Dear Ericdress, My dress came today. OH MY GOD it's beautiful! I'm stunned. I'm over the moon. Your seamstresses are really good. I sew professionally at times, so I can understand the hard work and the hours they put in. The detail and perfect seams even at difficult spots! Thank you for handling my utter anxiety, thank you for shipping so quickly. Your company answered me everytime. That alone was very reassuring. This is amazing quality at a perfect price. This dress was worth every single penny! Your customer service reps are professional under pressure and face very timely responses to questions. Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I was taken for a ride...not a free one! My P.O. Is *******133505920
Not a bad review writer, just want people to be aware that I ordered an online wedding dress. (yes... against my better judgement) hoping this cute little dress would just magically be perfect. Received the dress timely, and to my surprise... It had an entirely different FRONT piece than pictured online. We tried to see if we could make it work... simply can not. I contacted chat support for return instructions and I got this: We are terribly sorry to hear that. If we give 20% of the item value back, will you keep the dress? Or would you like to exchange it? For regarding occasion dresses, We can accept your return anyway. But according to our regulations, you need to pay return shipping cost. When we receive it, we can refund you part of product fee. Because we are a special custom made company and have no stock, even for standard size.We just finished this dress for your request, we are not going to sell it again after receiving it back. That's why the processing time is 8-12 days. So we only could offer partial refund, because they can not be reselled. Fair enough, how much is partial refund I ask? If you keep the dress, we ll refund 20 dollars... if you return it, we ll refund 50 dollars. I paid $130 for it, so I said okay I'll return it for $50. Then she dropped: you need to return it to china, and the return shipping is paid by the buyer too. So I said just give me the $20. Returning is a nightmare with this place. Absolutely no cares. Absolutely have a dress that wasn't what I ordered. Not normally my style to order online and I never will again! *The sizing was accurate* The pictured product, not even close.It's hard to deal with companies that have no customer rapport. Just be careful.

Whatever you do, please don't buy from these people. I ordered a dress on January 17th for a function that is taking place on the 28th of this month. Guess what, that dress was still processing, as of February 17th. I called the numbers and emailed them on several occasions and wasn't able to get through via phone! (The line was not in service) They were very responsive via email with information assuring me that I would receive my dress on time. (that never happened) Finally I sent them an email requesting my money back, in full, and for them to don't even bother sending the dress on top of me disputing my transaction via PayPal. Through PayPay i was able to get a response, but the response was that they ask me to close the dispute and let them send the merchandise. Being angry, I told them NO and don't send the dress because if they do I will refuse the delivery with the hopes of getting a full refund. After fighting with them for a few days, they finally refunded me my money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!
