Hi! This is my first comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I genuinely enjoy reading your blog posts. Can you recommend any other Beauty Guest Post blogs that go over the same topics? Thanks a ton!
In a marketing gimmick we were told we had won $500 for just considering a water treatment system. No details on the $500. And then when we tried to collect, no replies to queries.
Will never pay $60 for this book again. Complete waste of money!
Wish I could send it back and get a refund but lesson learned I guess.

Bought one a the door from school kids
Tried my first one at KFC.
Sorry they say, we don't take that.
No indication on coupon of "participating locations.'
My card was automatically charged for a renewal when I didn't want to renew and they won't issue a refund. This company's shoddy policies are not fair to the consumer. Don't waste your money!
This book is garbage now very few coupons in my area when you buy a online book they will automatically bill you without your knowledge, it's impossible to find out how to contact them.
They are the worst. But, if anyone is looking for a telephone number to complain: two four eight - four 0 four - one thousand. Also, address is 1401 Crooks Road, Suite 150, Troy MI *******.
I ordered Entertainment books for two different areas while they were marked down on the website. Two days later, I submitted an email, informing them that I did not want to automatically renew my membership for the following year. A few months later, they mailed a new book and charged my credit card $30.00. At this point it is important to note that it is impossible to talk to anyone at Entertainment on the phone. In an email, they claimed that I had not cancelled my renewal, and that it would cost $8.00 to return the book they had already sent, which you have to do within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. I did so with plenty of time to spare; however, no representative of the company has shown up at the Grove City, OH post office to collect the book. According to the USPS, there are "hundreds" of books awaiting pick-up. I mailed the book to arrive in two days on 7-31-17. It is now 8-27-17, and there is no record of delivery. See where this going? I'm out almost $40. My advice: If you want to save money, find another way. Entertainment is totally untrustworthy.
Ordered 2020 book in January of 2020. At time, I agreed to annual subscription. Little did I know they would be issuing the 2021 book a mere 6 months later. I only get 6 months of use of my book and they send me another one at full price! I cancelled my membership, but they appear to be going to send the 2021 edition anyway with 6 months left in 2020! At this rate, they would be issuing the 2022 book in January, 2021. VERY SHADY. I will be refusing shipment that was sent after I cancelled.
DO NOT CONSIDER ANY KIND OF AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION. WAIT UNTIL THEY FIRE SALE THEM FOR $5 WITH FREE SHIPPING. THAT ALONE CHEAPENS THE PRODUCT AND SEEMS TO BE AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE CHEAPNESS ON THEIR PART.
Usually I'm not a person leaving a reviews, but I can't get over this. Worst customer service EVER. Be careful about their " automatic renewal membership". They are money grabbers, nothing else!
Do Not order their crappy coupon book. I ordered a $10 book and now they keep taking money out of my bank account that i did not sign up for. No one answers the phones. RUNNN!
I emailed them 4 times with not one response. They are selling books and taking your money and running. I have never had this happen. This is highway robbery.
As in the title, NO good coupons at least for the Denver area! I purchased the book and app during a $5 sale and I just wasted $5! There is NOTHING useful! Only far away business that are on their last leg and offering mediocre coupons at best. I called to get a refund (yes for the $5 out of principle) and the company refused. They claimed their app is where it's at. But it isn't, there is nothing there! Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought a book for the Huntington WV area and would give this a 'zero' if I could. The hardback version slowly became smaller and smaller over the years but there were a few coupons I was able to use and usually saved at least the cost of the book. However, the digital version of the Entertainment books suck royally: 1) The number of coupons are now very limited for my area. 2) It is not easy to do a quick scan of merchants now. 3) The coupons now expire within one or two days of access instead of at the end of the year. 4) According to Entertainment, I had already printed one of my $8 coupons to a local pho restaurant but that is not true. 5) There is no phone number to call for customer service. 6) Your credit card is automatically set up for auto-renewal and you have to figure out how to contact them to cancel, as there are a number of complaints from customers who say they continue to be billed after cancelling. I sent them a note, through their feedback ported, in March 2022, telling them not to charge my credit card anymore. Now, in 2023, I'm billed again...NIGHTMARE! Do NOT purchase this. It's a scam!
Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase a subscription or you'll be sorry!

THEY SIGN BUSINESSES UP UNDER FALSE INFORMATION AND THEN REFUSE TO CANCEL AND RENEW COUPONS THAT THE BUSINESSES HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED OR APPROVED. THEY SHOULD BE FINED FOR FRAUD AND NOT ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS AT ALL.
The NEW book for the company "Entertainment", says that they offer 2 for 1 dining coupons in they advertisement; and there are very few of them in the book... MOST of the coupons that say "2 for 1' are a buy one item (lunch/diner) and you then have a $3 or $10 etc limit towards the second item. If you query the restaurants for menu prices, you will find that the items are much more than what the credit allowed. So what you really have is a " PURCHASE ONE ITEM AND GET A CREDIT TOWARD THE SECOND ITEM. This is quite different than the usual Entertainment book, or other 2 for 1 coupon books. This may be the NEW direction for the program, but it should NOT be advertised as a t 2 for 1 product.
They promise new customers, who will turn into regular customers but the majority only shop the book for discount meals. All in all regular advertising is far cheaper
A friend gave me a printed Entertainment coupon book last Christmas (2021) and it had a lot of very useful coupons. I wanted another one for this year but they don't print it any longer. You have to sign up and use the digital version app on your phone. I thought, okay, that's more convenient than looking through the book and cutting out the paper coupons. So I signed up for the free 1 month trial and chose the $24.99 annual fee for at the end of the trial period. Within hours, after looking through the app and realizing that there was absolutely nothing on the app that I would use, I attempted to cancel the free trial and reject the annual membership. There was NO WAY to contact them. I googled the phone number, I went into there website on my computer to try to cancel and I finally found a "cancel membership" link. Guess what? It didn't work. It asked you for a membership number and more information that wasn't provided when you signed up for the app. I tried to find my membership number by activating the membership but it wouldn't even activate the membership. I tried contacting them through the confirmation email that I received after signing up. I tried to contact them via their contact us page on the website. Neither worked as I just got charged the $24.99. I disputed this through my bank. Unfortunately, unless I cancel my card and get a new one, I will have to deal with disputing this again next year. This new digital platform is a complete scam. Do not sign up for it.
I used it the first time and coupon didn't work. Called and cancelled renewal. And they wouldn't cancel. They are terrible to get a hold of. No customer service at all. They suck. I will call bbb.
They charge me $27 for nothing and refused to refund, they did not care about customer at all, service is really bad, avoid it!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent incident I experienced while attempting to use one of your digital coupons at Jack in the Box. This incident has left me feeling upset, embarrassed, and questioning the legitimacy of the Entertainment Coupon Club.
As a loyal member for over five years, I have always appreciated the savings and benefits your club offers. However, yesterday's encounter at Jack in the Box has shaken my confidence in your service. The manager at the restaurant claimed they had never done any business with the Entertainment Coupon Club and accused me of attempting fraud. This not only left me feeling ill but also caused immense embarrassment in front of other customers.
Upon returning home, I immediately attempted to contact the Entertainment Coupon Club to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I discovered that there is no phone number available to speak with a representative or the corporate office. This lack of direct communication raises concerns about the transparency and credibility of the club.
At this point, I can only conclude that the Entertainment Coupon Club may be issuing fraudulent coupons, as Jack in the Box alleged. However, I am still hopeful that someone from your team will reach out to me to address this matter and provide evidence to prove the club's innocence. If this can be done successfully, I would gladly reconsider renewing my membership.
Until then, I feel compelled to warn others against purchasing an Entertainment Coupon Club membership. The absence of live customer support and corporate contact information, coupled with the incident at Jack in the Box, make it difficult for me to recommend your club to anyone.
