I ordered on March 31st and received a confirmation email saying processing will take 8-12 days and shipping time 2-8 days. The maximum would be a 20 day wait. On the day (April 20th) that I expected to receive my shoes I got another email telling me my shoes were shipped that day and it would be another 2-3 day wait. That should have been April 23rd and it is April 26th.

These shoes cost me $63 and the problem is they were for prom. My prom is this Friday and due to the product not coming I had to buy another pair of shoes. They then told me I cannot have a refund today because it is now en route but I do not believe that because I ordered a month ago.

I bought a winter coat for a gift from them last month and paid almost $40 for it go be expidited. It wasn't it still took 1 month to get to me which is outstandingly slow. Then I got the product and I loooked at the size recommendations and this coat is literally 2x smaller than it's descriptions say it should be. It does NOT look like it does on the website and in person is super cheap and ugly. I spent almost $100 with shipping on something UNWEARABLE! I am extremely disappointed and have never written a poor review for anyone until now.

Even though the ericdress.com review rating is 3.5 out of 5, I thought I won't be a victim.

Just after the last Boxing Day I placed an order - Cocktail Evening Dress (with beading) item #******* US$264.99. On Jan 8,2013, I spent another Cad$92.20 (duty + GST + processing fee) to DHL for picking up the dress.

Unfortunately, surprise becomes nightmare. I was shocked when I opened up the parcel - the beads are large and heavy (total weight of the dress is 2.8 lbs). The measurement seems fine when you measure it, but just because of the poor lining and the STIFF garment, I can barely put it on. The cutting is totally out of shape/kilter (especially on the bust area). The horrible THICK LINING screw up the whole dress.

After several emails to *******@ericdress.com, their solutions are: take the dress to alternate, sell it, give it to your friend as gift, or place another order with a special discount, and finally offered me a refund of Cad$15 to shut up.

Please beware that you are dealing with a company which registered in Cyprus, but actually locates in Beijing and Hongkong. (http://www.ericdress.com/help/Contact-Us-113.html#detail1). Its a big communicate block out to deal with them, and their refund policy is pretty restricted once you touch it, its yours.

I have learned a big lesson and I sincerely advise all the web shoppers to stay away from this website.

I am positive this website is a scam- I just wish I would have done more research before purchasing, surely all the five star ratings must be made up from within the company. I made the worst mistake in purchasing my wedding dress here, thinking I could save some money as I am not a high maintenance bride- although the dress was still $170 US dollars. The dress arrived and DSL just threw the package under my bushes- did not even bother to ring the door bell. When I opened the package I could not be more displeased- CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, and not at all as pictured- gemstones were already coming unraveled off the back. I have attempted to reach customer service via phone and email and have been unsuccessful, I highly doubt they will return this poorly made dress- Ill be lucky if I can sell it to a local bridal consignment for $20.

Ordered last September, couple of articles online. Nothing fits, sizing is really off. Ask for reimbursement they asked me to sell it to friends, ask again they told me to give my things away that they would give me a 20$ rebate on my next purchase. I confirmed that I wanted my money back as soon as possible. March came and from a 140.82$ USD they returned 39$ at the end of March! If you enjoy spending DAYS writing multiple emails, service requests, disputes, and researching for a phone number that I found under a dispute claim site (even though they claim they are a UK company with offices in Poland--heads up--they are NOT) just to dispute not just a double charge of the same item, but 3 charges of the same exact item and yet when you click on your order it states you didn't place an order yet. Yet you have 3 charges on your credit card to PROVE they charged you. Or if you enjoy the non existence of a so called service department that never responds but loves charging your card over and over again. But when you call to find a customer service rep, you get a bleaping answering machine in some God forsaken place in China. I got very concern about coming from China, but I gave it a shot. The clothing looks like the photos, but just looks like... The material is poor, the finishing is horrible... threads falling out everywhere... each piece that I bought, 6 total - even ordering the same size to all, came in different sizes, a few somehow fitted others did not at all, too small... I tried to return the ones that did not fit which where the most expensive ones, the answer was: "I am sorry to hear that the size does not fit you well. According to our return policy, you can return it back based on shipping cost at customer account. From our experience, the shipping fee is not cheap. What am I? Crazy to other anything else from this place? How is it possible you buy things that are supposed to be the same size, but instead, each and every piece came in different ones?
Also they took longer than promised and instead of delivering on my shipment address they sent to my billing address! I had to run around to get my things.

So far I am pleased with my purchases except one coat I purchased buttons were loose! I ordered a customized evenig gown which fit right and was beautiful

The WORLD of internet clothing thieves. Some thing has got to be done there must be a way to STOP them. The BANKS allow this, it must be a system that can pinpoint these JOHNNIES from stealing ppl monies. This is getting out of control. Some bank accounts have insurance and give back monies that were fraudulent took but only one time in Toronto. The clothes LOOK so beautiful on line it's hard to resist but its pics from the real designers. How to get the real legit DESIGNERS I don't know, if u do SHARE plz. Hard working money all gone to these WICKED short ppl. Dont trust any of them at anytime. Even at the corner store. I ordered a dress made to my measurements and it came swiftly, packaged nicely, and fit perfectly. I was so satisfied. The dress would have costed me at least twice as much at a local bridal shop.

Feb 6 i ordered a coat from eric dress, i have yet to receive or get any information from the tracking source! Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST... SCAM! Goos news is i filed a dispute with my bank and got all my money back!

This company is a big scam as their clothing does not match what they advertise. It is also a shame that those beautiful African American models don't know how customer order and never receive what they have purchased. I place a purchase back in February and its June and I have not received money, response or clothing. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I went to ericdress to get something warm for a child of a friend. Korean Long Sleeves sweater particularly impressed me. I would choose the apricot sweater because the color is so pleasant. The cotton material is pleasant to wear and will keep the kid warm.
This shop is particularly suitable for women who want something special. It hasa large range of wedding dresses and accessories. I will recommend it to another friend of mine who is getting married next month.
Perhaps I will also stop over at Clothing Section for Women to see if I can pick something up for my niece too. I was thinking perhaps a nice top and a matching pant. There are blouses, shirts and knitwear in exciting colors and designs. I am still undecided. Knitwear looks pretty or perhaps a lace T-shirt will do nicely. For the pant, I think the Korean style pant with Leisure bow Knot will be great. I must check if there are enough color matches. It has a price of $16.29, which fits my budget exactly. The top sets me back $19.63 so that with shipping and taxes the entire thing comes within $40.00. Lovely!
