Great price on turf shoes for refereeing soccer. Cannot find women's turf shoes, and men's shoes generally do not come in a small enough size. First time I've seen a men's size 6, which is still a tad big, but much better than than kid's turf shoes I've been using that don't provide any support. I'm please with the shoes and to get for about $35 with shipping was a very good deal.
Very happy with product, delivery time & ease of purchase... the only negative I have, is all of the advertising I received after visiting the website & looking at the products offered... now everywhere I go online, I have epic sports ads following me - even after the purchase... it's pretty annoying! Otherwise, was great doing business with epic again, will most likely continue to use them when in the market for their products!
Compression shorts were very thin and will not compress a thing. I ordered a large based on the size chart, but they literally fall off of me when I put them on. I tried to call customer service and they said that because they are a close out, they only thing they can do is review it, if I take pictures of the shorts with a ruler, etc...not worth my time! I just put the 3 pair that I bought in the Good Will bag. Lesson learned...stick with the brick and mortar stores!
I ordered 25 shirts from Epic Sports in three different orders. (all within one week) All the shirts were prepackaged. Noticed one was missing. Contacted customer service, while not very polite, they did send the missing shirt. Blamed it on their distributor. Checked all the shirts before bringing them to my embroiderer. Again, all prepackaged and all folded looked exactly the same. Received shirts back from embroiderer and while sorting noticed two of the shirts were not what I ordered. They were Texas Shirts and not US Shirts. Called customer service. Got no where with customer service agent. Asked to speak to Supervisor. Was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Supervisor Ryan, while admitting it was their fault (actually the distributor's fault) I had to remind him I did not purchased from distributor, I purchased from Epic Sports. Ryan was very unprofessional and rude. Blamed me then blamed my embroider. Appears to me they slipped in some Texas shirts to get rid of them. Explained how or why would I have thought they slipped in a different shirt? All the prepackaged shirts looked the same. Why would I think to look for something different? Again, Supervisor Ryan very rude and offered no solutions, basically just said I damaged the shirts by having them embroidered. As a business owner, I would be appalled to find out one of my people treated a customer poorly. Will not be doing business with Epic Sports again. (my solution, if not just replacing the shirts would have been to offer two replacement shirts at cost and quick ship. No loss on their part, showed some effort and problem resolved) Bad business.
The return policy is very poor and costly. Many items on the sight are listed as adult, youth, and juniors. When placing my last order for my club team, I click on the wrong image size (even though the image for youth and junior were the same and just side by side). Once the items came and the mistake was noticed - I was told there was a 30% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. This error cost me over $250.00. Even though I have ordered over 10 thousand in product from epic Sports over the last two years, no accommodations would be given. This is even after the representative agreed that the product listing on the website was easily mistaken and commonly done.
Double check everything, especially sizes before clicking the place order button.
I purchased a jersey but received a youth medium instead of an adult medium, however it did come in a little earlier than expected and also I was able to contact customer service easily to resolve the problem. Glad that I got assistance with the issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon once I receive the product I have originally asked for.
Awesome company with top quality merchandise at a price that is completely unreal.I bought 10 shirts for the price of two at the local store and your product is second to none.I will definitely be buying everything from Epic Sports. First notice was that a majority of the hats were bent or dented or smashed ( whichever term you want to use) your team tried to stuff too many hats into the boxes so they arrived damaged, second the hats were not of good quality they all fit differently but most had dents in the front sides which showed very low quality. I am in the process of returning.
I was shocked that when you buy something from this website it does not ship for almost 4 weeks. When I emailed the CS department and complained, my order shipped in less then 48 hours later. I am happy I got the order much quicker then originally estimated.
Have gone to Epic countless times for apparel and team needs. Nothing beats their prices, professional business attitude, quickness of delivery, and quality you receive. By far one of my favorite places to shop for myself as well as the middle school football team I coach. Epic rules!
