I ordered a dress (custom sized) and i am amazed about the customer service which has been so helpful and concerned that my measurements are right. The dress was made in no time at all and delievered 3 days before expected delievery date. No need to say the dress was perfect! Thanks!

I got the dress within 2 weeks after I ordered. I was so amazed that the dress was more beautiful than the pictures. I immediately tried it on and took this pictures. I highly recommended your products, prices and qualities.

The material of my dress was described as 'cotton blends.' I checked with Ericdress customer service because I prefer cotton, and was told that the material was a blend of cotton and polyester.
Now it has arrived and the label says 100% polyester.
I don't like wearing 100% polyester because of the static electricity.

After some email to and fro, I got a partial refund which is fair since some of the items were ok. They responded fairly quickly to my Sitejabber review and after that responded fairly quickly to my emails.

I bought a dress online and it was not the color or material as shown on the picture. Their site indicates that they provide refunds if client not 100% satisfied but when I contacted them as soon as I received it to request refund, their response was that they can't guarantee the same material and that they put a lot of hard work into it so I should keep it. I am in no way satisfied with the dress and couldn't wear it for a formal event I attended since the dress looked like something my mother would wear. The change in material changes the look of the dress completely. I followed up with them and now they are not responding to that message. Buyer Beware!

Thank you thank you thank you. I have bought this dress for my girlfriend and she is really really happy with her dress, the packaging was amazing all in it own box wrapped up gorgeous. I am also very happy with it. The colour was exactly what she wanted detailing is amazing on it as well. Shipping was amazing and being able to follow it all the way to my house was even better.

Last month I ordered a dress from Ericdress. At the last minute I decided that I wanted a different dress than I had ordered. The employee said that it would take extra time, but I did not. The employee said she would do her best dress on time with me in the Korea. I was very nervous if my dress would be there on time. My dress was even four days earlier than expected, I was very happy. The dress is really fantastic and very beautiful. I got married yesterday and it was a great day. I want to thank ericdress for the beautiful dress and for customer service.

I saw lots of bad reviews after placing an order so I was nervous and constantly contacted customer service at Eric Dress. I recieved my gown after in 3 weeks and it fit almot perfectly. I ordered the size based on their chart which was 5 sizes more than my usual dress size so I was unsure how this was going to fit. Turned our just fine. I have one area that needs to be adjusted but there was no way I could have ordered a size smaller. I was skeptical but very happy with the product. The gown looks beautiful and you can't beat the price. I would recommend this site but please make sure you follow their directions on how to order the right size. I'm a size 6 or 8 in a dress and had to order a 16 according to their chart.

My dress arrived yesterday. It is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered it in the purple. It fits perfect and it arrived very fast! It shipped 3 days before expected and after being shipped it arrived here in 3 days time! I LOVE IT!

It is exactly as the one in the picture, really detailed and very good quality! The shapes, the fabric and the details like the beading are exactly as described on the website. The service from ericdress is great. Thank you

The dress arrived & it was amazing. The fit was as if it was made to order. I was so impressed, with the workmanship & attention to detail; I could not have asked for better than if it was individually tailored. I have no alliance with the company but, I hold it in the highest regard. I would absolutely return to Ericdress for return business.

I bought a dress from this website for $148. I received it over a month later and was horrified.

This dress was a $10 piece of crap. The cheapest material and it didnt look like the photos online. I emailed them for a refund and they said they will only refund me $50. Are you kidding me?

So you pocket $100 and i pay for return shipping?!? Save yourself the hassle and NEVER order from this website!

I have purchased 4 dresses at EricDress in two months time. Every dress I have received has been exactly what I ordered. The product is very high end and the prices is FANTASTIC! I will continue to buy from EricDress and I recommend this co. To everyone. They are great...

Do not trust this company. They would not refund my money after saying they would give me a partial refund. Don't waste your time, money, and effort. They also have poor customer service. Some of my emails were answered and some not at all. They did not resolve my issue. Don't trust them. Don't use them. Don't even shop with them. Just don't. Please.

THIS DRESS IS BEAUTIFUL! I was super worried about reviews I have read previously after I ordered the dress! But it came today much earlier than expected, had great customer service! It is exactly how it's pictured! 10/10 would recommend!

Ordered item and once they got my money via PayPal they emailed stating item was out of stock and to pick another item. Didnt offer refund or anything. Stay away from this Chinese company and dont purchase anything from them!!!

I bought my wedding dress with them and ordered it in silver, when it arrived it was gray. I tried to contact them but they said that was the color on their "chart", well no color chart was available when I ordered it otherwise I wouldn't have bought in in that color. Now my wedding is ruined cause I have a dark gray dress.

I ordered a coat from this so-called website on Dec. 12,2020. Here it is January 28,2021 and I still haven't gotten my order. I checked the page and it's saying the exact same thing over and over. Get tf off this website and go to Pacsun or Zumies because their finessing.

Waited more than a month for two burgundy jumper and polo necks to arrive in xl size, eventually recieved two jersey strapy top in beige and black is size small.
The quality of those two even was terrible.

I just bought a yellow jumpsuit with the fear that it didn't have any reviews. I usually buy things online when they have very good reviews (photos and a minimum of 4 stars). But I decided to give EricDress a shot because I saw very good reviews in many other items and the result was great.

The quality is very good, I love the color, material and style. The only thing that bodered me a little is that they are using pictures of a model using the jumpsuit backwards... and if I try it like that it feels very uncomfortable and it creates some wrinkles that don't look good. But either way it is very pretty using it the right way. I'm happy!

Ordered 2 shirts. More than a month later I didn't receive them. No phone # to call. I emailed them and they sent me 2 tracking #s, both of them aren't even real tracking #s. Then they had the nerve to ask me to verify with the post office and my neighbors.

Ericdress had great products at prices that couldn't be matched! I had to expedite the shipping a bit to get it on time and even the shipping was reasonable. I will definitely use Ericdress again for any other dress requirements for the parties I attend.
