Awesome custom design experience. Looking at my dress, it shows the designer is quite talented and gifted. For an upcoming event at work, I ordered another dress last week. Can't wait to get my second order. You might ask why another order? The experience I came in contact with as far as my first order is concerned is worth using the site again.

Pls pls do not do busness with this company get my order, 3 sizes smaller feather were falling without wearing it I did send picture they have been given me the running around for 4 months now, the dress was return and I am receiving the same email with another representative name

Thank goodness my bank refused to fund this. I have ordered from similar sites before but did not realize ED too was based in China! I tried to order an MK bag, which looked legit but after reading the reviews here it was likely a cheap knock-off. Last time I ordered from a similar company the order did not get here for 6 weeks- it has been 10 weeks and still haven't rec full order; the "medium" dress was a 10 year old's shirt! Stuck with American companies, like Zulily. They are more expensive for good reason. All of the positive reviews are shills. Stay Away!

I recently ordered a pair of boots. The order keeps saying it's in process but I've been waiting for over a week and I get nothing. Does anyone know if this is a fake page or will I recieve my package soon?

No complaints about the dress, true to size and fantastic value for money. Only complaint I do have is that all delivery charges aren't made clear until you're at the check out and it took over a month to get here which also isn't made clear until after the order was placed so bear that in mind when ordering.

I don't know why everybody is claiming this is a scam. The time it took my hoodie to be delivered was about three weeks, as to be expected. I love it! It's nice and made of fleece on the inside. I'm definitely buying from this site more often! Cute clothes, great price, and good quality. Not bad for a company based in China.

I was so hesitant to order online, especially for such a great price, but this dress surpassed my expectations, looks exactly like the picture, great quality, exactly as described, and fits perfectly. I ordered it in Ivory, as my reception dress for my wedding, and will return to Ericdress for my bridesmaid dresses. The dress also came almost 3 weeks sooner than expected. So Happy!

In all honesty, this was my first time ordering. I had watched a few videos on YouTube as I was skeptical that ericdress provided the same level of quality as in the photos of items displayed on the site; that's until my order came though. I was actually like a kid at Christmas because the quality of the items were better than expected and I was screaming around the house in awe. The clothing texture was not cheap-looking or transparent. My shoes are high quality. My accessories look amazing and just as reflected in the site images. Delivery was prompt and I never once had to reach out to ericdress about my order or its delivery. I am pleased with my experience and I believe that ericdress will be around for many years to come, if they keep their prices affordable and the quality of their products at its current standard or greater. I found my Tribe!

I am currently dealing with a claim with ericdress! I ordered tow shoes on February 23,2014 and mid March I never received them so I contacted paypal. After a little over two weeks I received one of the shoes. When the shoe can it was poor quality and to big. I contacted pay pal again and let them know only one pair came. I also let them know the shoe was not what I ordered. Ericdress offer me a partial refund of $30 after I paid $167.65. What a smack in the face. I didn't not accept that offer and look forward to pay pal getting to the bottom of this poor service. This website is a fraud and will try to take your money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will regret it later. Stay away and warn your friends and family!

Custom measurement dress that fit me perfectly. Customer service was splendid and they addressed my concerns promptly and The reviews of the dress were accurate and I am definitely buying my next formal gown from this site. Shipping time was prompt.

I ordered a large mens jacket, and was sent a jacket that wouldn't fit a 10 year old girl. Their refund policy online says that you need to ship the product back, but insists that you call or email to get the return address. If that doesn't set off alarm bells in your head, it should.

I'm on my 5th round of emails with customer service and they refuse to give me the return address. But they have 1) told me I should have measured my body first because their clothes are designed for "Asian sizes" 2) asked me several times why I wanted to return even though I was very clear in my first email 3) offered an $8 credit if I keep the $100 adult garment that wouldn't fit a child and 4) continually refused to give the return mailing address.

I am not hopeful that this will be resolved. I will be opening a dispute with PayPal, which is my last line of defense against this company.

Ordered for close than 200$ for my wife. They shipped the order in three different package, the biggest one, containing more than half of the order, had a mistake in the address so the post returned it back to Ericdress. I contacted Ericdress but their stupid automatic email answers was always asking the same: what is the order's number. To which I answered with lot of explanation and even printscreen of the notification, at least 5 times. I called them, very hard to talk to someone knowing what he is doing but still nothing to do. Then, no answers, no following. I had to ask again, tried to call, they were rude and treating me as if I am stupid... Then completely stopped to answer me, when calling after I said my name and order number they just closed the line. Very upset with Ericdress. Will never do business with them again.

My shoes arrived quickly and appropriately packed (wrapped in a protective bag, a waterproof bag and kept safe in a cardboard box). The shoes are exactly as pictured - good quality and well put together. My tip: Make sure you measure your feet carefully when ordering - i had to reorder in the next size up as the first ones were much too tight even though I thought I'd measured properly. At $45 it wasn't too bad to reorder though. Very happy with the comfort and appearance of these shoes for my wedding day!

Still waiting for what was meant to be my WEDDING shoes to delivered TWO months later! After waiting patiently for a month I enquired about when I might receive my order only to be told that it had not passed a quality inspection and had to be remade, no problems - at least they didn't send out a defective product. They advised they shoes would be dispatched within the next 5-7 days... 10 days later I enquired again, I will receive them in 5-7 days... TWO and a half months later and I have given up and have requested a number of times for my purchase to be refunded as they have not been able to deliver the goods only to be told "your goods have been shipped and you will receive them in"... you guessed it 5-7 days! That was two weeks ago and still no shoes!

Women's U Neck Long Sleeve hoodie. I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present, she loves it! It's just her style, layered look, right on trend. The bigger hood means it doesn't flatten the hair style, instead, surrounds and accents it. Nice piece for a good price.

Shipping was express and free for my order as it was more than $50. The quality of the clothes isn't too bad, especially if you pay sale price though full price is quite cheap anyway.

I recently bought two very nice coats from Ericdress. I love the coats becuse they are made of very fine quality. However, I would like to return the coats because I just found out that according to their size chart, size X-large will fit my nine year old. Please review my order and get back with me. I bought some items and it was not the same posted online. Return the items and still didn't get the refund, this company is a scam and buyer beware. Also, had to send the merchandise to CHINA. Pay a huge fee and they basically make it impossible for return. Customer service is a joke and this site is a joke. You definitely don't want to buy anything from this site. I'm not sure why this company is still operating with dishonest business practice.
