A very upscale well made piece of dress and a natural looking wig. I chose this because of how it looked with the model and I was never disappointed coz I now look like one. It fits perfect! I would order from Ericdress again. Jazz

Absolutely RUBBISH AND CHEAP quality!
The sizes are all wrong. Nothing near to the sizing guide they use. I'm a size 10 so a medium should have fit me. I purchased XL just in case and it JUST Fits!
Customer service is VERY POOR! They can't even respond to an email properly as language must be a barrier.
Ask them a question and they would reply with automated messages disregarding your question!
Also delivery takes forever and don't be surprised to have the courier at the door asking for TAX n VAT payment. Delivery cost do not cover that. I paid £20 delivery and than on top was charged another £30 at the door for TAX and customs!
Such waste of money!

Fits beautifully! Mine is pink just same as the picture, color is true to photo (at least on my monitor). The lace applique is exquisite. I am 5'7" and even with heels the skirt is a bit long but that is easily altered. So happy with my purchase!

I love the items on this site, pricing could be better at times, and the refund process is slow as a sloth. ericdress.com could be the best seller discount site but these issue rated a Me H!, but the selections got them to the four star mark. Those shopping with ericdress needs to write to them with every order, and demand better service for the prices charged. Automate the return process and give me my refund faster (as I have more shopping to do). Other than that I like what ericdress.com offers and I use the web site as a reference point when shopping.

Please do not waste your money on these dresses and website. Please buy it from the US, so you can return if you have to. I bought a dress for over $130.00, and I cannot wear it. As I write, it is on my closet floor. The fitting is poor and customer service is poor. There was back and forth emails but it seems they did not know what they were taking about. I bought a dress that is more than two sizes over but it did not fit me.

I ordered a hunter green high waste long dress, really pretty and fits me perfectly! The size dimensions are way off so you have to order a couple sizes up from your normal U.S. size. I originally ordered a medium which would have been my size in the US but I had to return and exchange for an XL. The return process was lengthy but worth the wait. I love the dress but which they would have put a longer inside liner so it won't be so see through.

Please do not buy wedding dress from eric company. Their dress is fake and below standard. They do not refund or exchange items. They will Claim to give you discount but it will not come. Their biggest enablers is paypal because they continue to allow them to collect money from your account

This was my third order of an office dress and as usual there was no reason or excuse not to deliver. They came in time, runs a little short but fits well and the few missing centimeters can never be noticed. I will order again

My experience with Erikdress.com is terrible. Their stuff has very poor quality, E-mails are being ignored and return is practically impossible.
It is just waste of money.

I ordered a dress close to 3 weeks before prom. I paid for expedited shipping as well. Lets say, according to the tracking information, my dress still hasn't been shipped and its been 15 days. I've tried contacting them in several ways from live chat, where they told me they were too busy, to direct messages, to emails, to phone calls to no avail. My $178 was taken from my account, and this has absolutely been an anxiety filled frustrating experience. Its all too late now. So unfortunately awful. I will be raising hell here soon if nothing is done. What a joke of customer service. WILL NEVER recommend this site, and it should be brought DOWN! I AM going to the BBB very soon.

Placed my order 9th February it is 17th March nothing received, various emails sent last week and received tracking email which does not work! Ordered t-shirts hoping they get here by the summer! Cant comment on garments because I haven't got them yet - only order if you have no deadline for delivery. Its now over 5 weeks since order placed. Customer service poor

Where do I start? Well, you are ordering from China and the items come via boat, so expect a several month delay. The clothes don't fit western bodies. The items I received were at least 3 and possibly 4 sizes smaller than their lables. Their descriptions suck (just read the one for coats - doesn't talk about lining, fill or anything else important to buying a coat). This is what I got from customer service when I asked for instructions to return an item, "I am sorry to hear that the cloth you ordered does not fit you well. You can return it back, but the shipping cost is very expensive.It will be a big lost for you.We suggest you give it to your relatives or friend as a gift or resell it locally at a good price." STAY AWAY!

ericdress.com site is awesome, not only can you order with ease, but the variety of dresses they have will blow you away. It's a beautiful site with so many dresses to choose from. I ordered my dress for Christina's wedding. I can't wait to see it. The descriptions are awesome and the chat section is very helpful if you have a question about the size or length of the dress. They have a quick response for you. Check it out.

Overall Ericdress has been good quality merchandise that is reasonably priced. Shipping was reliable and takes about a month to reach Canada. It can be abit high. I love the selection and styles though.

Actually came across EricDress by accident which shows some accidents can be good. I have bought a few quirky items, I not only love them, no-one has the same and people believe them to be designer wear. I don't lie, just I smile Why Not!
From order to delivery the experience is smooth, the reason I come back. I have bought items that I am sure would be double where I live.

The email came in saying can you write about your experience with EricDress, normally I would have gone to 'Delete' but when the experience has been good why not SHARE IT! Just wish the did baby clothes as well. Lol

STUNNING is all I can say... and pretty much anyone who has seen the dress says as well. Beautifully crafted, with durable lining and boning in the waist. Such AMAZING quality. I have ordered from many other sites but this one is definitely the best! Sizing and fit exact to measurements given. Timing for shipping pretty decent. Took 6 weeks total.

I'd like to share my experience here. I bought a jacket from Ericdress and finally I got it. Luckily, being a locally-based means once the order is actually dispatched, it shouldn't take very long to arrive (standard post). So far, I've not had any major issues with previous orders / service from ericdress, so I'd probably shop there again, but only if I cannot find what I'm looking for elsewhere first!

Anyone can tell from my office wear who I am. I have very few dresses bought locally. Most of my outwears are from this site. It is because buying the same dresses here would cost more bucks. Thanks for availing them at a low price.

Purchased a handbag from the website as I had already seen it in store.

Product was delivered within timeframe. Their point of difference compared to other online stores is the presenmtation of their products upon customer receipt, which makes everything perfect.

This company is not truthful in their product. I ordered 2 items from them 3 months ago I only received 1 of the items and it was garbage. Awesome custom design experience. Looking at my dress, it shows the designer is quite talented and gifted. For an upcoming event at work, I ordered another dress last week.
