It happened that on 12th December I placed an order for an evening dress that I was to use today on 25th December. The experience was cool with least Friction. I got the dress on 22nd and am on the dress as I write this review. I just came back from our evening party and the complements I got on the dress are fresh in my mind. It was a little expensive but The design and every feature of it is perfected. I love the mermaid flow down the waist. Wish to thank the site for helping me make the best out of my night.

For over a week now I have been in correspondent with a so called "Frances" asking for an address to where I can return the unsuitable dress that I bought from Ericdress and to get a refund! She/He keeps repeating the same email over and over "please prefer" to the website re dispute! They are just fobbing me off! They have my money and I have a dress that is far too small for me! I am a size 10 and I would need to lose about a stone in weight for the dress to fit me! As I read other similar complaints on this site my heart sinks! I was so looking forward to receiving the dress, thinking I'd bought something different for a future wedding and now I'm left with a useless piece of material! I have informed the company of the order number and my telephone number! Therefore "Frances" if you are reading this, don't go asking for these numbers again to make yourselves look interested in my plight! All I ask is to have my money back as soon as possible! You intruded into my email with your constant advertising! But once bitten twice shy- this is my second buy from the internet, I will never be buying anything from the internet ever again! And I will be spreading the word about Ericdress!

Ericdress is the worst company I have ever encountered. Horrible customer service and cheap, badly made products. They are impossible to deal with, offer no customer service and are a sham. The dress I ordered is not at all what was pictured and doesn't even fit. They will not accept returns and rarely respond. When I finally got a response, they offered me a 60% refund, but refuse to tell me how or where to return the dress. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ERICDRESS, THEY ARE A SHAM!

I ordered a blazer from here that cost me $77, the website stated that the material was cotton and all of the reviews were positive. When I arrived i had the displeasure of opening the package. The blazer is 97% polyester and 3% spandex. The sizing chart did not fit AT ALL. The site would not publish my negative review. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER.

I read other reviews about items never shipping and when customer service was asked about the order they would say that the order was being prepared and that it should ship soon. When asked for a refund customer service would offer a 15% discount off the NEXT order but would not give a refund.

I thought these were scam reviews.

I placed an order for a coat on January 2,2022 and after not receiving any updates for three weeks I messaged customer service to inquire about my order. They assured me that the order would be delivered on time but that they would be closing towards the ends of January for a week due to holidays. They offered me a 15% discount on the next order and I didn't even ask for a refund. It's now February 10, and no updates, no tracking number and, obviously, no coat. Winter will be over by the time this coat arrives, if it ever arrives.

Based on the overwhelming number of bad reviews telling a similar story, I firmly believe that the positive reviews that specifically talk about prompt shipping, beautiful clothes and high quality are simply fake.

Read through all the bad reviews and how similar they are. That many people saying the same thing can't be wrong… I learned the hard way.

I tried to purchase some items and when I tried to process my credit card, my bank blocked the transaction. I called Cust serv to see what the problem was and was told they have have numerous complaints of SCAMS.

I just got the dress, fits amazing! It's more then what I expected. Love how it perfectly fits my body. Shows a lot of class and elegant and i am gonna buy dresses her from now on.

Great selection of shoes and the prices are as good as, if not better than, the major retailers. My order was delivered on time. Very happy and will be ordering again soon.

I place a order of two pants in 01/10 2020.its supposed to deliver on February I didn't get it yet.and I go to help and text them back they never reply me.

All the reviewers giving one star, including me are generous. This company is a nightmare. The quality of the clothing is below sub-standard. I bought a dress an four other item of clothing and there is no opening except for the tiny space of the neck opening which is obviously smaller than my shoulders. I ordered five items; however, I am getting the items one every two weeks. It is now over one month and I am still waiting for two more items. Every item received is a disappointment. Cheap and sized too small. I believe that this company is out to cheat international customers since we are not protected by law for returns etc.
All the five star customers on this page... I would question those as well. I am not going to lose any sleep trying to get my money back. My message to potential customers: All of the one-star ratings on this site are real people. I have been cheated out of my $120. Because I did not pay attention to the low-ratings and concerns. Please do not fall into the same trap.

Ordered 4 items over 3 weeks ago, and they have only sent one. The one item they sent was a pair of pants that no one could wear and didn't look anything like the website. They were a piece of junk with Chinese writing on the tag so you don't even know what the material is they used. Did I mention they hide the fact on their site that they are based in China? There is no phone number to call either and their customer service is run by a guy called Ice who only half writes back any answers.

When I repeatedly chased them to ask why they only sent 1 item, they lied and said they sent 2, then tell me, after 3+ weeks of waiting, that the others are out of stock?

I have demanded a full refund, but they won't budge. They tell me they will only refund for the 2 of 4 items sent, but I only have 1. I have read other reviews that the refund never comes.

They are liars and thieves and need to be shut down. Please don't order from these people. Help by reporting them to the authorities. They give internet shopping a bad name.