I sincerely hope that someone from the Entertainment Coupon Club will reach out to me promptly to address this issue and restore my faith in the club. I believe it is essential for you to clear your name and reputation by providing a satisfactory explanation and resolution.
I have been buying entertainment.com coupon books for many years for South Carolina and other states that we have vacationed in. I have also purchased some as gifts for family members. A coupon book for SC is no longer available, so in November 2019 I purchased the digital edition. I was charged on my credit card for that transaction, but while checking my latest statement I found another charge for the digital edition of SC 2020. I contacted entertainment ( no phone contact number, just email contact... 1st negative) about the double billing, asking for a refund to be issued to my credit card account. I got this long canned response (2nd negative) informing me that according to their policies I would not be receiving a refund as it was detailed when I originally started a 30 day free trial. It is not their custom to issue refunds and apparently customer service is not in their mission statement. (3rd negative). I DO NOT recommend this company. I will never renew or buy from them again. I suggest that people looking for coupon books, go to SaveAround. Another negative is that the coupons get crappier every year. Don't waste your time or money. My plan is now to inform all friends, family, associates, etc. about my experience with this sham.

Coupons are for terrible businesses about to go out of business. They renew you without your permission and refuse to credit you.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. (And one of the two 5 star ratings below isn't even for this company!) I've been trying for 5 weeks to get Entertainment to remove my credit card information and an old email address from their records and neither has been done. I keep getting their emails at my old address even though I changed my emails address on my account. They wrote back but the first 2 times, they didn't read my email properly (very frustrating) and the third time they said they fixed the email issue (but didn't) and didn't even mention the credit card issue. There is no option to remove my credit card info myself like on most sites. Also, a month ago I cancelled the auto-renewal option but when I checked my account today, it was turned back on. No one else has access to my account so they must have turned it back on.
Since I'm getting nowhere emailing them, I tried calling the toll-free number but they have too many calls so their auto-response said to call back later.
I used to like this book for local restaurant deals but I find it's getting smaller each year. True, they have lots of online coupons now but you have to be careful not to print them too far in advance or they'll expire before you can use them and I don't like having to print my own coupons at my expense when I paid them to provide them to me.
Update July 2015: I finally got through on the phone in January and spoke with them twice, each time they promised that it would be fixed. It took about 4 months but finally I stopped getting emails at my old email address. My account is now closed since I don't want to do business with them anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother - deals might be okay but customer service is terrible so not worth it. Lots of other places to get the deals.
Bought this as a school fundraiser for a friend's child. They automatically renew, and you have NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM TO STOP IT. Nightmare, do not buy this garbage.
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE COUPON BOOKS! BUSINESSES ARE SUING THEM! Fraudulent company! They are actually illegally using expired business contracts and telling consumers that they can use these coupons.
Don't buy an Entertainment Coupon Book from www.Entertainment.com. I bought this coupon book for several years, with no issues; usually cost between $20 - $30. Then, in 2018, they sent me an offer to buy the book for $7, so I jumped on it. Then, late in 2018, a $30 charge showed up on my credit card bill, so I called my credit card company, since I had no idea why they were charging me $30. I told the credit card company that I didn't authorize the $30 payment, so they suggested that I open a dispute, since Entertainment.com already got the $30. Opening a dispute gave my credit card company a way to refund the $30 to my account. After being jerked around for over 3 months (between Entertainment.com and my credit card company), it was finally settled. Turns out, Entertainment.com was assuming that since I paid the discounted price of $7 for the 2018 Entertainment Book, that I agreed to an Annual Renewal, WHICH I DID NOT DO. WARNING EVERYONE... DO NOT GET INVOLVED OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WWW.ENTERTAINMENT.COM COUPON BOOK... THEY WILL OFFER YOU A DISCOUNTED BOOK PRICE AND THEN TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL RENEWAL, WHICH IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT OF. BEWARE... BOYCOTT WWW.ENTERTAINMENT.COM. I'm just trying to protect other people to avoid 3 months of HE// by not getting stuck in a YEARLY ANNUAL RENEWAL. Cheers!
