My hoodie is adorable. Love the buttons. Only problem is, it doesn't look like it does on this cute tiny little model. It looks long and it is not. It is short.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! First of all they are located in China... which is NOT readily advertised on this site. If you are an American STAY AWAY FROM ALL CHINESE ONLINE STORES! They will rip you off! I ordered 3 dresses at the beginning of December, and I did not receive it until late December. I measured myself, like they asked, and ordered the dresses 2 sizes above my measurements. The dresses came in and were too small! I tried to return them with picture proof and they refused to take them back because they feel it's not their fault. After reading some of their "customer reviews," I'm pretty sure they are writing the reviews themselves. What woman would write "this dress looks good on my plus size body?" NO American woman would write that! Plus it's near impossible to write a review on their website. I tried submitting without pictures, but it wouldn't let me. Then I tried submitting with a picture in the correct format, but it still wouldn't let me submit my review!
Here is their return policy: "Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your order! Please open and check your package once it has arrived to make sure that the products that we made meet your requirement. I order a dress 14 days ago and the dress is still processing while on the webiste is says 8-12 processing days. I NEED MY DRESS ON TIME so I have no other choice than to leave negative reviews all over the internet untill they send my dress and i receive it in good order. I emailed them but they do not reply which is very unprofessional

Don't buy clothes or nothing from this website "Eric Dress" those people/website are on China the clothes are bad cheap quality not worth a penny.
The dress look nice on the pictures I wanted and Small size. What I received: was and xtra large piece of cloth bad sewing see trough. Awfully bad quality not the color in the picture...

I ordered 2 pair of boots in January and still have not recieved my boots, they said I would have them by the 4th of Feb. Well it is now the 28th and i still have not gotten them, all these good reviews on here are B/S, NOT NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Ummm..., I'd like to share my experience here. I have got my shirt and I like it very much. No matter the color or the material, or the style. That's fantistic! Ericdress is wonderful.!

My favourite color. Soft pink, delecate appliques and beautiful pearls and sequins. Great fitting and right length. Will recommend this beautiful dress to everyone.

Brougt a pair of leather shoes for 45$, Well packed, and receive after a week. Everything run flawlessly. The shoes is made in china, the quality is good. And it is situable for my age. Well done!

I ORDERED A DRESS FROM HERE BECASE MY DAUGHTER HAD PASSED AWAY AND GIVING THE CRITERIA FROM THE FUNERAL HOME I HAD FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS. I ORDERED ON JANUARY 15TH 2022. I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE THE ORDER EXPEDITED. FUNERAL WAS 2/5/22. BEFORE THAT TIME, I HAD BEEN EMAILING THE COMPANY TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS THE PROBEM WHEN THE DRESS WAS IN STOCK AND THEY WERE ALREADY PAID. TO THIS DAY 3/5/22 I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE. THE DRESSES FINALLY ARRIVED 3/3/22 WITHOUT ANOTHER ARTICLE OF CLOTHING THAT I HAD PAID FOR. I EMAILED THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I NEEDED THE DRESSES A MONTH AGO AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY OTHER MERCHANDISE. I WANT MY REFUND AND THEY WON'T EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME AGAIN. AND ANYONE ELSE I THINK OR KNOW WHO WANTS TO VISIT THIS SITE... A TOTAL RIP OFF

I just receve this jacket and to start from my size... I'm 65kg not tall and very skinny person...
I ordered medium size and check the sizes before i order... and I was scared it will be too big for me...
Was very wrong the medium size is so small that won't fit 12 old kid...
QUALITY ZEROOOOO! Its not worth $5
You pay for the shipping only and this jacket will go in the garbadge.
I'm from Canada and in here you can get 10x better jacket for $20 don't mind i paid over 50$ CAD.
Anyhow just trying to help other not to get tricked with this nice photos they have...

PS. The jacket weight is like 50grams :) and its WINTER WARM Jacket.

UPDATE:
So they accept return or $10US refund... if i keep the jacket...
I checked with the post office and cheapest shipping return was $42 CAD
So decided not to ship as there is no point...
So i contact them again and they decide to refund $15 US and they did.

I'm one that has always shopped on line for everything. I have never experienced such horrible customer service & my DRESS. " OMG "!... I wish I could take pics of this mess they sent me. I had costume fitting & the measurements are terribly wrong. I could of brought three dresses for what I spent on this plus shipping cost. I repeatedly asked them how do I get a refund, GUESS WHAT, No Replies. Now when I was ordering my dress they would contact me back the next night. I have all my emails saved & still have the dress which I can't even wear because it too short which I put extra inches on it because I wanted it really long & I was wearing heels, my stomach area the dress flares out it won't even lay flat, My sleeves are way too short from the dress I had order from. I had recommended this website to my friends & family & then had to tell them all don't even shop wit this website, showed them the dress & they all agree with me. They would've had loyal customers with stores that they products could have been in but I just take this as A loss but I will go on every reveiw page that concerns this company & I SAY THIS OVER & OVER. Shop somewhere else. Thank God I didn't setup An account to purchase shoes from this company for my store. I would never treat my customers as this company done to me. Please stay away Ppl!... From the time I tried my dress on to the time of my event, I was totally in Love with my dress... It fitted perfectly there were not alterations needed... I LOVE MY DRESS.,

First, this company is a fraud, and offers poorly made attire, not even worthy of wearing. I ordered a jumpsuit Dec 12,2019, I received it a month later. The item was horrible, it looked like something Bozo the clown wouldn't wear. They offered to refund me $4.00 for this $30.00 item. I disputed the the offer, and requested my full refund. I also requested a return label, most reputable companies will send a return label if requested. They agreed to a full refund, however, I would have to pay 27.95 to return the item. I would be a fool to do that, and Ericdress knows this, Look, don't be decieved about their clothing, it's not going to be what you order, Their clothing is cheap, ugly, and look like cramp. I would wear this jumpsuit outdoors. These people are crooks, and misrepresent their clothing, which is fraud.
Please review attached photos: the first 3 pic are the actual jumpsuit I received, and the last 2 are from ericdress website.

DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY TO ERICDRESS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If you get your item from Ericdress, it will likely be pitiful and unwearable unless you are Bozo on drug. I am shocked that PayPal allows customers to go through this with this company. PayPal should do better.

I did not get my order of 2 men's shirts for boyfriend! No response from customer service for weeks. It's been over 30 days.

I got two dresses and they look just like on the website. Made really good and great prices. Shipping was fast. Will be using them again.
