I ordered 2 coats in an extra large because I usually wear a size large. I ordered a one size fits all cardigan. The extra large fits like a medium and the one size is more like a small. It's really too bad because the quality is better or at least the same as Products I've purchased here in the U.S. They're just not ethical in their sizing chart!

Although it takes a time to get your order at home. It is worth spending time and money on this website. Perfect customer service and very low prices. It is fun to shop at Ericdress. Lots of fun gadgets I LOVE IT!

This website is fantastic for tracking stock that has sold out instore. I must say that I find the viewing option to be a bit sore on the eyes (you have to hover over an item to see the price in a flash style viewer) but the products and range are great.

They have the worst customer service, they do not have a local number for you to call. They also advertise items that they do not have in stock, but fail to mention it at the time they take your money. I attempted to order a dress and they said they didn't have it, and to order a different style. I ordered a new one and they still didn't have it. After this I asked for my money back and they only gave a partial refund with absolutely no product. Again I cannot reach them by phone, only email.

I wanted a Michael Kors bag as a birthday present for myself and unfortunately the American shop didn't stock the style I want. After extensive research, I came across ericdress. The bag I got is of good quality and I will surely recommend toi anyone else.

I purchased a coat through ericdress.com that was attractive and reasonably priced. I then waited almost a month for it to arrive, which was annoying but not unexpected since I knew it would be coming from China. When it finally came, however, the extra large that I always wear fit like a snug medium, so I chalked it up to cultural differences, because in the package with the coat was a cheap plastic comb with cartoon characters and the word "fatty". Hmmmm. Anyway, I have been emailing Ericdress customer service to return it to absolutely no response. I would like a refund because the time it would take to exchange it would render it useless to me this season, and I don't want to see what other "free" gift would call me if I asked for a larger size. So, don't waste your money and order from somewhere with a record of good customer service.

Love the shoes! These shoes are beautiful, very comfortable and quite affordable. I love that you can choose any heel size. The shoes arrived very quickly. I would say that they run about 1/2 size too small. I ordered the 6 1/2, which is my regular size, and they were a bit too snug.

I bought 2 coats from this site, only 1 has arrived. I ordered a size UK12, colour cream. I received a pale pink coat that my 13 yr old grand daughter can't get on she is a size 6. Have emailed 3 times and getting no reply. Have to admit the quality is very good but if you can't wear it, what's the point... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE...
