Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. This is the exact one. Before i ordered i emailed them to make sure i can return it FREE OF CHARGE. They said i can. Another point i should add is that it says 10-12 day delivery what they really mean is 10-12 days till they ship it to the shipping company and then another 3 weeks till it gets to you. Anyway, when it finally came i thought it was a sweater I have ordered from amazon, that how thin it was! It doesnt look one drop like the picture. It has bright orange on it and doesnt have a hood. Obviously i wanted to return it but when i checked the website I couldnt find a return label so I once again emailed them. Below i will post what they responded. Ericdress in there emails seem to be such nice people but there is an underlying rudeness and lie in each and every single one of there emails. I hope ya'lls dont get fall for this scam like i did.

Ordered about 8 Fedora Hats & so far it's been over a month only 4 have just arrived. The hats are just tossed in a bag with NO support or Box! Hats are totally smushed
Wonderful top. It looks just like the picture. I'm from the USA and I wear a Medium and sometimes Large. I should have ordered the XL instead of L. I will know better next time.

The pants are elastic and form fitting. Perfect fit. I was not sure if the fabric was going to be comfortable by viewing one of the photos but they are great!

First, the customer service sucks! You have people emailing you after you ask a question about your order and they don't even introduce themselves so you don't even know if you speaking to someone actually from Eric dress. They do not have a real phone number, and take dayyyysssss to respond by email. I asked for a refund on my order and they refused to give it to me. Now my career is customer service as well and the protocol they abide by is all out of order. The company I work for would of never agree on the service Eric dress uphold. They take your money fast, take 2 weeks to just ship on item and another 2 weeks to get whatever you order so please, everyone, DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT VALUE THERE CUSTOMERS!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I bought a dress here thinking that it would be just like the display picture. But really, the display picture is one that they take from some other online website and then they make it overseas with cheaper material and try to mimic the picture. The quality of the material is absolutely terrible and they got all of the measurements that I ordered wrong. After contacting customer service, they completely ignored all of the wrong measurements and said that they could not refund my money even though the dress is COMPLETELY off from what it was supposed to be. Also, the website says that it's free shipping. IT ISN'T. I even emailed the rep and they said that the deal was not available anymore even though it still says it on the website. And if the customer rep is reading this, DO NOT ask me for my order number to confirm the wrong measurements with me because I have already emailed you SIX times without any progress in my complaint.

Why are the clothes of such poor quality? Not only is the material terrible but stitching is also pathetic. Come on people, take some pride ericdress, at least give the customers half the value of the products they buy from you. Prices are reasonable on the website, pictures are lovely but unfortunately everything nice ends on the website itself. Crappy products are sent to the customers and it takes close to a month to receive the rubbish that they send. Tacky clothes is an understatement. I wouldn't pay 1/3 the price that I paid for the jackets that I bought if I knew that they would send products which look very much like rejects from rejects. If people looked at the products first they would never buy from you. I was stupid to have fallen for the pictures and not read reviews before buying from Ericdress. Hope no one else has to waste money an time like I did. To return the products on fast shipping costs too much money, products have to be returned within 30days from delivery of products but they didn't give me the return address until 20 days after the delivery of product and that too only after writing back reviews, not before when I made calls and sent e mails and communicated on live chat several times about my jackets. Look at the shine on the jacket, I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that, it would look like I've wrapped myself in plastic stitched by a 7 year old kid. Take a look at the photos attached.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a jumpsuit over a month ago for my daughters wedding that is Sunday. I received the shoes and got the biggest size they had which stated it was a 10 and then got the shoes and they were an 8. I am still waiting on my jumpsuit which I am sure won't make it in time and it will be too little. They tell you that you will get your things in about 2 weeks, but this is ALL lies. PLEASE DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL. I didn't see a phone number to call to to check on my jumpsuit and they will not email back. Probably don't understand English but was really quick to take my money. If you buy from this company BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Trust me YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I will NEVER even look on their bogus website.
I completed an order with them on March 15th. The orders processing started that day after payment was sent. I heard back from them on March 22nd about an out of stock item. How do you advertise something available when it is out of stock.? I responded back March 23rd stating that this was unacceptable to be hearing that my order hasn't been processed, nor shipped and that one of my items is not in stock after paying. I told them if I couldn't get the rest of my order by March 29th to cancel it. The customer service is very slow in response and they still haven't shipped my order and it's March 26. I'm trying to cancel the whole order now because I needed these items for an event on March 31st. They will not do me any good after that date.
I was looking for my Mother of the Bride dress for my daughters wedding and trolling through endless sites, I found one on here. I ordered it (even sized up) and once I recieved it, the dress could probably have fit my 110 lb daughter. The return policy says if you wish to return the your purchase, it has to be within 7 days if it's a special occasion dress. It didn't come with a package slip or anything, so I tried to reach out to customer service. After about 3 emails, they finally got back to me telling me I can only return the dress for half price, and it would cost that much money to send the dress back, so I should consider trying to exchange (which doesn't make sense because that would cost money for them to send a new one and for me to send my old one). In order for me to even be considered for an exchange, they wanted me to send photos of the dress.
Sometimes you get a decent product from these companies, and sometimes you get dooped. I copied and pasted their return policy into a response email a week ago and still haven't heard back. This I'm sure is a tactic they use in order to make sure I am no longer within the 7 days of the return. I am now sitting on a $150.00 never worn Mother of the Bride dress that style-wise is meant for a modest older woman, but is sized for a teenager.
Save your money and buy from a legitimate company!

I bought a coat which came with a zipper broken (plastic zipper by the way...), I contacted customer service and they just told me the broken was caused during the transition or by customer which it isn't true.
I'm very pissed off with lack of customer service and crappy product quality!
I will never buy from this store again!
Update on 03/01/16:
Customer service response was that they want me to use the money that was returned to me for another item that wasn't available to fix the zipper, which isn't acceptable.
As I already responded on my email to the customer representative, I am very frustrated with the bad quality of these products and their non customer oriented service.
So, I give up on trying to get my problem resolved because I have been chasing them for weeks now... I am tired of ericdress store.
Therefore, I won't never buy from this store again and I really don't recommend it to anyone.
If you buy in this store, you have to take the risk on having cheap quality products and not getting your problem resolved.

I found their clothes to be extremely small and of poor quality. Their XL is more like a XS. I emailed them and asked for a refund, but I have not heard from anyone!
