Not even 1 star. I placed an order on February 23 and STILL have not received part of the order. It's March 14. When I called to try to resolve the issue and explain my frustration, the customer service rep laughed at me. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
Came in the mail quite quickly, was exactly as detailed online, exactly what I wanted. Good quality, great color. I would definitely order again. Thank you!
Love the structure of these hats. Comfortable, retains it's shaped and lightweight. Great product! I have purchased this brand before and the color does not fade.
Ordered shirts and the wrong one was shipped, they refused to correct by shipping the correct shirt at no additional shipping fees. CUSTOMER SERVICE rep tried to help, but I was transferred to managers who were both ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They would not correct their mistake! BUYER BEWARE! DONT ORDER FROM EPIC SPORTS!
My daughters shorts arrived quickly and fit like the charts suggested. The maroon color is a little darker than it appeared but overall very nice shorts.
Always enjoy ordering from Epic. Quick, no fuss, great prices. I enjoyed the Badger compression shirts a little more than the A4, but both were great.
Very good website easy to order, the one thing I would like to see is more information on how your order is coming along the only word that shows up on your order status is progress and it stays on progress until your order is shipped I guess I order my little leagues baseball stuff on April the 8th and here it is April the 23rd and my order says still in progress. I think the customers would like to see how their order is coming along.
Placed my second order but won't be any more I received a large order Three of the shirts had Ink stains, two of the shirts had dirt stains on the inside of the shirts, one of them looked like it had been dropped on the floor and walked on, and several of the shirts were poorly sewn (part of the shirt was pulled into the hem and sewn over) and a couple had crooked seams. I don't recommend them to anyone and gave them a 1 star because there wasn't a -0. Contacted them several times asked for a refund or replacement sent pictures and got nothing but BULL$#*!!
I have used Epic Sports a number of times in the last couple years to purchase Puma products. The prices cannot be beat and every time the Puma product was just as I anticipated, quality product, great wearing, with no problems. As a bonus I have ALWAYS gotten my Puma product much sooner than anticipated.
When I used to order medals, they came sorted and ribbons clipped to the medals ready to start using. Now that customer service is over because all 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons were just thrown in the box all mixed up, not when sorted by place and the medals were the same. They weren't sorted and definitely not clipped to the ribbons.
Everything About Epic Sports is about Customer Service and great products at a great price have bought numerous items and have yet to be anything but elated... Highly recommend Epic Sports for all your Sporting needs

Very unhappy just received today. We paid to receive by 8/30/17 and because I called that day seemed like it was mailed. I'd want our fee we paid reimbursed due to not getting by promised date
I ordered on February 25 -- a large order of batting helmets. Was told the ETA for delivery was March 8. I was told that the goods were not shipped until March 9 (the day our season started) and after the ETA for actual delivery.
No one called or e-mailed to let me know that the shipping was going to be delayed until after the arrival date -- if I had known that I could have cancelled or modified the order. Now I am told that if I want to return anything I have to pay restocking fees and shipping costs. Very poor customer services -- definitely will not use them again. EPIC FAIL, not EPIC SPORTS
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN! Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have never written a review before this so this should tell you something. First, it took over a month for my items to arrive which is comical this day and age. I then attempt to return an item. They not only didn't pay for return shipping but have the audacity to keep the item and not refund me accusing me of "scratching" the item. Not even a notification. Then say if you want the item that was "damaged" back (which is a complete false accusation) you have to pay for the shipping again. It doesn't end here, then charged me a "fee" for re stocking the item during return that they kept and never reimbursed me for! I WOULD NOT ADVICE TO BUY OFF THIS SITE! STAY AWAY! I am outraged. The manager on the phone then hangs up on me when trying to get answers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY!
Epic sports has the best prices, products and fastest delivery time! I've never had an issue with any of my orders for the past 3 years I've been using their products.
I got the basketball shorts for my daughter, she loved them. We previously would buy And 1 shorts. So happy to find girl shorts that are comfortable and or great quality.
