Although I am not a customer and never had been envest Took $325 out of my account and will not return it. They do agree that I do not have an account yet. They will not refund my money. If they're so great, Why won't they admit their mistake and refund my money?
You choose to pay your fee on their services without subscription, they charge you and 2 minutes later they subscribe you without your consent and charge you an initial 70 dollars in Two payments.(what is it if not a scam?) Raise a refund request and they totally ignore your rights, but happily taking your hard earn money and refusing to pay you back, close your case without resolving it. They don't know what customer service is, they are rude careless and unhelpful and ignorant! Do not fall for them! They are thiefs
