I was iffy at first because everything is so cheap on this website, but after my first order came in I became addicted! Ericdress does not disappoint with their products and they have so many cool things to choose from. This is my go to website for online shopping!

My order just arrived now and I would like to write a review. First of all, I would like to say that the wait was not that long. The dresses actually resemble the one on display at the site and are tailored with high approach. The accompanying overcoat I had ordered is warm and woolen as described. Summing up my review, I am very happy to have done business with you.

I live in Canada and was worried that it would not be shipped in time for me to wear it to the Marine Ball, but it got here in 4 days! Wow! The customer service was amazing! I will tell all of my friends about Ericdress! I look forward to using them again!

This site is a great place for up-to-date, and on-trend fashion pieces at really nice prices.
Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 and arrived in 2 business days for me.
I do wish the site had more info like model height + measurements as well as the materials of the clothing as it would make me buying more informed and lessens the risk of me buying something I will never wear.
Overall, a great store I'd recommend!

I am a mother blessed with three daughters. They are all different ages and have different body sizes. Unlike other buyers shopping for many dresses in same size, I bought dresses for the four of us and requested the site to have them as one order. The dresses were delivered promptly. The most touching part this shopping is the fact that they fitted well and none of them had a problem. I am just thankful to Ericdress.

I have always been lazy, picking the closest jeans I see at the mall and pretending not to envy ladies in exotic good looking dresses. This has however changed when I chanced upon this site. It suits my shopping behaviour since all i have to do is select a dress and check it out with a click of the mouse and voila! A few days later it is at my door.

Well, I was a first time shopper with Eric Dress. I had a really bad experience, with another online store. However, Eric Dress sent to me, exactly what I ordered. The items were just as they appeared in the photos! They even enlarge the photos (lower on the clothing items page(s), so that you can see the details. There's a clothing "size helper", for each item, for purchase. They try pretty hard with demonstrating clothing items colors.

You guys ripped me off. I ordered 2 waist trainers and I only got one after waiting so long. Your service sucks. After waiting so long you took my money and didn't send my order. I'll make sure to tell my friends not to order from you. Never again! The worse part about all this is that you messed up and there is no compensation. The only thing you can do is apologize. That's lame.

First it takes 5 weeks or more to get your stuff. Second, for what they charge for some of there items you dont get what it advertised. I bought a wig that was described as 16 inches, the curls weren't even 8 inches. See the pics it looked terrible, the hair was fuzzy as if it was used. And it cost 65$

There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's eyes. I do think ericdress can get a five star. I've bought clothes three times on ericdress, including the birthday gift for my daughter.It is enough to prove that i believe in this site. And i want to give my sincere thanks to the customer service. Thank you.

From our designer to the quality of the final product. He did a great job with helping me turn my idea into a sketch on paper which translated into a CAD drawing that was even better than I could have imagined it. The final product was unbelievable. I still can't believe how great the dress turned out.

This is my first time ordering from them weeks ago, I should have got my item by now, wondering what is going on. I am unable to call China for customer service for help, any idea anyone, I need help, thank you.

My dress was very well made, the material is chic even the lining. I am a 5'2" since I used standard size so the dress was too long for me I had to have it shortened, but that was not a big deal. I will shop at this website again and would recommend it.

I ordered my wedding dress from them. Eric dresses of course and the dress came dirty like they trampled on it or swept the floor with it.
No 2: the left side was longer than the right side. I had to take the same dress to a dressmaker to remake half of the dress again. And after to the dry cleaners. Seriously if this website isn't real just stop taking people's money because I work for it and being deceived isn't a good thing..

They gave me a wedding dress that looked nothing like it's advertised picture with a blue stain on it! They refuse to reply to my numerous complaints. Then I discovered in looking into this further that they have additionally charged me for items I never ordered. I feel deceived on numerous levels. This is a horrific company. Stay away!

The costume is amazing. I don't usually go to Halloween parties, but this year I was invited to 3 that I wanted to attend and I didn't want to be the only person not wearing a costume. I wanted something that was comfortable, classy, and that I could wear again in the future and this choice met those requirements perfectly. It was delivered quickly, is well made and true to size, fun to wear, and I receive lots of compliments every time I put it on. I switched out the cloth belt that came with the costume for a wide leather belt because the cloth one folds over on itself when you sit down. But it still rates 4 stars as far as I'm concerned!

They are useless. I purchased 8 items - all the same size, only 2 fit - I'm an extra large but 6 of the items fitted my sister in law who is a size 6/8 (Aussie sizes) 4/6 (US) come on guys 6/8 or 4/6 how frigging thin are Chinese women!

I ordered an outfit in Jan, in February I asked EricDress to cancel the order due wait time and since the website said it had not yet been processed. It is now April and still no out or refund. Awful customer service and refund policy.

This company seems to not be a legitimate company. In fact, it makes me wonder about the "positive reviews" I read before I purchased. Please be warned about this site! I cannot express this enough. My "one star" rating us giving them too much credit.

If there was a way to give 6 stars I would. The sixth star for the shipping that was done at a lightning speed. I thought standard shipping takes long but once I had received a tracking number through a mail, it took three days for the dress to come against my expectation to get it in 7 days or more. The dress looks great as well. Thanks

A very upscale well made piece of dress and a natural looking wig. I chose this because of how it looked with the model and I was never disappointed coz I now look like one. It fits perfect! I would order from Ericdress again. Jazz
