Epos has been a lifesaver for my bakery. The system is incredibly user-friendly, and my staff picked it up quickly. I love the inventory management features and the detailed sales reports. It's given me valuable insights into my business that I never had before.
One whole week trying to get technical support to fix my software and everytime, the automatic operator answers and once option 2 for Technical support is selected, the phone call is cut off. Also this business is classed as 24 hour service Mon - Friday. Yet they have no support or sales team after 4pm. Its disappointing how bad their service has become. At least if you can't provide live support, provide a step by step guide online of how to solve issues. We as businesses run till late and weekends. Avoid this service If you have time.
The support team was very helpful. They were very nice and explained each and everything very clearly. They answered all my questions.

Before I bought my EPOS system, I was struggling to run my business but my EPOS system has given me the opportunity to manage different parts of my business.
They provide the best online training in the industry and they also have the Youtube videos available on the usage of the system.

Just installed my new till and the support team took much care, been very polite to me in solving every problem.
This Guy called Don, approached me and said I could get what I needed after I explained to him my business needs. Basically they failed to deliver on what we discussed. I had to collect the items myself when they failed to deliver on the date agreed. When I collected it myself It came with a missing part that Don the sales man had told me I was getting ( everything recorded on text messages), I then tried on a number of occasions to resolve the problem and no one could be bothered about me. I then raised a dispute with my bank and that's when they got back to me asking me to make the full payment and specifying the deadline. I disagreed, but agreeded I would be happy to pay the price agreeded if I got the missing part, then receive an email demanding an extra payment of £150 on the top of the £1200 I had agreed to pay for the whole set. This guy does not respond to my emails, text messages and phone calls and customer services only got back to me when I finally disputed the payment with my bank after submitting the evidence I had. I said I was happy to pay but for what I had agreed to but they then got back to me referring to the contract I signed... and that was unlawful my dispute and that they are going to send me to debt collectors even when I said I did not want the item because it was not as described by the salesman, they don't read out the terms and conditions at point of sale and if you don't do yourself that's when they will try to force you stick to it, cutting the story short, I'm disputing this until the end. Today the 14/08/18 I spent a lot of time e-mailing accounts, just to be told we were wasting our time. Terrible, just terrible, you won't want to deal with them, trust me, a massive headache. Not sure why they still got good reviews... because based on my experience with them in being polite from day one, they have been very unhelpful. I'm seeking legal advice because I'm not giving in to their demands and threats. Fábio
Honestly never had so much trouble with any company as much as this one. No calls are recorded so the staff insult you, make racist remarks and are rude. They promise you full training as soon as you receive the till. This is not the case, they make false promises or just ignore you. We had a lady saying that she will give us training on the next day via WhatsApp at 10am. We call up next day at 10.30am asking where the call was- their 3 excuses were: lady is ill, then the lady said she was very busy and then after 2hrs of redirecting calls the final guy says no training is done. The quality of the till is absolutely devastating, the keyboard is terrible beyond belief. The till is plastic and barely stands. The scanner just doesn`t work at all. So we decided enough is enough and we should send it back. We called up and asked for a refund- under the law this is acceptable as this purchase was made online and via phone meaning we have 14 days to return it. We received threats and insults once again, they claimed that debt collectors would arrive and they would take us to court ect. We managed to send the till back in the same state as we received it to a address we found on Google. And then they had the audacity to send more equipment to us which we refused. We had to talk to lawyers because it took over 2 weeks to cancel the contract. But now after over a month, we still are waiting for a £198 refund.
Basically be aware that they sell terrible tills, there is terrible customer service. You may need to get lawyers involved if you are having trouble. No calls are recorded so be prepared for insults and racist remarks- they are all Asian- making white racist remarks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
