I bought some items and it was not the same posted online. Return the items and still didn't get the refund, this company is a scam and buyer beware. Also, had to send the merchandise to CHINA. Pay a huge fee and they basically make it impossible for return. Customer service is a joke and this site is a joke. You definitely don't want to buy anything from this site. I'm not sure why this company is still operating with dishonest business practice.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pictures posted on their website is totally different from what you will receive. Also, and when you return it, the will not reimburse the you the shipping costs, they will only reimburse you for what the item costs. So, in the end, you'll still end up spending your hard earned money and nothing to show for it...

I loved the dress so much it fits me except for some problems at the breast size but it's okay and that's a pic of me at my prom, I felt like a princess and it was an extremely beautiful night, thank you :)

I am extremely happy to have bought my dress from ericdress. It did not even take long for them to deliver it to me. The customer care services were very straight to the point and I really felt like I could trust this store.

My order was shipped on 11.12.2015, it is now 10. 1. 2015 and it still hasn't arrived. This is the first and last time I will be ordering with Ericdress. If this isn't resolved in the next few days I will contact PayPal resolution.

Although it took a while to receive this dress, it was surely worthwhile waiting for it. The picture didn’t lie, it is as beautiful as shown. I had some doubt about the size, because we have European sizes, but all went well and I’m very happy. This dress is meant to surprise my husband on our wedding night when he will celebrate his 40th birthday, I hope he likes the surprise.

My overcoat looked more quality than it is at the site. It came designed in a pretty soft textile. A good number of people complemented and desired to be acquainted with where I got my overcoat. It is much better than most coats I have ever owned

I was wondering to see if I can prepare one gift for my niece as it will be her birthday next month. Then I start to search the internet. Suddenly, I saw Ericdress and was astonished. Wow, that dress is very beautiful.So I placed ordered and the sevrice center is excellent. They also give me some discount... That's wonderful!

Very pretty top. The size was accurate. It is well made and fits nicely. I'm 5'2" (1.58 m) tall and it is quite long on me reaching to half way down my thigh.
The fabric has a nice drape and the navy blue colour is very flattering.

I think this was the best price I could ever find online for stiletto boots. When they delivered I was very happy and ever since Ericdress have turned into my favorite shopping site. I love their high quality items which are very affordable. I recommend the site and I will definitely buy from them again.

Place is a scam. I bought a coat from their website that took 21 days to deliver even though I paid extra for express shipping. It should have been delivered in 9 business days. They sent me the wing size and wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back. I then paid and asked for the right size to be sent expedited shipping since that's what I paid for and they agreed. After 9 business days it still didn't arrive and they now said they need another 21 days to get it to me. At this point I don't want it. I ordered it in January and it's now March. By the time it gets here it will be warm and I won't need it.

This is another store when the physical shop isn't always that easy to get into. Online store means you get access to the Ericdress you know and love. I have already got my new dress and it seems that everything is fine. I would shop again at this site, next sale/ promotion they have I plan to l purchase more items here..

I have ordered a new jacket for myself from Ericdress. After ordering, I received the shipping confirmation the next day. 5 days later it landed on my doorstep. The parcel was quite big and i was pleased to have received my order within one weeks. Packaging was not impressive but it did the job.
Overall a smooth transaction and a happy customer!

Paid $31 for expedited shipping. Needed shoes for special occassion. After a week my order was still waiting to be shippped. My event came and went - no shoes. I decided to cancel order. Each time ericdress would offer discounts from 10% to $20 begging that I keep waiting in response to my multiple requests. It had to curse them out before I finally got my refund - nearly a month later. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

This company has terrible customer service. Stay away! It took almost a month for my products to arrive. When I received them, they looked nothing like the images advertised. I returned them but never received a refund or a replacement item. I was very patient and polite with this company, but they refused to return my emails or answer my phone calls.

Ericdress had a great size and quality to offer. We have ordered Polo's for our staff from other manufacturers before and the quality always seemed to lack when you got a great deal. I was a bit skeptical with how well these would turn out due to their pricing but when I received the polo's for our staff I was thrilled with the way they felt. As a 6' 4" 290 pound man, I'm always weary as to how things will fit, but I had 0 problems with the fit and cut of my shirt. I will definitely be ordering more merchandise for my staff!

I bought the Ericdress Lace Hollow Plus Size Sheath Dress number *******. It looks beautiful on the website but when I eventually received it (China) I could not believe what I saw. The patterns looked like they were cut by a child with scissors. The neckline was still in the manufacturing process, in other words not done at all. The seams were all over the place.
To end it all EricDress REFUSE to give a full refund and their excuse is that it costs them money. They tell me that the postal charges are the customers responsibility. This is against Distance Selling Regulations in the UK! Don't touch this company!

I ordered the item February 4,2016. Since than 9 emails there and back. Today is March 29,2016 and no item no money! If somebody writes a positive review they are lies. Do not order from this company, they take your money God know who has them. Just a 1000 people order for $100 it is in their packet a $100,000 yes hundredthousand dollars.
I believe it is a fake scam.

A beautifully well made. Properly lined dress. I was too nervous as 1st time customer to try custom made. Usually difficult to return customised produce.

However I will definitely use Ericdress again and try the customised sizing.

Th skirt I order arrived in 7 days and it was way more beautiful than what i even imagined! I'm really happy with it and with the amazing customer service. I just can't stop staring at the wonderful quality of the dress and how well it's finished, will wearing it non-stop!
The price is really reasonable and low for the amazing product I got.

I am an online shopper, I am used to ordering most things: books, electronics and clothing from online shops. I ordered "2013 New Cloth Upper Stiletto Heels" to match a dress that had just been delivered from tidebuy.com. The shoe was shipped, I think almost immediately after the transaction because it was delivered to my houseboy last Friday. I was not at home by then and was surprised to find the heels later in the evening. It was a weekend present to my fiancee. Ericdress has a good customer care and fast delivery, that is why I give them a 5 star.
