At first I was nervous about ordering my wedding dress from offline, especially because the price was so cheap. When I got the dress I fell in love right away.
It was better then the actual picture. The size chart was exact to my measurements. I would highly recommend this website to everyone. A+A+A+A+A+

NIGHTMARE! The dress was defective and they will not refund or exchange it. I shipped the dress back and have successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and the payment is being credited to my account. You do have recourse if you have had the same experience. I did everything possible to do what they asked and returned the item at my own expense but they will not make it right. At least I have the $ back.

I ordered a trench coat and 3 shirts. I finally received them today. I wish I had read reviews of this company before I ordered. The coat is cheap and looks nothing like the picture. The material feels like a bath robe. I will probably cut it up and use it for dusting. I ordered XL and everything fits like a medium. This site is a scam. Don't order anything from here. Lesson learned

You can buy shirts and tees from many sources... but the service i have received from Ericdress is without equal. In fact it is beyond anything I expected. I don't want to sound like a paid ad, but this is a fact not hyperbole.

Don't do it! I ordered the denim dress thought it was really cute... This is what I received... A child sized dress. I already have a dispute going. I ordered a dress that I thought would be a beautiful dress to change into at my weffing reception. Well when the dress came it looked like a bathroom rug... The dress was totally different from the picture I can't wear this not even as a costume... I will never order anything from eric dress again.

They sent me an item in the wrong color and are being very difficult to work with, They make an offer for a partial refund, I accept then they change the terms. Its a back and forth, they made the mistake and dont want to fix it. They dont answer my questions or address my concerns. Their customer service is horrible and I would never reccomend them to anyone else!

I recently did my first purchase on Ericdress and I am very happy. My items came in exactly one week, just like if I were to shop at another online store and my items hit me perfectly. I'm very satisfied and I plan on purchasing more items in the near future

My dress is gorgeous and fits perfectly! I had paid only $20 more for a custom fit and it fits great! The order was processed quickly and within 16 days my shipment arrived. I had one made last year and it was awesome too. I will always shop here for my special dresses that I need!

I ordered a sleek, soft toe athletic looking tennis shoe and received a big, hard, round toe orthopedic looking shoe. Top photos are the photos on their website. Bottom photos are of the actual shoe. Very disappointed...

I ordered a cute plaid dress and received a solid navy dress trimmed in orange. I have sent over 20 messages and emails. I have done live chats. Basically, I have to pay to return the wrong dress even though the mistake is theirs. This company lacks professionalism and does not believe in customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did.
