Blatant false advertising. I ordered the short razor cut afro wig; very chic on the website and received an old-fashioned jeri-curl which is long. It has a curl pattern making hair stand apart. There is nothing afro about the texture. Supposed to be human hair but I doubt it. The only truth about this wig is the full lace cap. Ericdress has no business ethics. The picture on the website is nothing like what I received I have been deceived. Paid a lot of money for this wig. Don't trust the reviews on their website they're biased just another form of false advertising. Do your homework. Check out third party reviews and do not get scammed by this company.

I ordered 2 dresses noted "pre-sale". 1.5 weeks later they email to say they cannot sell me one of the dress b/c I need to order a total of 5 items. Nothing noted about the 2nd dress. So are you holding up the procession for the other dress?! No phone number to call and speak with a LIVE person! I want a full refund and nothing further to do with Ericdress company! False advertising and don't honor the sales to their customers. This is going to be a battle with getting my monies refunded.

They advertised a 22 inch life like baby doll. My daughter invested her money into it and when we got it it was a little tiny dollar tree 6 inch baby doll. Shameful business! When I reached back out to try to get my money back, I get the runaround. Save yourselves!

Firstly, I must say I am not like most girls, I do not like shopping that much. However, thanks to ericdress.com and their professional customer support staff I can now say that am not that opposed to shopping anymore. The website was easy to navigate and very user friendly. The hardest thing was choosing ONLY one dress - will be buying again for sure- and my absolutely gorgeous dress got to me on time, even though I ordered last minute, thanks to their amazing support team. Will definitely recommend! Shopping is fun again, you know have a customer for life.

I bought a dress from this site. When it came it was so different from the online photo. It was at least 3 size small and made from a very cheap material. I tried to return it but they wouldnt give a full refund. Only 50 % of what you paid for minus s/h and you have to pay to ship it back to their warehouse. Stay away from this site. You will just waste your hard earned money. Horrible customer service as well.

I was dissatisfied with one item that was totally different from the image on the catalogue. But I fell in love with this one dress. I can't tell you how much I loved it! It fit a little tight but looked absolutely stunning!

My US size 10 dress finally arrived and it was barely a UK 10. There is no paper work included for returns. After emailing customer services 3 times to be told the dress was custom made therefore I can only have a 50% refund. Custom made? I ordered a US10 off a website. I expressed my unhappiness about this so they emailed a link for me to log my complaint and record the measurements of the incorrectly sized dress. This link is invalid? I would highly recommend avoiding any purchases from this company

The wig I received (took 5 weeks.), was not the wig I ordered. The curl pattern is different and the wig is very frizzy and dry. I was so disappointed. Washing it didn't help. Ironically, the cap is made well and fits very comfortably. I'm going to try washing it again using fabric softener to see if that helps soften it. Otherwise I'll just toss it and chalk it up to a bad purchase.

I placed an order with Ericdress in April of 2020. It was a pretty large order. 5 dresses and 2 shirts. After waiting for a month I was told that 2 of the dresses were unavailable and had to find items to replace them. What I picked out was also unavailable. To make a long story short, it is now August and, I still don't have everything that I ordered no, have they refunded me for the items that I hadn't received

I ordered this gorgeous dress in red and had it custom made. It was delivered to Tokyo in JUST one day (expedited shipping)! When I first opened the cute little box, my mum and I just stood there with our mouths hanging open. The dress was just outstanding! The dress was just outstanding! I have never seen such gorgeous workmanship for the price I paid. The dress was just WOW. This dress is just so special and I am glad I took a chance on a dress from ericdress. Thank you so very much! I can't wait to wear it.

I was extremely happy about the fit of this dress and the material. I ended up not needing any alterations. Based on reviews that I read prior to ordering I opted to ask for the bra cups to be removed from the top piece and I found my own under garment. Ordering and delivery process was smooth and timely. Very Very happy with this company and this dress! I felt beautiful on my special day.

This site and all sites like it are FRAUDS! Ladies BEWARE! Further more, if you take time to read the "good" reviews, you'd know they're all fake! The wording sound just like a person who just learned the English language good enough to be understood. "I love visiting on the counter specially on Fridays! Clothes last long and often have great sales!" WHAT? REALLY?

