Terrible service, rude employees, easy to get account stolen, very dangerous (you can get personal info stolen easily), lazy responses, if locked out account you'll never get back in, no method they show is even real, or works, and 2FA doesn't work

If you have an EA account and recently did the same as I did,downloaded this app purely for the sims4 free pack on May 11... and nothing but problems and frustration since. Haven't been able to open it AT all, and I know I'm not the only one. Probably won't use this again.

I'm trying to play the games that epic gives me, I download them and it says I have to wait 3 DAYS for fortnite. Me personally, I don't play FPS a lot, but I know I'm definitely not going to play on epics platform. You thought that was bad? I waited the 3 days, then had to wait another 4 hours for the game to "install". After the long and wasteful amount of time I waited to see if the game was somewhat good, I get disconnected. I try this on every other FPS game from epic, and it still happens. Not to mention the graphics quality is sucky.

Not recommended to people who like smooth gameplay or fast, because you will not get that in return after waiting 4 days to play some games.

Pls take away fall damage in fortnite pls I beg u I hate fall damage so much ima quit fortnitei hate it

They make the games worse every uptate and they cant do anything good they are just overall so bad at everything and makes the games so bad. I dont recoment them dont download any games form them you will just get angry cause the never fix anything and never listen to the community and makes to many collabs.

Installing it too difficult
Manage the library is also too difficult
Even uninstalling it, you need Microsoft Installation Troubleshooter to remove it
All they can do is to give you free stuffs

Absolutely shocking customer service and how to resolve simple issues that you've completely correctly. They respond extreme late with little to no information. It feels they are more bots than actual humans.
It's been over 3 days for a simple fix. I've had 1 reply a day asking questions I've already answered, thanks darkstar your such a help… not!

Tried multiple times to get Epic Games store to let me buy Dead Island 2, would not accept any of 3 credit cards (2 credit cards, 1 debit). Tried to download the launcher and buy through that, same issue. Guess I'll just buy it on console, and remember to listen when the internet tells you that something is god awful, they're not always wrong.

Play epic games to waste money, expose all your personal information, live in the streets, and get badly influenced.

Wanted to get Exodus but couldn't, had to wait for a year. Decided not too.
Wanted Dead Island 2 for years! Now I need to wait for a year. Guess I wont get it either.

Epic Games is a company that is killing PC gaming.

It happens all the time that I buy something and it doesn't show up in the library. I currently haven't played Dead Island 2 a week after release because the key redeemed but the game is nowhere to be found. Technical support is clueless and they throw instructions on how to fix it left and right, but nothing happens and the game is still nowhere. Tim Sweeney talks a lot about how he wants to save the game market, but all he does is convince me that I won't buy anything but V-Buxes at the Epic Games Luncher. I'd rather wait until the $#*!ing exclusivity ends and buy it on Steam. Even though I have the boxed version on PC, I will insist on a refund and I absolutely do not care what their objections are. Open and free market, that's for sure Tim Sweeney. All you are doing is dividing the community and making things much worse. I was willing to ignore the problems Epic Games Luncher had in the beginning, but damn it's been five years since you launched this piece of crap service and it looks like it was designed by a 5 year old programmed by a newborn. Your company makes me sick.

Unable to help me ''verify'' my account despite having information beyond what should be required, including verification through bank.

Avoid their products and support, amased they havent gotten sued yet for failing to upphold basic support.

If I could give them nothing it still would be too much credit to this piece of crap pc game launcher! I thought it could not be that bad with how people talk about crashing games or not being able to play there games that they BOUGHT, I know a lot of people could not update because of the error 1603 and many regular users stepped up and helped the community fix this and to them, u have all my respect. If there is a game that releases on epic just wait the year for Steam. I have tried all the fixes still will not download.

As everyone else has stated they security is trash my account 2fa does not work it was changed from phone and email to app and email and it wont even sent me the email to gain access to my account luckily i have not bought anything from them yet I was going to get dead island 2 but not if I have to use epic games in anyway I will just get on console so I don't have to deal with this terrible only system they have no physical person to talk to just auto bots that respond with the same bs email that they send to everyone about how they cant verify your account i attached a picture below i am sure it look like all the other reviews

The epic games launcher is bad to begin with. First things first every other launcher i use if you have a game downloaded you can say locate but with epic you have to start the download find the folder in your drive that its downloading to delete it put the game folder with the same name where that one was just for it to find it. Second if you have an issue and you contact them its like they only have Ai's helping you and if it is real people they don't give a rats a** about helping you they just link you articles or sht that does not go into exact detail of your issue. I am a huge rocket league player they bought the game and turned it into a money hungry game and when you have an issue in game they have no clue what they are talking about... For example i played a 3v3 tournament match and the server kicked me and my friend's out and it counted as a loss so i contacted them asking if i could get my mmr back and told them it happened in a tournament match and the reply was asking if it was ranked 2v2 or 3v3 and i told them again it was a tournament not a ranked 2s or 3s and again they kept thinking it was ranked so you tell me how they can buy a game and when someone tells them an issue in the game they bought how they dont know the game or care about the game before they bought it, if you found a bug and you reported it they gave you an item called the white hat now they just ignore you and ban you when you find a bug whether it be on purpose or accident

I don't understand how I company can be so soft when it comes to bans. I got banned for typing kys which I'm reality is the softest insult ever. Contact the support and ask them why I got banned for so long and they just dodge my question completely. Not only that, the messages are all reviewed by AI, so what ever seems fit just gets the ban. They also use the excuse they can't unban because of their system. Good joke. Don't recommend playing any epic games games they will just fcuk you over and take away your freedom of speech.

Epic Games is an okay website. The problem is they didn't give me free games. My friend Rackson was so mad he didn't get his games that he jumped into the fish tank, started drinking the fish water and slept in there all night. Then, Brady P. Took the toilet in the bathroom and threw it into a lake full of dolphins. Minnie then jumped in and put toxic waste in there. Then Bobert ripped open the wall with his muscles, dug a hole a floor down, then my friend Gopher the Buddy (his real name from birth) and attacked Мистер Гуфи. мистер тупой was so mad that he jumped out the school from the sixth floor and drove away to Ohio in a random person's Tesla. Then Trandon broke his arm by hitting a hammer against it. The Trandon sneezed so hard that all his snot went on Garlie. Garlie was working on his shadow length project but was interrupted by the sneeze and was so annoyed he punched Trandon's broken arm. Then Miss Bergason started cursing at the Epic Games website and then started crying. Gethan was so angry that he ran down the hallway and collided into the brick wall. He started saying things like "I want my pizza!" or "Give me some Macaroni and Cheese!" Then Epic Games said, "I am angry with you!" as a message. Concluding, Epic Games is not epic and Steam is better.
