After one month of ordering a sweater, they let me know it was out of stuck. I wish I had red all the reviews. Be careful with these people. On the website everything looks good to trick you.

I was really questioning ordering from them with all the bad reviews but I took the chance. My order status was never updated but I emailed customer service and they got back to me the same day and updated me. I ordered probably the 28th of February and received my order march 18th which I think is pretty reasonable since its from China. Some people complained that it took too long orbit got stuck in customs so maybe don't order anything with like metal boning? (I'm not sure if that's why) I ordered the junoesque sweetheart corset bodice lace and tulle dress and it comes just as depicted fullness and all and fits perfectly. I will Devin rely be ordering again.

I ordered two items from this company and never received it after being fobbed off in several emails they told me to wait 45 days for a refund, they then lied to me and told me the package was still in transit then they told me they would send the items again which I agreed, i then recieved an email saying if I paid another £30 they would then send the items, I then recieved another email saying it is not their fault and they might give me 15% off my next order, do not buy from these people the care and support is terrible the emails they send are like an infant has written them and they are just robbers behind a keyboard.

This stuff is Low Budget CHEAP QUALITY CHINA SCAM MATERIAL. Sure their pictures are really fancy. Unfortunately, it's not real. They get pictures off of Instagram models or high end sites to try to draw you in. Everything is a fake replica that is cheap material and doesn't even come close to the actual product you're seeking...

We bought this dress for my daughter's sweet 15 Ball and it is perfect! Excellent quality, just like the picture and fit her like a glove.
Shipped in two weeks.

Order two sweaters. Received one sweater 4 weeks after ordering and have not received the other. It's made of Acrylic, a $#*!ty material made from plastic. This company is $#*!.

Is that I could Not get a size 6 in the dress,. They are well made with great detail

The material with which these ankle boots are made up of is of impressive quality. Its fits perfectly to my feet and gives a jovial feeling while walking. It red color makes it a adorable stiletto...

I have now become a consistent buyer as the products I've bought so far are really awesome.

I recieved this email and removed the poor review. When I told them it was off they told me they didn't owe me anything. Out of 112$ I recieved less then $50 back. Horrible

First off let me start by saying I ordered $200 worth of clothing from them almost four months ago then when I finally started getting some of the pieces and I still haven't gotten the mall none of them were the right size they all looked like they were made of paper and it looks like something that will cost like a dollar please if you're reading this review this is the honest review do not order from ericdress it is a rip-off the company's location is all the way in China you can never get anyone on the phone someone used my card how to make a purchase after I bought clothing from another state. THIS IS A WARNING!

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. As a repeat, very happy customer, I wrote to Ericdress before placing my order to ask about which material is used in this dress so we could order the correct color (we wanted dark purple). This dress description only mentions "tulle," which is obviously the top layer of the skirt AND a material for which there is no color grid. The written reply I got was that I should use the Matte Satin color grid. So we did.
Not only did the custom order dress come much too small, but it was the completely wrong color! Understanding that mistakes happen, I wrote to customer service telling them that they accidentally sent me the wrong dress (I included pictures of the dress). After they assured me they sent the right one, & offered $12 to alter it (WHAT?), I sent another picture of the Matte Satin color grid and my daughter's dress.
Six communications later, they insist that they sent me the right dress and offering nothing more than $12. A mistake is understandable, but I have never dealt with a company with such horrific customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

ericdress.com is user friendly online store. I remember two of my favorite dresses from this store and i did not find anything unusual enough to raise an issue about.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous and fits like a glove. We are thrilled and will definitely be ordering more. Could not be happier with our decision to choose Ericdress.

I ordered a red cocktail dress for this February 14. Sizing was well done. They chiffon material is also quite comforting. I can't wait to put on this Saturday.

Had done business with Eric Dress for years. I have always been treated greatly. Without hesitation they came out to the door and corrected the issue when any arise. I would use the site again

LOL..."what is your order number"? Ugh! I can see that this store is not one I want to purchase from. No in between reviews. It's either 5 star or 1 star... that's a bad sign.

First off, MOST, if not ALL the positive reviews about Ericdress.com are completely FAKE! Secondly, these people are such liars. I wrote a review earlier this month and they quickly (same day) responded by lying that they never received any of the several emails I sent them and that they will contact me soon. Yeah right! Of course they did not and will not refund my money and they refuse to send me 2 of the 3 items I purchased. Such thieves! It's companies like theirs that gives other China based companies a bad reputation. I've contacted everyone I know to tell them to avoid Ericdress at all costs. The pictures of the items you see on their site is NOT what you will receive. When they do feel like sending you the items you purchase, it's some extremely cheap, knock off version that is laughable at best. It's too late for me, but do yourself a favor and save your money and lots of headache. My guess is that when they receive this review, they will respond pretending that they know nothing about the problems I had with them even though we went back and forth on email several times to no avail. Hey Ericdress, stop stealing from us you pathetic piece of crap!

I order a dress from this company and what I got was a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. I still don't have a dress. The dress' material was cheap, the plunge chest line was a mesh/sheer mess! The picture of the dress, I wanted was made with thicker material, the plunge neckline was cut out. The size was ridiculously misportionated.
The images you see on their website, are false representations, they send you something they are trying to copyright off of another companies designs.
I open the package and started trying to reach them. They refuse to give me information for my return. They try to stall so your timeline for returns will expire.
I ordered a jumpsuit order #*******, I canceled that order but I have yet to get an email supporting my cancellation. I have emailed, called and texted, but they are ignoring me. They have charged my card for both of them.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 2 dresses i saw on their FB ad page. Only one dress arrived which was awful. It looked nothing like the pictures. The dress is meant to be made of ankara, african textile, but it was made of polyester. The colours were completely off. The green was brown and the red was orange. I emailed asking for a full refund, they asked me to email them the pictures of the dress which I did, but the email kept bouncing back. They blocked my email address. I am yet to receive the second dress which they have charged me for. I will be involving my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA AND NOT IN THE USA AS THEY CLAIM.

I ordered the cutest heels on 4/6 for my outfit that I'm wearing next weekend 4/27. I paid for expedited shipping so overall I paid almost$100 bucks. Status today 4/21... they haven't shipped, I requested a refund by email which is fckd up, they tried to offer me the shipping of the order and 7usd. What the heck am I going to do with 7 dollars and no shoes. So no I want full refund period and I am not stopping until I see the funds hit my PayPal account which was my method of payment. DON'T WASTE YOUR $ OR TIME. FRAUDS!
