I sew professionally at times, so I can understand the hard work and the hours they put in. The detail and perfect seams even at difficult spots! Thank you for handling my utter anxiety, thank you for shipping so quickly. Your company answered me everytime. That alone was very reassuring. This is amazing quality at a perfect price. This dress was worth every single penny! Your customer service reps are professional under pressure and face very timely responses to questions. Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I was taken for a ride...not a free one! My P.O. Is *******133505920

I order a jacket from them on 12/31 until today I didn't get nothing from them when I contact them they laying all the time so I made a dispute via pay pal I'm lucky that I paid with PayPal because this company it's BIG SCAM they wrote via PayPal to close the dispute and after they will return my money when I spoke with PayPal they told
Me abslutly not to close the dispute because if I'm closing it ericdress doesn't return the money I'm still waiting for my money I hope I get it

`First of all they make themselves look like they are in the US, they are not! They are brokers in the US for China. The item I ordered could've fit on a Barbie doll, that was the first delusion. I sent it back the next day I received it (took a month to get). I paid via PayPal but was nice and sent emails directly to them at first. It's been over 2 weeks since they rec'd the item and tracking info showing it was rec'd at their California address they gave me. They keep sending emails telling me "not to worry" and that they will credit me when logistics says they got it! Meanwhile I sent them tracking info, which they wanted ASAP as part of the conditions. After 6 emails I went thorugh Paypal as a dispute (not a claim) they refuse to answer via Paypal and ask you not to use them, BS! And they also told me to close the dispute before they would refund me. So I opened a claim. They still refuse to answer via PayPal and today lied and said I was refunded. Yeah right! I have the claim going ans have sent all emails to Paypal. You could buy the same items on aliexpress, a mall for all things from China who covers you, the vendors there DO NOT want to be kicked off the mall, so they do the right thing.
Had i known it was coming from China I would've used aliexpress instead.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RETURN ADDRESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT. WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED THERE WERE NO PAPERS WITH IT, NO RETURN ADDRESS. I KNOW I DID NOT ORDER FROM CHINA. THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL, BUT OF COURSE IT IS FROM CHINA. ALL I WANT IS TO RETURN PART OF MY ORDER. I GUESS WE HAVE TO SUCK UP THE LOSS, NOT THEM. I HAD SOME OTHER ITEMS I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ORDERED, BUT NOT NOW. IF YOU LOOK ON GOGLE YOU WILL SEE AT LEAST 50 RETURN PROBLEMS, OR SHOULD I SAY NO RETURN PROBLEMS.

I placed an order with EricDress for a dress on April 17,2015 for a wedding that I had to attend on May 17,2015. A couple of days after I placed the order, I asked to cancel my order and to have my money refunded, since the item was not yet shipped. EricDress stated that they could ONLY refund 50% of my money... which was not fair considering that I ordered a standard size and NOTHING was custom made. I did not want to loose my money so I decided to keep the order and hoped that it would come in time for the wedding. The dress came 5 days before the wedding. And was the WRONG size. I ordered a size 6 because according to their size chart that was my size... and they made it for a size 4. I could not fit into the dress, so I had to go get it altered. The alterations cost me over 100$. Close to the actual price of the dress itself. I want my money back because this is unacceptable, not only did I receive the WRONG size but they initially did not allow me to just cancel the order with a full refund. HORRIBLE company, will definitely never shop with them again and hope no one else does. Customer service is awful. EXTREMELY unhappy.

Also. I placed an order for a bathing suit. According to their size chart I was a Medium. Bathing suit was extremely small and petite size and did not match their description. WASTE OF MONEY!

If I could rate this company with 0 stars, i would. I placed an order for 4 different colors of this headband in Februarary. They couldnt even ship 1 of the items until March and the other items they didnt even have in stock, so they couldnt ship them at all. They refunded me for 3 of them, but a month after they "SUPPOSEDLY" shipped the 4th one i still didnt get it. So when i asked them to refund it for me, they ignored the question and now i am having to dispute this with paypal for a refund. This company is not trustworthy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with them.

I wouldn't even give this site ANY stars! For one it gives you a delivery date... for what?! It has been going on 20 days now and I have yet to see any items that I have purchased! The customer service is inadequate... they won't give you a definite answer or tell you that they will refund your money. If you DO ask for a refund they have you jump thru so many hoops that it's not worth the time unless you spent more than $150-$200! Even then, they won't give you the full refund! This website is a scam. I read all the comments before I purchased items to check but I thought that they had so many cute clothes that I had to try it out. Thank goodness I did NOT purchase the $200+ that I wanted to spend and just tried out by purchasing two shirt/dresses! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM... THEY ARE A SCAM! I'm out the items that I purchased and the money as well. I didn't get any refund nor the shirts/dresses. They tried to say that it was the address/info I gave them! BS! They get you by asking the question: building, apt, suite, etc...(I think) I live in a house so I put building. And still no delivery!

