I ordered a slam magazine Allen Iverson shirt. Was nervous about receiving my order on time considering reading all the bad reviews. After ordering it shipped the next day and was delivered less than a week later!
1 day worn. Followed cleaning instructions shirt still faded. I don't see how one wash can ruin my shirt.@$40 lost and know I can buy it for half the cost.

Placed an item for next business day which has come and gone order still showing processing agent says call back tomorrow but can't refund or help. Just wait for item then return and once they receive will process refund. The order has never shipped!
Will not purchase from this site again. Even after looking at size chart it still ran small and short in length. They will also charge a 10.00 return fee back to your form of payment. Or you can put it on a e-gift card for free.

My husband has been wanting a custom jersey for years, finally bought one and after two wears the letters fell off. When I emailed customer service about the issue they said we are sorry you are dissatisfied but it looks like you ordered over 90 days ago so there is nothing we can do. We paid over $40 per wear. Poor customer service and poor product. If I could give zero stars I would.
Twice already I have placed orders and twice they have taken my money and then sent an email stating that they do not have the items in stock. So you're basically in limbo waiting for these items without ever knowing when they'll arrive. Stop taking people's money if you don't have the items! What kind of business is this? Never again.
Also the customer service is hit or miss. Mostly miss. I tried to reach someone for two days regarding an order and the chat line kept saying unavailable and the wait times for a call were insane.
Why isn't this a fully stocked fan shop? Selection is a joke. Chandler Parsons socks? Are you kidding me? FOH with that. Where are the city edition shirts for Luka and KP? Where is the green Dallas gear? Aside from jerseys, they have all the crap nobody wants. If they do have something you like, it's only in one size, only for youth, etc.
Pre ordered a Houston Rockets jersey in July, it arrived today (October) and it was the wrong item. Not even close to the original item ordered (received an Arizona polo)! Called customer service and the jersey is out of stock, and they don't know when it will be restocked. The only thing they could do was a refund. Oh and graciously offered to waive the return fee. (Yea, that should be standard)!
To try and make up for the mistake, they offered a 20% discount on a future purchase, which coincidentally was a coupon included in the wrong order and also the current deal the ENTIRE SITE is offering. How is that trying to make up for the mistake?
Worst part, they admitted that these things happen a lot! Well jeez that doesn't make me feel better, fix your system so that people don't have to go through this. What's the point of pre ordering an item, waiting months to receive it and then never getting it. Will not be ordering from the site again!
I ordered a custom jersey on-line and accidently ordered Lage instead of X Large. So I contacted their office within 50 minutes of placing the order and guess what! They can' do anything about it. Their excuse was that it's too far along in processing! What a joke! Does this company even have departments that work together? Then they tell me it's a final sale. Just terrible! Worts service I have experienced in years!

Logo on back was off center and the quality of the shirt was just garbage. Scratchy and see through. Customer service was not helpful and it took 2 weeks to get here. Now we are 3 days out before Xmas and I have to go shopping.

My order was about a week late and returning it you got to cover the in AND return-shipping (23 dollars for one jersey within US and 27 in EU!). They lure you in with codes and rebates but you end up paying the bill when you got returns.

I ordered November 30,2021. 4 items were received promptly however an item promised by 12/31/21 has not been shipped by and I cannot get information on a shipping date or even if it will ship. Christmas ruined for my grandson! After calls to customer service I still don't know. They offered 30% off my next purchase as an apology but I doubt if it will be any good when you know where freezes over which will be the next time I order from them. Evidently they have zero control or ability to find out anything from their warehouses.
Finally after 24 years I got to see my team the Raptors win the nba championship! To celebrate I ordered a championship shirt right away off the nba store... One month later they still haven't even shipped it. Not only that, but they've lied multiple times with the shipping date. All I keep getting is apologies and excuses. I order stuff from Amazon and Ebay and it's never a problem. Never had to wait more than a week. I know the shirt is in demand, but this is too much. They should be embarrassed the way they do business. Never order anything from them. Just look at their online ratings. Speaks for itself.

