Whatever you do DO NOT purchase anything from this company they are thieves. The sizing is awful, the quality is is dreadful and the customer service when trying to return anything is none negotiable, they do not read your emails and just say about there website. I'm extremely upset and wished I had read previous reviews before making any purchase.

I ordered a dress and before ordering I read the return policy. The policy clearly stated that a dress can be returned within 7 days if it does not fit or is not how you expected. I tried the dress on as soon as I received it and the chest area was not comfortable. I immediately emailed (because phone # is not in service) and was given the run around since. Then I was told I could only get a 50% refund. BEWARE this site is a total scam!

Dress arrived earlier than the estimated 10-20 days. I was very pleased. As with most of the items I purchased from Ericdress, I will buy one size up and it fits perfect. My only issue is I have a short torso and the dress is half an inch too long in the back. Not their fault as they wouldn't know what my torso length is and it's nothing but a small and quick alteration. Overall I love the dress!

I can't believe it fits me! For the price, I was going to buy it anyway, but it fits! I love the jingle sounds it makes and plan to do my belly dance exercises with it starting tonight. I'm a 3x in women's clothes (22/24) and am so glad it fits my middle. I think the dance has already started to slim my middle. I love it. Loved it, taking a dance course, made extremely well. Please remember not everyone is small, some of us are a little heavier than should be, so if you could make them a little longer-wider(larger hips) that would be fantastic!

Okay i order a pair of boots three weeks ago and haven't them yet i want to know where they are and what happen? I love how the dress compliments my pear-shaped body. Ericdress has the best customer service I've ever known after all these years of online purchasing.

Though I received my package late (after 10 days), it wasn't the fault of company but rather my country's customs checkpoint (such a hassle!).

I ordered a few items for a major event in plenty of time but only 1 item came before the event. The quality was very poor and old looking on the wig I received. The dress when it finally came a month later it looked like it was made of Styrofoam. I ordered shoe tassals but only one came. I still haven't received the last item I ordered at the same time. I have contacted the company and only received a discount email to apologize for the lateness that expired in 7 days. This is pure BS.

I have made several orders from Ericdress in the past. The current order is worth celebrating. First of all it was the first time I got my order in less than 10 days. The winter is quite cool but the jacket is warm and woolen which balances. It is well designed and I feel great in it. Do really need to write anything longer than this? I have ordered 2 winter jacket for my daughters. When they arrived they did not like because the sizes were to small for medium and small, material was poor, the metal button fell apart and when you take jacket off inner sleeve comes out of the sleeve because it is not attached to sleeve with anything. When I asked abut where to return it they told me to return it to Chine and I had to pay £28 shipping fee. Customer representative suggested that I am better of to resell on e-bay is appalling if you are not happy with goods sell it to somebody else.

This is an update from the last one I did. They sent one item from my order a pair of earrings and one of the earrings are missing. Still have not received a top, tee-shirt and a dress never received. This company and any other names affiliated with them need to be shut down. SCAMMERS

Last month when I was given a one month leave from the office, I finally realized that I did not have any casual dresses and it was time to start buying them. A friend introduced me to this site and I managed to get some good designs that now are with me after ordering them.

No one listen to the positive reviews that are on their site, have you not notice that not a single one is bad? And also on this one the grammar that the top reviews have are clearly used by a translator. This site CANNOT be trusted, i order my dress a month ago and it still hasn't come in. As the other reviews have said the people simply ignore your concerns and state excuses over and over. Do NOT trust this site. You'll lose your money.

This was the first time ordering through here (for military ball). I ordered this dress in ruby color customized to my measurements. Because of that they emailed after ordering to confirm the measurements were correct. That made me wonder and i measured again. Thankfully i did. Its still a tad bit larger on the bust area but nothing major. I loooove this dress! I was surprised how fast it was done and by time i ordered to me receiving it, only took half week.