Ericdress is one of the worst places or online businesses to order clothing. My experience was horrible due to the fact the fur flux jacket I brought was not worth $85. It look like it was designed and made by a kid to the point Quality was absolutely terrible and the travel date took over a month to receive and to find out the size order wasn't right the material being thin And not looking like the picture online. There is no way to contact this company by phone or by address being that everything comes from Hong Kong Meaning don't look forward for a return. The strap on my jacket came off as soon as I opened the plastic. This is not a place you wanna shop I honestly believe that they were taking pictures out of someone else's online clothing store or magazine and placing it in their site. Honestly I to say that they try to duplicate it. Terrible!

This site made my day. Before I share my experience, I am happy to say I will shop here again. Two months ago, I placed an order. As usual, I cashed out with Paypal. I hardly use my credit card when I shop online. I am very delighted with the dress which was designed to my size; note: I had specified my measurement. I like to shop again from this site because they customize clothes.

My dress just arrived today. I had to wait for it a little bit longer than I expected, but it was definitely worth waiting. Dress is perfect! Just like on a picture. The quality is very good and I don't see a difference between my dress and the ones you can get in wedding shops (except the price :).

Daylight robbery!

Stay away from this website! Inaccurate sizes, inaccurate colours, fabrics of very low quality, buttons on clothing are also of the poorest quality. To put the cherry on the cake, if you would like to return any items you have to secure the package for 45 or so dollars!

I ordered a green coat but got a turquoise coat of very poor quality! Also bought a certain colour top but instead got a reddish/peach top which I absolutely hate. The transaction never showed on my account although the money was deducted from my bank account. It It was impossible for me to track the items because they tracking service is in Manderin or some other language!

Please do yourself a favour and stay well clear of purchasing from Eric dress or any other Chinese clothing company.

Also, read the terms and conditions for returns! It will make you laugh! Completely, unreasonable and ridiculous!

I received a parcel costing me € 92. Nothing wrong with it (after a summary inspection), but at delivery I have been required to pay € 20 as custom duties or no delivery. No bill presented, no official paper for the request. I found it odd and arbitrary and, I supect, illegal. So I sent it back and asked for a refund: Of course they don't dream of it. I have no time to follow the dispute. I rather drop everything (loosing my money paid in advance), write a negative review and never look at them anymore. It was my first order. These are the bare facts

I returned 2 dresses that arrived pretty quickly. The one dress looked so cheap and mass produced I didn't not even open the second dress. I returned both dresses after so much hassle and emails only to get reimbursed for half of what I paid for both dresses. I also had to pay to ship them back to CA. It is not a reputable company. DO NOT ORDER. I am out 150.00 and returned both items.

I have selected this dress for a summer wedding. It is well done, the materials are of a good quality. It took 1 month to actually make the dress, but it was shipped in just a few days ahead of schedule. I am a satisfied customer.It fits me perfectly.

I ordered a wig in January 2021, it is now May 2021 and I have yet to receive my order. They keep offering me $8.00 refund and the latest refund was $ 12.00 and asking me to be patience. Never again will I ever order anything from Eric Dress.

I ordered 2 sweaters and paid extra for fastest shipping. Ten days later they told me one was out of stock, ten days to process an expedited order. I got a poorly written email telling me to pick a random replacement product. I went to PayPal filed a claim to get my money back. A week later I got the one sweater that was in stock, 15 business days after ordering despite expedited shipping saying 4-9 days. The "designer" sweater looked nothing like the picture. It was hideous. I would never recommend this site. Horrible quality knockoffs and awful experience. I don't ever expect getting the second sweater or my money back.

Ericdress is the worst company ever! My mom ordered a dress for my wedding on their site and it came to her w/ beads falling off and a stain on the belt! Not to mention the top half didn't look as nice as in the pictures. She asked for part of her money back and all they would give her was $10 off her next purchase! She now has to go through a dispute process w/ paypal about the whole thing! Thank god she didn't use a credit card or she would be screwed out of $150. Ericdress sucks and all their crapy dresses come from china and you can't even talk to a customer service person b/c their phone number is for china! Oh and they charged her $150 for this terrible dress and marked it as $67 on the statement that came w/ it so they didn't have to pay customs!

I paid $36.00 for a skirt that I wanted to wear for a conference. I ordered the skirt in October and here it's December still nothing. Every time I track my order it says the same thing shipped. I asked ericdress for my refund back. They have sent me nothing. I will never order from them again. I am so disappointed.