Scam. I ordered 3 jackets, continually I asked when are they being sent. The response we have a very busy time, difficult to source materials. Well overdue I cancelled the order & asked for a full refund, no response! THESE ARE CROOKS, DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Amazing service, dress ordered and delivered to AUSTRALIA within 5 days to my door step fantastic. Really happy with the dress exactly as shown in photos, and correspondence between myself and ERICDRESS was faultless, thanks for the whole experience. Will share how great it was.

Absolute horrendous experience, waited 6 weeks with broken promises and 5 promises to get the manager to contact me and for the item to arrive in a ridiculous size and poor quality sizing. I cannot explain how dreadful this company is

Ericdress.com does not disclose that they are based in China. Several customers state that, when items are received, the quality is horrible—if they ever receive the item at all! Some customers (who received their items) even mention that it took over 6 months to receive! Unfortunately, I did not know this before I made my purchase. My items hadn't been shipped yet but I needed them for a specific occasion so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund on their website—no response. Then, I contacted PayPal and they immediately responded, stating that the order was being processed and they were still going to ship them. When I responded, letting them know that I knew the items were not shipped and I just wanted a full refund, they ignored it. I escalated my PayPal case and ericdress contacted me via email and asked me to close the case. Then, the next day they supplied a tracking number. I checked all mail carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS & FedEx)—not one recognized the supplied tracking number. At that point, I called PayPal to express my concern about the fraudulent tracking information. PayPal checked it and confirmed that they were, in fact, fraudulent and gave me a full refund. Many people didn't have this same result—they were either declined a full refund or offered a 10% refund after receiving horrible items. I urge you—do not be mesmerized by the gorgeous options on the ericdress site—this exemplifies the phrase, too good to be true.

This is garvage store, I buy very nice high heels for 76.40 Us and eric send a diferent and nating machin ugly shoes... its only for stole!

This is a scam! Seriously, the items they show are nothing similar at what you will get. The quality es the worst and the fabrics look and feel really cheap. You will get very disapoint when you get your garments. I bought two coats and both of them are are a mess. Wont use them ever. Wont buy from this site ever again. DO NOT BUY FROM ERICKDRESS!

I ordered multiple items online on 1/1/16 The email I received back gave me a order number but no information about the items I ordered. I never dreamed I would need to take a screen shot of my order to keep track of it. I received a partial shipment promptly on 1/5/16 but was unhappy with the quality and emailed the address given at their website for instructions on returns. No reply received and it is now 1/27/16 and I have not received the other items. I have tried in vain to use my order number on their website to pull up my original order. Each time it says there is no such order. I have opened a dispute with paypal and again Ericdress just responded that I need to ask for the return address. Why they didn't include it in their reply is beyond me. Items received were of inferior quality. Customer service has been no existent. Buyers beware as items are shipped from Asia complicating matters and I'm sure if I ever get directions on how to return the items, it will cost me an arm and leg to do so. I will continue to work with paypal though in hopes of getting some sort of satisfactory resolution

Shame on me for not doing my research on this company before buying. They STOLE pictures of dresses from a legitimate website (I know now that the real dress is from Grace Loves Lace) and sold me a cheap knock off that looks NOTHING like the dress they advertised. They will not process my refund... They will not even acknowledge my complaint! I cannot get a response from Sherry (their customer service representative) that makes any sense! I believe that the positive reviews are falsified. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Buyers Beware this company is a Fraud From China. I bought a gift from them after reading their return policy. The item arrive and it was not as described nor the correct size. After contating them they offered me partial refund of $20 on a $100 item and wanted me to keep it. I refused. After much back and forth they wanted me to return the item to China when the item was shipped to me from California to not make it cost effective. They refused to provide a return label. It cost me over $67 to return the item back to china. These guys are fraudsters and they are being lead by a guy named Alejandro Ruiz from Carson California. This company should be investaged by the BBB and the consumer affairs of California. Avoid any purchases from this company.

These people are horrible liars and thieves. I ordered 4 items from them. They split my order into shipments and sent me the cheapest item first which was $16.32; the dress didn't fit the description. Size was too small it could fit a 6 yr old(American). Mind due its supposed to be for an adult. I asked for a refund and they asked me to send them the $16.32 dresses first back to China. For which shipping is more than the item. Frustrated. I TOOK A LOSE with them and PayPal; I asked them to send the rest of my clothes now someone acting stupid with me like they don't understand what is going on. They are telling me some items are out of stock; I have picked replacement item, and still nothing is sent They want to take my money with out sending my clothes. Order was 108.19 and they only item sent for $16.32. They are refusing to send the rest of my items. Pathetic that's how they steal people's money. They cant be trusted they lie to PayPal and its rulled in their favor. Dont waste your money and time. Keep your business with genuine people. People who can fight for you. Now am taking it further am gonna contact my bank, show them all my emails with them as proof of occurrences.

I bought a t-shirt and a pair of earrings from there. The website has many women items for us to choose. And the delivery was good, rapid, no problem with it
