Alyssa at the desk and she was awesome, friendly, personable and helpful which was a nice way to start the day. The reps outside by the cars were also very nice and helpful. All in all a very good experience. Car was clean and in great condition.

The Mitsubishi model sub, compact car was obviously smoked him before and stunk.
The cost to to rent a one-way subcompact from Jacksonville to Orlando. Airport was $211. This is a rip off earlier in the morning we rented from Budget a Toyota Camry hybrid from the Tampa airport returning it to Orange Park Florida for the price of $70.

After experiencing some unexpected car troubles, my rental was from the Enterprise that conveniently shares a building with Caliber (where I was getting my repairs done). Renting online was quick and reasonable, pickup was easy, and staff was so personable. Vy gave me her card and encouraged me to reach out about ANYTHING, which I did when my car was finished quicker than I anticipated! She ensured that my rental drop off was flexible, and I was refunded quickly!
