Almost perfect. First off, I love their stuff and not just the lingerie. Nice swimwear as well. Usually very sexy but elegant and feminine as well. They can be a bit pricy but I guess part of the price is the ericdress name. While I'm happy shopping at ericdress I'm slight less happy about the shipping rates. Could be better so that's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

I plan to use this company for my wedding so I did a trial run by buying a custom dress fro my daughter's homecoming (knowing we can go to the store if it did not work out). Her dress was perfect and she was unique! Delivery is slow, so I plan to order well in advance of the wedding. We used honest measurements for my daughter and got a perfect fit.

I try REALLY hard to only post positive reviews, but this one takes the cake.
This is your chance to be spared of a frustrating Scam.
They said I ordered a black wig... I didn't. They then offered only 30 of the 65 I paid.
They were reluctant to communicate at all.
If I could give a minus 1000 rate review I would.

With the variety of colors to pick from the site gave me an option to go for my favorite; pink. The customer service was of great help because they gave me hope when I thought I had lost. Finally the dress arrived and has an elegant design that I like. I am so grateful.

I have sent numerous messages and emails to ericdress trying to get instructions on how to return my entire order of items that do not fit (and took much longer to receive than listed on their website), but they are extremely slow replying to emails and instead of giving me instructions on how to return it, they keep trying to convince me to keep the items and order more stuff! Do not order anything from ericdress! They are horrible to work with, most likely a fraudulent company and we will be pursuing action against them!

Ericdress.com has everything I need. It has different types of clothes and shoes. I nearly fell in love with the dresses because they are gorgeous. And shoes are just so beautiful. Bags are love. I want to get all the things. Even sales are good. I knew that this website will not disappoint me.

Wow, good service on ericdress, I finally got my boots. Very beautiful.The color is the same with the picture.And after I put them on, my friends said that I just like a princess. I am very happy with this shopping and will surely go back again.

I have this to say about ericdress.com having bought a cute prom from them a fortnight ago. I just loved their services and i liked all the as their staff walked me through the process of placing my order and doing the payment.

Recently bought a wedding dress from this site and it was made to measure... took 11 days in total from ordering it to it reaching my door, brilliant service and i also recieved a free gift of "sweet memory" two piece ladies pearl necklace and earrings that are lovely and if I don't wear them for my actual wedding I will most definitely wear them for my evening reception. Very much appreciated. I would recommend this site the prices are good and my dress is beautiful and the delivery was excellent. Very happy with my purchase :)

I ordered a coat from this website and received it in a reasonable amount of time. However, it did not fit, in spite of having ordered a size larger than I normally take, it was too small I couldn't even get my arms in the sleeves. I had a hard time contacting customer service, finely getting through to them through PayPal, all I wanted was instruction on returning the item. I was told I would have to pay shipping (which I already knew) and it would be cost prohibitive. I give up and will donate the coat.

The search for a specific design of prom dress was unfruitful. I went to many boutiques in downtown. Some that had a close looking dress were very expensive. One of my relatives recommended Ericdress to me. After looking at the site, I was surprised to get the dress and with a discounted price since the New Year sale was on. I ordered the dress and they were delivered as expected! I was very impressive.

Ericdress customer service and designers worked hand in hand with me to come up with a wonderful dress that would be a gift to my wife this February 14. Since her sister has a same body build with her, I used her measurements. I am sure it would fit and the dress so far looks wonderful. A sheath style which is her favorite. I appreciate your service.

I love this site. There are so many beautiful dresses that I had a hard time selecting the perfect one for my affair. I know I purchased the right dress and I am looking forward to wearing my newly purchase dress from ericdress.

About two years ago, I bought two human hair wigs from Wigsby. Not only was it difficult to connect to the company via email or using the contact information, when I registered a complaint with them, it fell on deaf ears. The wigs were cheaply made, both wigs were in the wrong color! I was offered $30 refund, the customer service rep was rude! I recently ordered a wig on Ericdress and after placing the order, I found the wig was coming from Wigsbuy! Not only have I not received the wig, but now the ability to track the order or lodge a complaint has been disabled! When I click on "My Order" it states the wig was shipped on Dec. 18 but the button which allows you to lodge the complaint is GONE. I've not received an email, nothing! I hope there is a way to boycott these scam companies, or block them from receiving orders from America! It is Jan. 1,2021 and still no wig!

The tulle neckline makes the dress more lovely and sexier. I really love the evening dress bought on this website! My mom said I looked gorgeous by wearing it! This is the first time she spoke so high of my garment. Very pleased!

Overall, quality of service is the most appreciating part of this company, however not all sellers are good in providing good quality of product as per description mentioned on the site. Prompt reply, using very genuine words towards is the thing that attract me as customer.

The jacket was just what I wanted. Looked great on me when I first tried it. Quality and design were simple but up to the standard and the amount I paid. My hubby loved it too. Sure to shop again from this site.

My friend and I saw the ericdress.com while surfing the internet. We both got curious, but when we opened it we are like "Wow! The dress are so beautiful!" We both didn't had 50-50 decisions, what we did we called at tbdress and good thing is their customer service crew are so cool, and very well served to us. Although I accidentally ordered the wrong colour (My fault) surprisingly this dress in the colour Regency is simple stunning! I have now changed my entire wedding colour scheme to be regency and my bridesmaids look amazing! Custom measurements were spot on - fits perfectly.

I already recommend this website to all my friends, I was worry first because I do not like shopping dress especially for wedding gown online. But I took the risk I went for it. Wedding gown was exactly what it was showed in the pictures, sizes was base on the standard US sizes. Very nice fabric and elegant. I emailed customers service after shopping and get the respond back very quickly. They sent tracking number of my shipment. Shipping was very quick. And what it surprised me when I got may packages in front of door, I got the text message from Ericdress on my phone that they completed my shipment. Thank you Ericdress. I will come back for shopping again.

I am greatly disappointed with the product and the service I was offered. Honestly I do not recommend using Eric Dresses online service as your Merchant. As I ordered 2 Evening dresses USA size 14, but i received them from chine with china size with no tag on the dress even to verify the size. And I requested the return address many times, but my request went unanswered. Now I am stuck with 2 dresses that don't fit me; however, customer service never showed any interest or care and that is way below the efficient standards of customer service.

Amazing experience and I love my dress! The price was right and it was shipped out fast. They did need to verify my bank info since I was shipping to a different address and they called me with in minutes of my order being placed. They had it all taken care of quickly instead of making me wait days thinking my dress was on its way. I've had that experience before and was not happy at all. I am very happy with this company!

Bought from this website before, fooled by all the glowingly "positive rating" all over sitejabber and trustpilot... BUYERS BEWARE: All the positive reviews are totally fake. The website seems legit but man, DO NOT BE FOOLED. The shipping time took literally forever (I think it would've taken me shorter time to learn how to make a dress and to actually make one myself.) No joke. And when the item finally came, big disappointment, really poor quality (expensive too!) I wanted to kick myself for buying from this site. So don't do it guys, ericdress.com is a nothing but disaster.
