I just bought an evening dress in their recent redline deals, the price is rather low, and the picture is pretty, so i ordered one. The service is ok and i'm still waiting. Hope i won't meet the problems like the one comment upstairs. :)

Since the fiasco with my initial order, Eric dress did refund a portion of my purchase since I did keep the items and sent them to my nieces. I had promised them to remove my post, but felt that I owed it to everyone to let people know that they at least did that much.

I bought a suit never came to my address, when I complained to them they told me that it was not their business that I should claim the mail company. They are scoundrels, they don't give me my money back

I have ordered a dress I needed to wear for a special occasion, the dress was expensive, I still haven't received it and my occasion is very soon. This is pathetic, and I will for sure no be ordering from Eric dress again. I do not recommend to anybody.

I am very impressed with the jacket and long sleeve shirt I purchased, price was good and well made. The jacket has a warm lining, very light. The hood seemed a bit small at first, but it stretched a bit and fits now.

The long sleeve shirt is lovely and well made. I plan to put the EricDress website as favorite and plan to order more items.

I was not sure of the quality of the dress a was going to get. U usually get what you pay for. This dress was a bit over $100. My face lighted up when i opened the package... excellent craftsmanship. Very, very pleased with the way it looks. Not a mass produced dress for sure. Then i tried it on... fits like a glove! I LOVE IT! I will definatelly buy from them again. At one point i had to contact their customer service to enquire about delivery date. I must say i was impressed with the helpfulness of their representative.
