Rio grand Valley customers. Beware if you're using Enviroguard pest control. We signed a contract with them six months ago if you look up in the notations, it talks about filling the weep holes every service about calling prior to arrival which they have never done on the three services. They've been to my home and they filled the wee poles the first service But the service last week they didn't fill the weep holes, my Wife was home and asked the technician to let her know when he was coming inside so they would step out and he says I'm sorry, but we're not doing the inside and my notations on sign up where they would have to do the inside every single service, which is why we wanted the phone call to be sure that we were home but we were home so the phone calls, not a big deal. The agent refused to come and spray the inside of the house on my video cameras around the house. You could see him spraying around the air, not actually on the edges of the wall of the exterior of the house and he didn't even open the unlocked outdoor bathroom to spray inside the bathroom. On the very first service, they give you a discount and tell you that if you ever cancel your service, they're going to charge that back to you. I'm canceling my service not because I want to i'm canceling it due to poor service and not meeting up to standards, promised me by the selling technician who once they sell, you wants nothing to do with you anytime you reach out to that person they say I'm sorry I can't do anything from here. You have to call the office so once they get the commission for the sale, they really don't care about you. I'm going to reach out to McAllen pest control and see if I can get a locally owned family business to do a better job for me. When they serviced me last week, the bill of $120 I paid $60 the very same day to make sure and pay for the service. I somewhat got outside but was not paying for the inside that was not done and I'm getting the closing bill for $115 early termination fee plus the additional $60 For the service that they did not do inside my home. If anyone who reads this is using in Vairo guard is your pest control company I highly recommend you walk around with them while they're doing the service or if you're not home that you check your cameras.
I hope this can help someone who's not getting the full service that they should be getting from a company
I'm sorry I wasn't able to upload the videos of the agent, spraying the air and not the wall of the house I had a hard time loading photos because my phone takes pictures that are greater than 5 MB