Your website did not have the correct shipping information updated. The goods were delivered to my printer, but never knew they were there. Waited almost 30 min on hold when I called customer service.
2 of the pairs of shorts were made of different material than the rest.
Well the prices are great but I was giving an estimate time of arrival which I get is just an estimate but just because it did not make it by that date I cannot get another date of when the plan of it arriving will be there's reasons people order things by certain dates usually because we have games and need the uniforms by those times I ordered on September 4th and I am still waiting on this order we have played two games and have not had uniforms to play them in I'm just very unhappy with the process and the overall communication with workers not being able to tell me a date on when I will receive my package because even before the arrival date was not met my package was still saying processed which means that it is being packaged and and waiting for pickup from the warehouse and now a week later somehow it is still being processed and waiting for pickup so I really don't believe the process that it is telling me when I type in my order number I'm just unsatisfied and I highly recommend ordering at least a month or so out if you want your shipment on time they give you five or six different options for certain dates to have them buy if you pay a select amount of money and I chose the middle option and I don't know why they give those options because they definitely do not try to meet those dates I'm just unhappy and I'm still waiting for my package I can only pray that the uniforms turn out right so I don't have to go through another issue.
I'm new at coaching, so with all the choices available, it can be very overwhelming. Heard about EpicSports from other coaches. So glad I decided to go with EpicSports. Products just as advertised at a very reasonable price. This plus prompt delivery made for a very positive experience.
The problem was if your product didn't fit or wrong color, you would have to pay for returned back to Epic and then reorder and purchased whatever items you need in order to received them and Epic will refund you back a portions of your first purchased order money. I'm not understanding why the company{Epic Sport} doesn't want to except their merchandise back without reordering again? They need to reconsidered their returning policy and be fair with the consumer(s). Overall they have great merchandise!

Pricing is excellent. My order was received in full with no issues and delivered within the estimated time range of about 2 weeks. I'd prefer that items shipped sooner, but I am confident that I will receive them within the estimated time frame. Overall, good and reliable service.
I was under the impression the balls would come fully deflated, but they came partially inflated. Not ready to play with right away & not ready to pack in my Operation Christmas Child boxes either. It would be very helpful if the description on the website noted this.
It seems sizing of baseball pants varies drastically between brands making it difficult to order online without trying on first. 2 different brands of size L ordered and one brand was too small the other too big. One brand we currently have a size M of and they are tight so it seemed reasonable a L would be bigger and they were not. Not Epic Sports fault, just frustrating. Otherwise ordering was easy and email updates of order progress were great.
Very frustrating to get our order tax exempt. I know its tough working with different states and I also know New York is a pain, but it was quite the ordeal in order to get out tax taken off. The form that works here for Wal-Mart, Wegmans, Dollar General etc, isn't good enough for an online order. Just very frustrating.
This was the only site I found that has what was suggested to me. The ice pack inside my riding helmet keeps me cool in spite of the heat and humidity and/or sun. When one pack gets warm, a helper can replace a new one for me with little hassle during the riding time. It makes summer riding fun again.
I placed an order for jerseys we needed for in upcoming trip. I ordered them with 3 day expedited shipping because we needed them for a trip we were taking 10 days later. While on the website I thought I might as well check out what else they had since I was paying over $17 for shipping anyways. I found a little jacket for $4 for my son and added it to the order. Well the order didnt arrive until AFTER we left for our trip so I not only had to scramble last minute to try to find ANYTHING that would work for our groups shirts 2 days before we left, but then I come home to find that now I have to PAY to return these unusable jerseys that were Epics mistake, but now I am also paying nearly $11 for a $4 jacket that I just threw into my order as an impulse buy. When I called Jose the "customer service" rep, he accused me of just trying to get my order for free. No, I just want to return the entire order and try to forget ever dealing with this mess of a company! So now not only am I paying $15 for a jacket I didnt need, but I am also paying for the return shipping on the jerseys that they screwed up on getting to me. This entire ordeal was a mess and i will NEVER order from this company again.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
