The shirts and embroidery are fine. The customer service is terrible. I can never get a hold of a person. I waited multiple times for a long time to get an answer through the chat and they still didn't answer my question. I did not get a response when I emailed. The prices may be good but it's not worth the bad customer service.
Since I discovered this site, I've been able to find almost everything I couldn't find at local stores at a more affordable price. I like having all the options here and very pleased with items and service.

Had to make several purchases and pay more money in shipping fees because I didn't know what all came with the item I purchased. If I knew in advance I could have ordered everything at once and saved on shipping fees
Company refused to allow a return of a defective item I purchased from them. They do not stand behind their products. I wish I would have never heard of them. I will go thru life naked before I would ever let hem have one penny of my money again.
Great website to find affordable sports gear and apparel. Highly satisfied with all of my purchases! Their soccer collection is great and highly recommend. My kid's look forward to getting much of their Soccer gear from them. My only recommendation is that I would like to see more of a selection made available in the soccer footwear section.
This customer service is awful! They will no longer be getting anymore of our business! When you place an order it immediately goes to a hold and then you have to jump through hoops for it to be off of hold!

I was very happy with the correspondence from Epic Sports to make sure everything ordered was correct. I liked the variety of shirts I had to choose from for my coaching staff and settled on the one I wanted. Quick turn around is what I like about Epic and will continue to shop with them in the future.
Do not buy from this site unless you are absolutely positive you will not need to return it for any reason--size, fit, color. In addition to paying for shipping, you will pay a 30% restocking fee per item! I do not recall seeing anything about this policy while ordering. Other online sites do not charge a restocking fee.
My son't coach gave each player a ball at the of the last season, and my son kicked his ball over our fence by accident where it met it's demise with the neighbor's dog. I contacted the coach and he pointed me to Epic sports. I was able to get the exact ball to replace the new chew toy, and my son is happy to have a new ball. Shipping was as indicated and we're happy with the product.
I paid for shirts three weeks ago and have not received I called Epic they informed me they didn't have the shirts I ordered in the first place and they had to order them from another company. They took my money on the day it was processed and now have no idea where my shirts are. No customer service with this company.
Got my shirts fast but one of them had a hole in it. Contacted your service people and sent pictures of it and sent it back to them. Haven't herd anything back from them so don't know if this is going to be great or never buy from again.
My item arrived in good time, and was exactly what I ordered. We had no issues with products ordered and we're pleased with the quality. Our first time ordering and we will definitely use y'all again when we need anything else.
I ordered 2 pairs of batting gloves at a very reasonable price and was very happy with them. My grand daughter wanted them in different colors but they were not available for the sale price. Still, very happy with the purchase.
I have read many reviews on this site - they seem to love it or hate it.
I check closeout items often, love the low prices on many items. Definitely have to check the sizing charts each brand has different size variances. Some brands run big, some run small. I also usually check reviews for other people who have ordered to see what they say about sizing. (i. E. runs big, order a size smaller; or sizing spot on, etc.)
Also the availability of the color and size you want, especially on closeout items.
I have done online orders only, so I have not dealt with customer service - - but I haven't needed to because the items I order are usually better than what you would expect for the price you pay.
The boots I ordered were for my daughter's dance team. I needed a bigger size customer service changes my size no problem before shipping. Was told that I should receive the boots on the 12th of September got the boots on the 6th.;*). The shoes fit perfectly and where just like the picture shown on the website. I will definitely recommend others and cone back as well.

Bought jerseys for my daughters basketball team. One of the sizes was too small! Called and asked if I could exchange it for the next size... The jersey was $12.99... said sure, except I would have to pay $10.90 for shipping?!?!? 1 jersey for $23! And I get a restocking fee and have to pay for shipping to send the wrong size back! I will not order through them again!

Since 2017 I have spent over $5500 with epic sports. This is the 1st time I have had a problem. Horrible Customer Service. I emailed them last week about an order from 2/11 that was supposed to arrive 2/25. They did not respond. I called today to cancel and they said they called me last week. All other correspondence was been through email. I asked why they did not email me. They had no response. I told them I ordered from another company since they did not respond. They said the order was being picked and can't stop it. I told them I did not expect to pay for return shipping. They said I would plus restocking fee. I guess a few dollars or stopping the order is beyond customer service possibilities and they prefer to loose a customer?
Shirts order were great quality, only wish you had more colorful patterns. Jackets were good quality, but was expecting a shorter length in torso and a little thicker (warmer) style. But all in all, great products thus far...
We received our order confirmation with tracking info on a Monday. It stated that our order would arrive on Wednesday. We received our order a day early on Tuesday. They have fast shipping and great customer service.
This is my first purchase from EpicSports, who were recommended to me by a friend. I needed to purchase all new numbered shirts for an Over-60 team going to a tournament at the end of August. The players have yet to see the shirts, but I was impressed with the quality for such a low price. Since I needed the shirts to be numbered, it seemed from the Website that the order would take a while to be processed. I was, however, surprised and very happy that I received the shirts within a few days! I shall definitely shop at EpicSports again.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
