I would like to know why ericdress.com continually advertises for free shipping but when you go to check out the option is never available. I took the time to order extra items the first time on the site because it stated that if I spent a little over $14 more my order would qualify for free shipping. However when it came to check out it charged shipping anyway. I contacted customer service who said they would place the order for me or click on a link. I did so and re-ordered everything. Then it charged me even more. I wrote again and this time the customer rep told me that free shipping was over. I sent her the email--still got the same stiff generated reply back. I told them to cancel out the order since it was not paid yet. Then today I see free shipping on the side of my Facebook page. I decide to give them another try. Should you have to guess what happened? The same thing all over again. This is really some poor customer service and bordering on false advertisement.

Truly, this is a 5 star evening dress. I wore it to an all "White Affair" and this dress was very well received. So many compliments. I ordered it custom as I am 6'2" and asked about lead times BEFORE I purchased. Truly, if you have the time, this dress was ordered and mailed to me within 3 weeks - expedited shipping! Great experience. Will order again. Thank you.

I have had very good experience of shopping at ericdress. I am very satisfied with my dresses. Just need a little patience to receive your order. The material and quality of dresses are really nice. Will shop again and highly recommend to others

I wish I would have read some of the reviews. Many talked about cheap material. And others like mine where they stole your money. It has been 2 months since I ordered 2 dresses more than 100 dollars. And have not received anything. I needed the dress for a party 2 weeks ago. And no money or dress.

Paid $56 for a $30 dress that included expedited shipping in an 8 day turnaround. It's been 10 days. What's crazy is, they authorized my account for an ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OF $2! Thieves. No dress or reply to any of my messages. I'm just glad I didn't spend more. Luckily, I have time to rebound..

This place is wonderful! Customer service is so friendly and easy to work with! Ordering was a breeze and the products are gorgeous! I will definitely be working with this company again they were awesome!

I ordered from this company and was given three #'s so I could track the purchase. None of the tracking or order numbers could be found, and now I can't access the web page for some unexplained reason. O also paid extra for expedited shipping... nothing was expedited except for my money leaving my account. Trying to get a refund now... and I won't give up until I do. That's my money.

I decided to choose ericdress.com to buy a dress for my senior prom. I'm now in college and to this day I never received a dress and didn't even receive my money back. It still says that on April 4th of 2014 the dress had begun to be prepared for me and that was clearly a blatant lie. This site managed to scam me out of over a hundred dollars so please, PLEASE stay away from it. It isn't worth the trouble.

I purchased a suit here for my sisters wedding 2 months ahead of time. I had lost my suit in the process of moving so I needed one quickly. I ordered from Eric Dress. It never got to me, I was charged anyways through paypal and the date they claimed it was delivered was after the wedding. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give them zero stars! When my dress arrived it smelled like fish and definitely did not look like the picture. After trying it on I broke out in a massive rash! I purchased the dress for a wedding and they would not give my money back. It's states on the website that they are located in London, but the package arrived from China. Please do not buy from these scam artists. Worst experience of my life.

I paid $25 to ship a pair of shoes that were $36 The estimated shipping is stated as 5 to 12 days. The shoes were for my daughter's homecoming 21 days from when I ordered them. They did not arrive in time I received the shoes after 26 days. That is more than twice the amount of time stated on their website.

I ordered a coat and a top both medium. The top fits me but is really poor quality. The coat doesn't fit and barely fits my 12 year old niece. Their returns policy is designed to ensure that it costs you much more to return the item than to just keep the rubbish that they have sent. Terrible, terrible company. Their awful reviews are well justified, I wish I'd paid attention to the reviews.

I purchased a wig from them and they sent me the wrong color. Also, the wig was extremely poorly made. (Took over 2 months to receive it). I went back and forth with them via email and got no where. I wanted to return it and they tried to convince me that I had ordered the wrong color. I even sent them proof of what I ordered and they just brushed it off. The wig and it's color is so bad, that I will donate it to Good Will for someone to use for Halloween or a costume party. (The pic samples almost look like pictures of people with real hair). I'm no expert but I have 5 synthetic wigs and know how to judge quality of synthetic wigs from the inexpensive to expense. This wig they sent me is so bad that it can't even be in the class of the mainstream market of the most inexpensive wigs. I don't know about the quality of their cloths, but, WARNING, their wigs are absolutely junk.

Don't EVER BUY anything from this FAKE overseas company! I Ordered a jacket with a fur collar in 3 sizes higher than my size. It took 2 months for me to receive my order. The jacket came in a size for a 5 year old. I'm not stupid! They know adult Americans are not that tiny! They need to stop with all the fake advertising.

It seems that ericdress has a good variety of dresses I shop online. I have been waiting 3 days to get my new dress. When the package got my home, I was excited by the fast delivery. The quality is fine. So far everything is good.

I received my order from ericdress with the free offer gift included, offer is sent as advertised the dress looks wonderful they never missed a detail, tracking code is updated till the delivery moment with the shipping carrier. I figured I can review today, so happy walking to my event tonight :)

These are fantastic! I bought all the colors! These are so warm and comfortable. My only complaint would be that I do wish they made a larger size. The one-size-fits-all does stretch to fit, but becomes slightly transparent over the butt and thighs which is where I want them to be opaque.

Love ericdress! If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase, you can return with no questions asked! Also if there was a mistake on their part they will either give you a gift card or send you out a new item. That is great customer service!

Once I understood their sizing chart, which is a bit different from the western countries chart, I have had a smooth time buying what can fit me. I am a regular buyer because I know what size I am and when I buy they ship it right to my door step well customized. Saved a lot of bucks as well.
