I sew professionally at times, so I can understand the hard work and the hours they put in. The detail and perfect seams even at difficult spots! Thank you for handling my utter anxiety, thank you for shipping so quickly. Your company answered me everytime. That alone was very reassuring. This is amazing quality at a perfect price. This dress was worth every single penny! Your customer service reps are professional under pressure and face very timely responses to questions. Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I was taken for a ride...not a free one! My P.O. Is *******133505920
My daughter had boughten a prom dress second hand and it fit her at that time. Closer to prom(mid May)she tried get dress on but couldn't get it to fit. We went online to Eric dress and she found a beautiful dress at an amazing price. We placed the order and 2 weeks later the dress was couriered right to our door.

Theis is the worst company ever! I have been waiting on a dress since Febuary 2014! I have sent them emails and called their ************** number and it rings busy day and night! I will be contacting the BBB and PAYPAL for a refund as well as having them blocked from any future solicitaion! :(
What a joke! The tracking number they gave me did not work, so I couldnt track my order. I emailed the company twice and no responce at all. I recieved my order 2 wks after I ordered. As soon as I put the jacket on the zipper broke and not to mention the quaility of the jacket is trash... don't even waste your time with this co.

This is far most the best China website to shop from that I have stumbled on the prices are unbelievable but trust me best value for your money been using this website for 2 years now and I don't think I'll ever stop I never regret buying here best part is they have a app in the play store! OMG! I was totally ripped off by this mob. I got the shock of my life when I received my order from EricDress. What I received were poorly made dressy sandals with its adornment falling off the straps. Over all quality of the product, is to me, very crappy. I ordered them because of the materials they were made of - AS DESCRIBED ON THEIR WEB SITE - as good quality leather - it was all FALSE ADVERTISING!

Don't bother - picture online is NOT what you get and size chart is way off along with length is way to crazy long. I'm 5ft 7inches and dress still is 10 inches too long. Trying to return and all they keep saying is to upload video and pictures. I sent picture of color being blue not silver and all they say is send more pictures.

Don't buy from this website ever! They sell wedding gowns and accessories for wedding for a fair price, but the item does not have a good quality and does not look like the one in the picture.
I bough a wedding dress form then and when it arrived my nightmare has started: they charged me for post services in the website and once I received the item I had to pay it again! When I opened the box I realised that the dress was totally different form the one I had choosen in the website and the quality of the product is terrible. I contact the costumer service and they refused to refund me! They said that I am acttually luck for receiving a wedding dress that is much cheaper compared to one in a boutique shop. They didn't care about me and my feeling as bride at all!
So, don't buy from them! Ut us a terrible website.

I ordered my gown on March 1st... kept in close communication with me via emails... told me that it would be expedited on the 11th for 30.00 extra... my gown arrived on March 13th and it was GORGEOUS!... proper fit... color and quality of the gown... ERIC DRESS HAS A LIFE TIME CUSTOMER!-N. Frye
Love my dress looks just like the picture and for excellent. No alterations needed at all. Super excited to wear it. I highly recommend ericdress for every one!
I clicked on a Facebook ad to check this out and was dazzled by all the great stuff. So I placed two orders ******* (shoes) and ******* (coats).
First pair of shoes arrives and I have to pay duties to retrieve delivery, which means it cost me double the listed price on the website. Quality is crap. Not worth it.
Then first coat arrives. Size ordered L and label on it says Large. But it's teeny tiny, I can't even put my arm in the sleeve and I usually wear Medium. My 4 year old daughter fits in it only! Ridiculous? Wait till you hear what customer service tells me: "It's not worth it at all" for me to return, and "gift it to a friend" while shopping for something else, use this link to find more surprise" (actual quotes from email communications)! And when I insist that I need to return they tell me to pay for shipping! Isn't this size fiasco Their Fault?
Meantime second coat arrives, exactly the same problem. Also, quality on both is like buying from the Dollar store. And two more pairs of shoes haven't even shipped out yet (5 weeks later).
Don't be a victim of cheap quality, infant sizing, and above all online FRAUD!

First time shopper. Never again! Very poor quality not what is shown in photo.
Ordered tunic dress size too small not to size chart, shabby quality. - Ordered Scarf crisp royal blue/cream woven silk fabric. Receive dirty blue/brownish sheer polyester. - Ordered handbag in blue as shown, ten days later after placing and paying, told not available. - Days trying to sort out, as system was still taking orders for an item they no longer supply? Selected another style with silver trim, receive gold trim? Order came in dribs and drabs not together? Ericdress take your money but you do not get what you see! They will not accept responsibility for bad sizing or anything not as shown. Misleading and dishonest. When you question, they just offer you further discount to buy more rubbish, or I can pay full extortion postage to return. Its your error Ericdress you fix it. Really! I will not buy anymore badly made products form China, there is no quality control and no customer service. Ericdress sells Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish. Just a waste of time and money.

Are the reasons am a buyer who has stuck to Ericdress for a year now, ordering regularly.
Shoes came so different than on the picture, so ugly. I paid $76 but they can refund only $10. Poor quality and website. They don't even except return. Will never shop again.

The company advertises using other peoples designs, and photos, they then send you a cheap attempt at a copy, nothing like the advertised product, they are based in China which is not obvious from their website, I ordered a gents designer cardigan 5/2/22, it took three weeks to arrive, it was clearly a bad copy, been trying to send back now ever since, customer service non existent, message facility does not work most of the time, and all they do is offer a small discount (in dollars not pounds) for you to keep the rubbish product they have sent, problem is you have to pay postage back to China, rendering any refund worthless, this is a fraudulent and deliberate policy on their behalf, based in China they are untouchable under British consumer protection laws, don't be tempted by their offers you will just loose your money, I have now given up on any chance of a refund, and put the item where it belongs in the bin.

Untrustworthy, will send you a copy of the pictured item, then refuse to refund unless you pay return costs to China which renders any refund worthless, will not even give you returns address unless you agree to that, threw purchase in bin and vowed to warn others of this fraudulent trading

I ordered this trenchcoat for my baby back in May 2021 and I have not receive that code yet has anybody else have any of those problems they took my $69 and I never received my product and I also have sent email after email to *******@ericaddress.com and the message that I received back from them was can I do a survey I can't do a survey on anything that I haven't received or nobody communicated with me about my last merchandise they got lost somewhere in thin air but my payment didn't get lost they got my money just wondering

Ordered two dresses from here, no problems at all the quality is great I got in three days as I live in USA and it was by DHL to my surprise next morning it arrived um I don't know sitejabber reviews seem to just bash every company to the bone I worked with a lot of companies even though they have negative reviews they still do an excellent job these review sites are filled with people who just are never happy with anything or people bringing down the reputation of other companies to satisfy their own.
I waited 2 months to receive a small size sweater after ordering 2x large. The sweater is as thin as cheese cloth. Use your own best judgment when working with them.