The personalized NBA jersey I got my son for his birthday/graduation present back in May already has numbers peeling. I called your store but didn't ask for my money back - just a replacement or to have it fixed. But, I was continually told nothing could be done because it's out of the "90 day return period", however, they do admit it's defective. Again, I don't want to return it for a refund - just have it replaced or even fixed. It's ridiculous that eventually all the letters/numbers will fall off and my son won't want to wear it fearing he will get teased. Buyers beware - you may wind up getting a defective jersey that can't be returned after 90 days. I wouldn't take the chance.
Negative 1 ratings for the NBA store I placed order ahead of time expedited it got a refund for express shipping still no order received and no new updates. They have there $300. Sooooooo where is my jersey. Horrible business. Go to a physical store do not order online

Received my order 1 month after I ordered it, shirts are thrown into a bag with no invoice or return labels. Shirts have big ugly stickers across the front of them with order # etc on them. Ordered 4 Rockets/Harden shirt, and instead got 3 Rockets shirts and one Charlotte shirt. Shirts are a thin cheap material, wrinkled. Emailed customer service about the error they had made, response had no apology, and no useful info or solution. Basically told me to mail the wrong shirt back to them and when they get they will credit me my money back. Like I said there was no return label/info included. Terrible, and if I could rate them -5 I would. Don't waste your time or money ordering from them.

Really should've checked the reviews before trusting this outfit. Ordered a pricey jersey for Christmas, based on the site indicating that it would be delivered in 3-10 days - well before Christmas. Then, a moment after hitting buy, I get a confirmation stating that it would be delivered far too late. The website provides no way to cancel. It has an unmanned chat "help" feature, which, for obvious reasons, isn't much help since there is no one to chat with. Buy elsewhere.
I paid for 2 day shipping on 12/19, and said item would be there by 12/23 in time for XMAS, but did not show up until 12/28. Tracking #: ************** I will never use this site again. I called 3 times and got disconnected eventually all 3 times!
I ordered a nba jersey for a friend as a Christmas present. I was so disappointed. The product is very poor quality and basically a knockoff. Instead of embroidered emblem or vinyl. It was as if they took a photo of jersey and printed material to make jersey. Not even close to what they show on their website. Shame on me for not checking this site out better. No phone number to call. No address. You can only email them and I have no response yet from their "customer service" Basically I'll eat the money spent. Do not purchase from them!

The only reason I would come here is if you really want to make sure your stuff is the real thing and you don't mind shelling out the money they ask for. I bought some stuff here for a die hard NBA fan/relative. They asked for $35 bucks for a shirts, which was ok since you're getting the "real" stuff. What made me dread this place is the shipping.
They say it would take 7-10 days for it be send out from their warehouse and you tack on at least 4-6 days for shipping so you get the "real" stuff about 2-3 weeks after you order it. I personally think considering how big NBA is and how much they're asking for their stuff, they can at least make sure the package gets send out quicker than that.
I had a unique situation and I had ordered more than a few things and it took long 4 my orders 2 come but I had 2 also leave the country soon so I didn't have time 2 wait. 1 customer service was kind and did wat she could but (linda) her attitude was so bad and rude with me I probably will not ever order from them again. It was a negative experience I won't ever 4 get..
I bought a jersey on this website only due to price and that it stated to ship same day. I thought perfect, 3-7 days shipping, maybe I'll get lucky and get closer to 3 than 7. I check back next day and it was still pending, the next day it said new. I had to call to get answers and the csr stayed there were shipping delays from that warehouse and was not sure when it would ship. First of all, someone should have contacted me. I ordered it due to price and ship times. If I knew it was going to take 2 days just to process I would have gone to the local pro shop. Now my package will arrive after my husbands birthday, my fault for waiting. When I expressed to the csr someone should contact me and now should expedite my shipment she was not able to do so. Expedited shipping was no lo longer being offered. These people have useless answer for everything. Not using them again.
