Poor customer service

No form of contact, useless company have had the unfortunate experience of using this company can't f change forward numbers at short notice, they have no telephone contact never responded to emails sent.

I have always loved how convenient eRecptionist is in getting faxes, but had never had to use their support staff until yesterday. Carmen was very friendly and efficient in helping me resolve my login issue, and I am looking forward to many more years with the service.
