This is the worst site on the internet for service I can't say anything about their products because I shopping £180 and also I paid £36 duty and tax to government but I receive $#*!ing second hand and rubbish sttaf from them and I try to send them back but they said I can give you $12 discount. It's so funny and it is toribul. I'll be on every site that reviews companies to write a review. Don't steal my money and think you can continue doing business as usual. DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR MERCHANDISE OR MONEY THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS.

I purchase an item from this website and after a sufficient amount of time for shipping I called twice for a tracking number but never was provided one. So after a month I did a "live chat" asking them to reverse the charges upon learning they never shipped the item at all but interestingly had charged my credit card on the day of my purchase. In the United States that is considered money laundrying... a federal offense! The gal on the live chat begged me to not open a dispute or she would be "punished!" YIKES, what is up with that... but this is China where human rights are not important. They charge your card and then prey on your emotions to not reverse the charges thinking some worker is going to be tortured if you file a dispute. Scary. I would question any high review of this company with suspect... likely written by their family and friends. One consumer website acknowledged this company had fake reviews posted to elevate their rating. Save yourself and delete this website immediately. If you have already made the mistake of ordering and have not seen your merchandise, dispute the charges immediately! Can't wait to see what stupid auto reply to my comment they post now. No need to resolve the dispute just cancel the order!

I ordered a dress from ericdress. The picture looks very nice, but the actual product has a very poor quality. It's in no way compatible to its advertising and price. I'm very disappointed.

I like every service you offer but am sorry i can't shop often because my budget is limited. During my next shopping season I will start here because I got a happy experience.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress/casual wedding gown on this site. The quality ended up being very poor and the sizing chart was far from accurate, making the dress much too large to wear. There is also a small stain on the train, so I imagine Im not the first person to have an issue with this dress.

I attempted to return the item immediately by contacting customer service, per the instructions. Despite the website saying returns can be made within 7 days, they refused. According to them, this standard size 6 dress that I ordered from a drop down menu on their site, is a custom order and does not qualify for a return. Ive continued insisting and now theyre offering a 50% refund so they can cover their labor, or offering to pay me $20 to keep the dress.

The above tactics are extremely deceptive business practices and Im not sure where to turn next. They dont give you any contact information, other than an email address, and their responses are slow and hard to understand. Im pretty sure they just keep saying no returns until people become so discouraged that they just keep the item that theyll never wear.

MESSAGE TO ERICDRESS!

First I'm going to start by saying these items took way longer than expected spent $349 for items to have before Christmas as gifts for people(worse shipping ever) december 27th received order with the worse made clothes ever. I ordered two sweat suits Men Medium when items received their KID SIZE not adult size, still haven't received other items from this order. A pair of patches pants I bought in size 32 item received says size 32 more like a 36 waist. Received Lion sweater that looks like a horrible screen print. I am requesting a refund now or I will go to the BBB for false advertisement this company is a total disappointment, no items or as pictured, the jeans are not jean material. It's just all horrible. I will not be paying to ship items back you can provide a shipping label for returns I AM NOT PAYING TO SHIP ITEMS BACK. OVER PRICED CHEAP ITEMS!

My wedding dress was so beutiful, it was exactly what i dreamed in all my life, i felt like a queen when i wear it, and the shipping was so excelant, they put it in saftly box and realy... i would thank all the team who worked hardly in my dress and i really so glad that i know this amazing company. Please notice the language of the reviews when they are positive--it is obvious they are posted by people whose first language is not English. This suggests that the only way they can get positive reviews is to have their own people post them. All of the negative reviews are written in clear English. AVOID ERIC DRESS AT ALL COSTS!

DON'T BUY on Ericdress website! It's a SCAM!

At first, the company is located in China!
I ordered 3 dresses. My order number is 155 932.
After a long time, I finally received them after beginning to worry.
The fabric of 2 dresses is of bad quality & the 3rd dress is badly designed.

Thus I sent them an e-mail, as their procedure requires, to make the return.
But thet refused to give me a return address and unheard of, they want me to send them "photos for a correct judgement"!
I got the same stubborn answers after several e-mails
They refuse to refund dresses I will never wear.

Never before has a customer needed to ask the opinion of the seller to be authorized to return!
I completely agree with those who give one or zero stars and think that the 5 stars and good comments are posted by false customers! So obvious! Not 3 or 4 but all 5 stars...

Was anybody able to make a return and obtained a refund?

I will either ask my credit card company to consider this payment as a fraud from China or and bring a complaint before the commission!

MY boyfriend loved the gown and it's a great and comfortable dress. Also great if you're trying to hide a tummy... it doesn't make you look frumpy... great buy!
