Epos has been a lifesaver for my bakery. The system is incredibly user-friendly, and my staff picked it up quickly. I love the inventory management features and the detailed sales reports. It's given me valuable insights into my business that I never had before.
One whole week trying to get technical support to fix my software and everytime, the automatic operator answers and once option 2 for Technical support is selected, the phone call is cut off. Also this business is classed as 24 hour service Mon - Friday. Yet they have no support or sales team after 4pm. Its disappointing how bad their service has become. At least if you can't provide live support, provide a step by step guide online of how to solve issues. We as businesses run till late and weekends. Avoid this service If you have time.
The worst company to deal with, my system
Broke down, so i bought two brand new systems, its been two weeks and guess what, i still cant use it properly, they loaded 4 years old spreadsheet all goods with vat!
This is by far the worst company, just stay away, once the payment
Is done then they become ghosts, we have called their technical support over 20
Times in the past 4 months and we only get lies form them. "Someone will
Call you back in 30 minutes" or " we have sent you an email" or
"we have raised a ticket and our technical team is working on it" and
All of these are pure lies. The best part is when we call again we have to
Explain the issue we have all over again as there is no record of our previous
Call.
They are conning people when i bought the system i was promised that will be free 79 plus vat for 12 months but after 1 month they are saying it is only a system, now you need to pay for support and support is 360 per year
Do not fall for this trick they are going to charge for everything
I don't know where to start. Aziz nurani is a cuns. System crashes all the time and freezing. License should be for one year and I have been told that it won't lock but it does. Technical support only good to install the printers, nothing els. After 3 months they want you to pay for licensing first they give invoice for £370 plus vat and then when it get locked then they want £1000 plus vat. This is for a busy restaurant. Just imagine restaurant is full and system crashed kitchen and bar out of control. We use as backup 3 copy paper. Also the charge me £500 plus vat for the website. I don't agree to have the website from them. Do you self a big fewer stay away from this company.
I called to support as I had issue with the receipt printer. The issue got solved quickly and I am happy because it was a good response from the support team. All over it has been an excellent support
I was looking to have a till system for my retail store and was in search to have a till system that can fulfill all my business needs. My friend suggested me about the EPOS Direct as he was using it for a long time. I call to them and inquired about the till. The sales manger was so friendly and guided me in a right way. He explained me all the features of the till system in detail and I was totally satisfied by the way he has explained me about the system. I had no second thought and immediately ordered one for my business.

The system is good and the support is fantastic. As per my experience I always have got a good response so far... They respond in a good manner and guide me in the right way. Right from sales to support the guys working there have very good knowledge over the product. They are very friendly and polite in dealing the issue.
Great product and service all around. The people in Epos Direct are professional and answered all my questions. They have really very good knowledge over the product and have good patience in listening and solving the issues. Will definitely recommend this product to others.

We had an issue in setting up our new till in our store. The support chap was very efficient and knowledgeable about the product and helped in resolving. It was an excellent assistance and the issue got resolved quickly.
I really love how easy Eposdirect is to use both online, you can quickly add customers, send estimates or invoices, and track them. You can set up a basic shopping cart system to sell products and send customers to the URL for quick purchases. Well done!

Good service I have had with EPOS Direct. The support guys have built the trust in the company. They respond quickly to issue and solve them quickly. I am really satisfied with the service they provide.
Worst experience from this company. Software does not work. ALWAYS CRASHING. Support team is almost non-existent except for 1 or 2. People simply can't communicate is simple plain English. Its been nearly 2 years and the system still DOES NOT WORK. This review was the last thing I intended to do but it is about time. After paying nearly £******* for a system that is worst at its best, they have locked us out quoting a license key (a monthly subscription of £150 for support (non-existent & Hosting & and has got nothing to do with the system) and I have lost a sale worth £4800. Absolute shambles. Holding us to ransom thus making us loose a sale. Imagine you have a customer in front of you and you have been locked you to put it through the till and the so called support team takes 4 hours and a lot of shouting to unlock it. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY WELL AWAY. PS. Sales teams are excellent. They will make you buy..
This company is has awful customer service once the product was bought by Indian Gymkhana. The employees keep changing as well and you never get any response... specially from Azeem. Even after so many emails... their Google reviews here are also misleading and fake as Azeem is himself an employee and giving a 5 star review here, then 'Neeraj, gets 5 star reviews and then 'Neeraj' is gives 5 star review to Azeem
Please don't be fool by them. Be aware of them and don't trust them. They are big scum. I paid for my Software 10 months ago and still not done, can't get hold of them right person. Passing my call from one to another. I spent 100s hours of calling explaining my situation the every team team member.

Epos Direct have a lot of thing you can do, very flexible and complete. Customer service is pretty good, they actually worry and care for your problems.
Support staff were helpful, polite and very patient in serving all of my needs. I purchased last year and the Till is running in perfect condition. Thanks to epos direct.
Good online support, the support has been outstanding from team, and I would prefer anyone to have for their business. Even the hardware replacement is also done with ease.
Extremely helpful, answered all my questions with patience. He has good knowledge and didn't leave the call until I was clear about the usage of the system - much appreciated.