WHAT A SCAM... I order a dress that was a xxl when it came the size wasn't anything like a xxl more like a uk 12. They are very unhelpful I wont accept a RETURN very unhappy though I was ordering from a good company via FACEBOOK.

This place is a complete joke! I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding. First of all, it took almost a month to get it and I ended up getting it the day before the wedding. I ordered a size 14 (as I know that dresses tend to run small) and what I got is more like a US size 8. My teenage daughter couldn't even get it on. Secondly, this is the most hideous dress I have ever seen. It's something that maybe an 80 year old woman would wear. Certainly not something for a 40 something mother of the bride. The customer service was a complete joke. They make it impossible to return something for a refund. They actually wanted me to take this dress to a tailor and video tape the tailor measuring it so that they could make sure it was being measured properly. It wasn't the right color either. I ordered burgundy and it ended up being red. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I'm usually diligent in reading reviews before making a purchase and unfortunately, didn't do it this time. I so wish I would have. Get the word out, this place SUCKS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!

I have been stuck with clothes that are supposed to be xxl, but once received they will only fit a child of 12y
Tried to resolve this issue with CS but they only want to give a refund of 20$ on a purchase of 107$
They also told me to sell on the itums to somebody else then (i am the buyer, not the seller), this is really poor customer service and i have raised this to a claim with paypall
Hope this can be resolved, as otherwise this will result in negative comments on social media.

I would like to summarize the issues that I am having with 2 transactions from ericdress.com:
2/7/18 - ordered dress in size 4:
I did not create an account on the ericdress.com website
I did not receive an email confirmation for my purchase, but did receive a receipt from PayPal.
I emailed *******@ericdress.com with my concerns (no receipt, no confirmation or tracking information) and requested more information - did not receive, but did receive the dress.
The dress is too big
2/11/18 - ordered the same dress in size 2:
This time I created an account on the ericdress.com website
Received an email confirmation, order number, etc.
They shipped (and I received) another size 4 dress. This dress is also too big. I have emailed *******@ericdress.com, but they insist that they sent at size 2, but that the dress is labelled incorrectly. I beg to differ as this dress is also too big.
I opened the dispute with PayPal in hopes to get ericdress to send me a size 2 dress
According to the return policy outlined here: https://www.ericdress.com/help/returning-replacement-refund-356.html#detail1 I should be able to ship the dresses back to Los Angeles, and after multiple emails asking for the CA address, and a ton of frustration, I have decided to ship the dresses back to China. I have yet to receive a refund from PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

10 weeks ago ago I bought a dress and told them I needed it urgently and they promised to ship it immediately.
- 4 weeks ago after my dress hadn't arrived I contacted them and they said they FORGOT and they'd send Priority Mail to make up for lost time
- Last week I had to open a dispute with PayPal because I still didn't have the dress
- They started e-mailing 2 days later saying the dress was being "prepared" to be shipped but I HAD TO REMOVE my dispute first, to which I said NO and then they called me at 11:39 PM!

- Later they kept insisting on me withdrawing the dispute and said they didn't have the dress anymore, so they could give me another deal IF I REMOVED the dispute.

I did not remove anything because they just took my money and never intended on sending me anything.

PayPal finally solved the case for me and I got my money back.

Now I am being harrased to remove the bad reviews I have posted in several sites.

They are a bunch of liars and thieves!

This is about the update about my first review. After i posted a complaint in this site about Ericdress they responded quickly about my issue and they gave me the tracking # for the remaining 2 dresses that didn't arrived. After months of waiting i got my package today June 23,2015 which i purchased April 7,2015. I'm so excited to open it but disappointment strikes i got only one again. I purchased 3dresses but i got only 2 dresses. I send messages in their site but they didn't reply. I PAID IN FULL BUT THEY SEND MY DRESSES IN INSTALLMENT ESTATE. DON'T BUY in ERICDRESS or else you will LOSE YOUR MONEY. Its feels like you GAMBLE, YOU FEEL THAT YOU'RE WINNING BUT IN THE END YOU ARE THE ONE WHO LOSES THE GAME. I want my money back if they cant provide the dresses i purchased. Really pissed off with their service.

I ordered my dress JUST in time to be received by the time my prom is on which is in 3weeks now. A week after I've ordered my dress I email to check in on my dress and in a very unclear email they tell me the material for the dress is out of stock.

I email back and they tell me I haven't picked the colour of the dress, when to buy a dress from any website a colour HAS to be selected. I emailed back about this and said a colour was definitely selected and since then, no reply. Via the website or via email. I tried calling and the contact number is not working. I have not given up on this dress yet, I JUST WANT TO BE CONTACTED BACK WITH THE DETAILS OF MY ORDER in hope that I receive it in the custom size, colour and material that I paid for.
