People stay away from this company. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with, sorry I should've said zero customer support. I'm shocked this company has any good reviews. Still waiting for product and I've left numerous emails and messages with this so called company and still to this day no response.
Rude Manager. Do not order from them. Terrible customer service, rude and unaccommodating. Be prepared for overpriced shipping, and a 20% restocking fee PLUS having to pay your own shipping back. The product I ordered were baseball shirts for my team, not satisfied at all with the product. I ordered different sizes but neck opening from a medium size were as big as the XXL. Save yourself and PLEASE shop elsewhere.
Items took forever to get here and were way beyond the estimated shipping date. I even paid extra for expedited shipping and got the items about a week late. Items purchased are reasonably good quality.
TERRIBLE!! Don't buy from epic sports! Charged me $600 dollars and then told me that the item had been discontinued. Terrible business, terrible customer service. Don't make the same mistake many of us have made.
EXTREMELY disappointed with their return policy and how the customer service handled it. I should have read the other shady reviews before purchasing from them. NEVER again, lesson learned.

Epic Sport has bad customer service. Never order from a vendor that does allow you to speak to a live person. They advertise 24 hour chat but it's not 24 hours and not at all helpful. There also fraudulent, I was told via email that a credit was issued to my credit card, which was a lie. When I tried to follow up I was told via email the account was closed and they can't help me. I have had to retain an attorney because one thing I can't tolerate is a thief.
I ordered padding for 4 basketball courts. Shipment was suppose to be delivered by Feb. 8th, but zero shipping information was given. Costumer service is via email only, so it took a few days for someone to sort out the problem. Shipping information was updated and package arrived the following week. Product was exactly what I expected. Other than confusion about the shipping I had no problem with ordering with EpicSports.

Purchased adult l for my grandson 4 to 6 weeks ahead of game in August. The arrive damaged and too big 2Weeks before 1st game 9. 7. 21. Finally get a human on the phone after weeks of dealing with the robots. ( no help at all) just to be told the only way he cant help me. And to get the item replaced talk with the robots. I still have damaged item 9. 21. 21 the only response I got from robot was wash them and the black soil will come out... grandson is only member without correct knickers. Epic still has my money. And i can't get the correct size youth xl or a clean item.
I would give them 5 stars but every time I order something there is an issue. I tend to write them off instead of dealing with return/exchange. One time the shorts w/pockets I ordered had some without pockets. No biggie except to a teenager. This time the shirts I ordered all of the neck sizes were different even though they were the same A3XL- again, we will deal with it. Overall this is a great site and will continue to order and recommend them.
It would be nice if you could see quantity Ava usable so out know when you order if its fully in stock. It would also be helpful to have more customer support available so that the wait on the phone is. It 20+ minutes.
Our package was scheduled to be delivered on March 21 (paid extra to guarantee delivery date). The package did not arrive on scheduled date. I attempted to contact the company twice via the customer service email address in the shipping info they sent me and received no response. The package finally arrived on March 25... 4 days late. The baseball pants we ordered were needed for a game on the 25th and did not arrive on time. We were very disappointed not only in the delivery date being wrong (off by 4 days!) and not receiving any response from emails sent. Will NEVER use this company again.

I bought my son a bat bag for Christmas. I purchased it in October it was not delivered until Nov 26. My son got this for Christmas and Christmas night went to put his stuff in it and the strings broke. I paid over 80 dollars for this bag. Epic sports was closed on December 26, and 27 per the voice mail at customer service number. When I called this morning to get a replacement bag the customer service agent was extremely rude and told me they would investigate but it was over 30 days even though they were closed all last week. "Everyone knows it was a holiday." When I asked to speak with customer service manager the gentleman put me on eternal hold and then hung up on me.

Everyone has ever faced the situaton when he/she needed a new accomodation. Couple of months ago I have decided to sell my apartments and acquire new ones. I have applied to tis company and they did everything perfectly. They politely helped me to choose new accomodation, area where I will live and other minor things. I have already moved and want to thank this company because I'm very happy nowadays.
I ordered my product on January 13, and it still shows in progress when I check status. It did say online it could take 7-9 business days to ship. However, it's day 9 and it still hasn't shipped! I mean, really. You had no problem taking the money from my account. Next time, I will order somewhere else and pay extra just to get the product in a reasonable amount of time. It's been 13 days since I ordered... 9 business days and it still hasn't shipped! How long will it take it to make it to me after it finally ships. This is beyond unacceptable!
Ordered 6 softball fielder's masks for our local rec association for a fraction of the brick and mortar price; was pleased when they arrived a week ahead of the estimated delivery date. Overall, it was a great experience!
Ordered uniform pieces for my 18u travel baseball team and the order arrived fast and everything was as I expected. No issues. I had previously ordered from a competitor but they required a minimum. Order or 12. I only needed 3 new sets so when I found Epic sports and they had no minimum requirements it was an easy sell. Thanks Joe B.
I ordered our girl's softball team bags for all-stars. The catcher's bag fell apart after two weeks. The first customer service rep gave us the run around, made us call the manufacturer, and said they could do nothing. When we asked to speak to his manager, he said "go ahead, he will tell you the same thing." Finally got a refund for the bag. Have now ordered another bag with expedited shipping... apparently this means two weeks to get the bag from the manufacturer and then 3 day shipping so our catcher will not have a bag for the remainder of the season. I asked for shipping to be paid for and was declined. How hard would it be to pay for expedited shipping for a replacement bag?!?!?!
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
