Paid for a new fast pitch softball bat for my daughter, when I received it the box and bat was damaged, I call customer service and they told me they would start the process of trying to have it replaced. It's been almost 10 days and I haven't heard from anyone at epic sports!

It took a ridiculous amount of time before my order was even shipped out and it was close to 2 weeks before I actually received the socks. I know that you all include expected delivery time as 10+ days, but the long delay in actually getting them packaged to ship out seemed beyond excessive.
I REALLY needed to access size charts! Had to order item in two different sizes to hope one fits properly!
When the items arrived, two were way too big. I was forced to request an RA to return them, which would involve a ridiculously priced restocking fee. Luckily I was able to find two more items in different sizes and colors to replace them, thus avoiding the fee.
The customer service on the phone when I called to request the RA and order replacement products was absolutely excellent!
This all could have been avoided with having accurate size charts available for each brand! How much trouble could it possibly be to include them on your website?!
Easy to use website; great shirts at a great price and quickly shipped. This was much appreciated as we are still dealing with another company where we ordered similar shirts - they immediately charged our debit card (4/9/18) and we STILL have not received our order (despite multiple emails and attempts to contact)! Overall, my experience was fair. Shipping time was much longer than most products I purchase online. The products I ordered were in good condition, but I didn't like any of them and will be sending back.
Epic Sports has great closeout deals. I check their new stuff every few months for gear that my kids or I need. The website is not the easiest to navigate and could use improved search tools. Also, descriptions for some items are sometimes not the most helpful. Since you can't return closeouts, it can be a little bit of a gamble if you're not sure what you're getting or you tend to be between sizes. But, if you do your research to know what you're getting, you can save a lot of money.
My experience w/ Epic Sports continues to be very good/ satisfied. Have purchased numerous products through Epic Sports over the past 2-3 years averaging ~ $7-8K in purchases annually. Have found a diverse selection of sports products at very reasonable, more competitive prices. Only bad experience was my purchase of the pandemic mask, which was recently. Also like Epic Sports because the company historically delivers the products I purchase as advertise, often earlier. Very reliable service.
Great Price on the products I purchased. I found some great clearance items at ridiculously low prices. My only complaint would be that unless your purchasing a big order, the shipping charges considering the time it took to receive the order are high. But if your placing an order big enough to offset the cost of shipping for ground delivery, it is not that bad. I purchased 4 shorts and 12 socks and shipping was $10 and change. The order does go ground so it can take up to a couple weeks. But I can't complain about paying $4.99 for athletic shorts and.49 for xl white ankle socks. The shorts are nice but they did not have any pockets.
Very happy with the experience. Only issue was that it took 3 weeks to arrive. They told me that up front though so I knew that would be the case. Great price & great quality. Would order from them again.
