Do not use this vendor. I ordered shoes in Feb 2020. Received a notice in May 2020 of shipment. Received the item 7/24/2020! Then the item was such poor quality. The sandal straps were not tight, the heel did not fit. I requested a refund. It is NOT a size problem, but quality. The material is plastic. They pushed back to send pictures which I did. They said "Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the size problem.
Actually our size standard cannot be the same as yours since our customers are worldwide. So we
Offer size chart for every single item on the item page as customers' reference.
Can we exchange a new size or other items?
Or is it possible you keep the item, we can offer $ 8 as discount?
As if you only return for refund, you need to bear the shipping cost, it is not worthy to you"

I have made two purchases on ericdress.com and no problems encountered. Both items (a pair of shoes and a business style dress) were as described and arrived on time. Not cheap but not too expensive so I'm happy to recommend.

Although am a gay, I do also shop here coz some stuff fits me. The reasons I do so is to minimize discrimination shopping in the mall. Back in my country unisex are respected but here! Thanks to Ericdress. I could not have had any other better experience elsewhere. I am confident also with the process because they always make me satisfied.

I placed an order over a month and a half ago. Order tracking shows that the last update was two weeks ago, most of the tracking info is not in English. I have emailed them several times, sometimes they respond, other times they don't. I still have not received my package. Needless to say I will not order from Ericdress again. I also want people to know about my experience and think before buying anything from this company.

They are a FAKE website. You will NOT get your products! If you ordered from them, file a complaint with your banks and you should get your money back. Don't let them scare you that you won't get your money back. I ordered something and paid extra for 2 day shipping, which NEVER came. It kept saying "preparing." I also read in other reviews that the material of the dresses/clothes are cheap looking. Don't trust them.

As so many others have stated here, the materials and design of the clothes are not only cheap and tacky, the sizes are WAY off for Western standards. Seems impossible to return items, and if you want to, they charge a fortune in mailing! Go to a trusted and known site and order, these guys are scammers and wont be around long!

Customer service is about the worst I have ever encountered. If you should buy something beware returns and refunds dont exist. I asked to send something back and was told it would cost more that the $100 I paid for my item and to give away and buy something else at a great discounted rate! Seriously! What a joke. I am still working through Paypal for my money back and they can have their coat! It was not worth the money to begin with.

WARNING-horrible quality! Horrible chemical smell! VERY cheaply made! Save your money and buy clothes somewhere else! Very frustrated with their customer service and return policy, still working on getting a refund from them, will be making a lawsuit in case of not getting it. BEWARE!

While looking online for an evening party dress I needed this company or a resembling company but had never been lucky. Once I got here I found out they had the exact design I was looking for here. They were easy to order from. I got a confirmation email when I ordered and another when it shipped. It came within the time frame they had predicted. I even got a hand written note thanking me for ordering and a 10 bucks coupon code which am yet to use. I'll be checking their stocks first when ordering anything online.

It was wonderful to work with the site and its staff! They were so helpful and patient with my many confusing choices and helped me settle at some design! The site furthermore produced an amazing work of art that totally stands out! Their attentions to detail and the craftsmanship is top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I order on 12/11/15, I got it more than a month later. All the clothes don't have any quality and are very very small, I got large sizes and it only my 12 year old daughter could try it, and she didn't liked. I returned items, payed for mail because it's shipped to China. It was expensive. They asked me to delete he bad experience review I had, and told me the were going to refund $65, I never got it. They keep sending emails asking me to talk to my bank. So I did! My bank told me it is a scam. Please don't it anything with Eric, what they are is a untruthful company and have no respect for costumes. I will open a clam and hope I see my money back! And I won't delete any reviews. Ericdress has great sales, otherwise they're a little slow for me. There clothing is great quality. Their end of season sales are the best of any site. I have a pair of athletic pants I've worn for 3 years and they still look great. I have always been please with my purchases and if not, they cheerfully refund you.

I normally wear a women's small but thought I better go with a medium just to be safe. It fits like an XS. Both tops and one dress all were too small. Now it is a nightmare trying to return them. I should have read the reviews!

This is one classy top! I'm very pleased with the entire purchase, from the quality of the merchandise to the purchasing and delivery process. After reading online reviews on other websites I was very skeptical and figured I would take the chance by purchasing only one low priced item and cut my losses if it was a negative experience, I definitely hit the jackpot!

I bought a t-length prom dress for my daughters prom. We saw the same dress in a street shop but on your website it was over half price cheaper. I was a bit hesitant as you never know when purchasing online. The clothes looked exactly like on the website after having them ironed. Money well spent! I'm excited to explore the casual wear for my next purchase!

This is a scam website! Never order anything from it. I ordered something early in May, till this day, I never received my order. Tried to contact them, but they keep telling stories. Service agents keep changing their names and you have to explain your case all the time. They are a NIGHTMARE to deal it.

I asked for assistance and the staff were fantastic. Made ordering easier and made me feel more at ease about placing an order online. So looking forward to my gown arriving. Fingers crossed it fits me and looks great. Its for my daughters wedding so it must be just right.

Have been waiting 6 days now for an order to simply move from "processing" even though I paid extra for an expedited shipping. My email has yet to be answered I regards to this issue. Reading other reviews, I'm now also worried about the quality... if my order actually comes.

I found the website very easy to use. Description of each item was very clear. Plenty of styles and colours to select from. Website will also show you stock availability of the colours and sizes you want. Shipping took about a week (including weekends). Package arrived undamaged. The product met my expectations. Apart from the order confirmation email, there were no other emails to notify me of the progress of delivery/location of parcel. Still a good website and experience.
