Order 27 shirts to have numbers placed on front and back. When I received the items 10 of the shirts had wadded material under the numbering and a couple of the numbers were not stuck to the jersey. Complained to them and they said I needed to Heat press them, but I don't own a heat press and why should I have to fix something that I ordered and paid for.
Reached out to them again and have not heard any response to it.
I love epic sports. They always have excellent prices for quality sportswear. I buy items for my yoga classes. Sizes are great. Fast ship. Will purchase again.
Purchased 2 large items, a Chalk Line Marker and a large steel base cart. The shipping went up to $77.87 when the two items were ordered. Both are very heavy.
Epic sports did not have the Base Cart in stock and refunded the cart charge but still kept $77.87 for shipping. About a $40.00 profit just for saying they do not have an item ordered. Genius way to screw people out of money actually! I would never recommend them!
Leggings run small for their size, but the shorts were a perfect fit. Over all I was not happy with the leggings purchase.

I ordered my sons baseball team uniforms and received their jerseys quickly and in a timely manner however we have not received our pants, socks, or hats and we are now 2 games into our season (been roughly 5 weeks now waiting). They continue to change the arrival date to later the. Expected so who know s when we will get our complete uniforms. So needless to say my team looks like the bad news bears at the moment. Also epic customer service is by far the worst just because you and unable to talk to anyone live about your issues all conversations are over chat and probably with a robot. This is my first time dealing with Epic and will be my last.
Sent me the wrong size hat(6 3/8 TO 6 5/8) Then tried to tell me the size they sent to me "is no such size" Went back on their website and sent them a screenshot to prove to them that they do have that size. Very poor customer service. SHOP AND BUY ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN

As many of us I do a lot of shopping online. This has been the only and first ever worst experience of my life. I ordered some football Girdles and other things. The order never made it to me even though it was placed early February. It is 3/24/2022 and the package was sent back to the sender as it was not delivered to me. It was received on 3/7/2022 and to this date I have not received a refund because they are soooo backed up on their "unidentified" orders. Oh and by the way good luck trying to get a hold of anyone... They keep asking me how my experience was when I didn't even receive anything from them. The only way to get a hold of someone is through Chat and they ignore you. This is my first time writing a negative review on something and I am posting it all over SM.

Haven't t been able to get in contact with anyone beside an email stated someone will contact me and it has been 3 days. If I didn't have to put a star on the rate, I wouldn't have at all! I ordered 21 Jerseys for a Football team. The description stated that these were Dri-Fit Shirts and Navy Blue. I had names and numbers put on the backs of each jersey. Spent a total of $250.00 on these. The shipping took forever. When I finally received the jerseys I opened the package, just to find that they were not at all what I order! I received Cotton T-shirts that were closer to a grey color. Not even close to navy blue... I emailed the company and "chatted" with them as they DO NOT have a number to call to speak with an actual human. They told me that I should not rely on the images provided on the website for reference when ordering. What sense does this make?!? They have continued to tell me that I received exactly what I ordered and can not process a refund or take these jerseys back due to having custom printing done on the backs of them. Absolutely WORST customer service I have ever received. They could not offer any type of resolution at all. Just argued with me and told me I received the correct items. I have ordered from them so many times and referred them to numerous people and this is how they treat a loyal customer?!? Will NEVER spend another dime on this company. So disappointed. And now stuck with 21 jerseys that will not be used...
Sent wrong item. I ordered a teen medium, which was the only option you could purchase. They sent a youth. The packaging which I provided them a picture of shows "youth" as the size, and it also shows all the sizes available, youth, teen medium, and teen large.
I also sent them a screenshot from their own website showing, they only offered teen medium.
It took them over a week to "investigate" and they decided they sent the correct item. My loss and wasted money.
Order #: xxxxxx purchased 51 pairs of the Champro Youth Scorpion Football Shoulder Pads. Upon taking inventory we removed the tags and the plastic and noticed that the padding was too thin and the overall Shoulder pad was going to be a safety risk if we used them. We made our decision to purchase on the reviews on Epic sports but we quickly could see that they were not informative and must have reviewed a different product. I boxed up the pads in 4 boxes and took them to UPS to ship back and they said the price was $420.00 We are a nonprofit and can afford to lose $420 because of a product that could get our youth sport football players hurt. We have 14 teams in our league. I have bought Thousands of dollars of equipment and also has the other teams in the league because I have always promoted Epic sports. I have over 100 kids that are waiting on this return to find out if we can play the season because of a return situation. My ask is can you help with the shipping and will there be a restocking fee? The kids never tried them on just the board members removed the tag and the plastic to take inventory. Also do you have a warehouse in California? Please help! Xxxxxx Please call me

I order a lot of equipment throughout the year for various sports. This was my first and last time I order anything through them. My order was lost. Granted, it wasn't their fault, but the customer service afterwards is what was. I contacted customer service, through online chat as phone is not an option for them. They wouldn't help get my replacement order out but advised me to place a new order until they heard back from FedEx. I then asked if was to place my order would they at least expedite the order to make sure I would at least get our items in a timely manner. The guy(Luke) only apologized, but told me there was nothing they could do.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again!
