It took 2 hours for the fortnite queue then it failed and now the epic games wont work and i cant get vbucks

Okay. I will consider myself an og player. I mean i am not really the the one to play fortnite when i downloaded it there was + downloads already. I started playin fortnite when i 5 years old... Yep 5 years it may seem not true but it's real my age is now just 10 so I am not even a teen. Beause i am so young my parents won't buy me any v bucks but i not sad because the was soo fun even now i not asking for like one millon v bucks just because of my parents won't buy me v bucks i don't have any skins i use defulat skin. But when the foundation came out i wanted it but the battle pass costs 950 v bucks i 0 v bucks all i am asking is i aaaaaa want aaaaa the foundation his pickaxe his glider the emote which he removes his helmet off and his cape it may seem a lot butttt aaaaa if you don't want to give me those it's fine epic games you did a great job in making fortnite i loveeeeee the game i case you want to me the things that I asked my username is glowing2424 bye.

So many bugs on the epic games store, cant download games i pay for and a joke of a customer service 0/10

I rarely make accidental purchases and they always tell me about refund tokens. Which I have already used. (That being around 2019) Now in 2021, they're giving back one a year... How can a company expect us to only make 1 mistake a year? With no refund tokens and an accidental purchase I contact them and they tell me about the cancel purchase in the bottom right, if I had known what SHOULD HAVE been shown as soon as it was added I would have used it. Another complaint is that on console, in the locker, to view styles is X or Square. Now to view styles in the store it's X or A. Now I come back after chapter 2s hot mess and get used to the viewing styles in the locker and decide to take a look at skins styles in the item shop and out of habit pressing what SHOULD BE the view styles button I accidental purchase a stupid skin I do not want. The view styles button SHOULD NOT BE the same as the purchase button. And Epic support just tells me things I already know or tells me things that should have been announced in the game for a more clear understanding.

Life is not money epic. Invest in your player base. All you want is money and overlook what is giving you that money
