I noticed I had been using some bangle more often. I decided to buy a new one. Buying a single piece is not an economical approach. I made up my mind to buy a dress, two rhinestone bangles and a pair of earings. The total cost earned me a free shipping. I am very happy because the quality was met for all my orders.

I have done a lot of shopping at Ericdress.com. There clothing is priced very cheap, but is still made of good quality. The jewelry is unique and beautiful, and well made, and also for a cheap price! The quality on the purses is close to that of a purse you would buy from Forever21 or a store at the mall, and yet, also cheaply priced! I have also bought some of their hair accessories and they are better than what I could get at the store, and again for half of what you would pay in a store. The shipping is not ideal, but because I am international, I understand that it takes time for it to be delivered to me. Any questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner and has had the information I needed. I have told so many people about this website and I will continue to do so, and also to shop there. It is one of my absolute favorite sites! Thank you Ericdress!

I bought three dresses and few tops from ericdress. To start with, i was really scared after ordering few cheap dresses. The items took little while for delivery but yes, the wait is worth. I have given 4 stars and not five stars because there was one item that i have ordered and for what so ever reason, till date i have not recieved it. Its a little hard to get hold of online rep, but you can always email them and you will get a reply within 24 hours. In short, i am happy with the quality of the products i purchased till date and the price is very cheap. But if you order some item which is best selling/hot, then yes you have to wait longer or may be cancel the order. I would definitely recommend buying from ericdress their products are too good for the price you pay. Thank you Ericdress.:-)

I ordered a black and white dress which was for a family event. Although it took some while to arrive it was well worth the wait. It is absolutely beautiful, fits like a dream and looks much more expensive than what I paid for it. Would highly recommend to others and very happy with the item.

I am so pleased with the dress I received from you. I was very hesitant to order online, but after contacting the designer who recommended this site I felt a bit more confident. Ordering was very simple as I was walked through the process on the live chat by a very nice and kind staff member.

Do not buy from Ericdress! The quality of the clothing is terrible, the sizes are completely inaccurate, and the customer service is even worse! They claim they have a return policy but conveniently don't respond to emails until you are "outside of the return window". Do not shop here or you will be wasting your money.

I am still trying to get the missing beads and asked to be sent some, the reply is to keep offering me more money so far it's $13. They still have the sandals in stock so why can't they take them off one pair and send me them, they say it's more expensive to send me them but it can't be more than the $13. I will NEVER buy anything from ericdress again.

Although I had a few problems when I ordered from ericdress.com I am happy with the clothing I finally did receive. The wait time for my orders ( I am in Australia) was quite long and caused me some anxiety. So please be prepared to wait when you order from this site.The other problem I had was that one of my parcels was delivered to the wrong Post Office. Also one of the items I ordered was out of stock and I had to reorder a different jacket, but I am very happy with the jacket I finally did receive. Another of my items was lost in transit and ericdress.com are yet to refund me for this item. Also be careful when choosing your size on ericdress.com as the sizes run very small. I am a small size 8 (sometimes a 6) in Australian sizing and I ordered a size L on all my items (jackets), but even some of the Size L is a little small for me.

I ordered a dress from EricDress in a standard US size 6. The dress arrived and the waist size fit my 15 year old, size 2 daughter. The chest, however, was massive. When I tried to return the dress they company told me they would only refund $50, and I had to send the dress back to China. Their online return information does not state this, and is very misleading. So DO NOT buy from this company. You will get screwed.

Long story short. Ordered a blazer from the site, paid extra for expedited delivery. Blazer never made to the address I provided back in early May. Here it is June and their telling me to call DHL and find my package. You freaking find it! I paid to have my box delivered to my door. I was promised a delivery date, still ain't got it and they don't honor refunds. I'm calling the BBB and reporting these jive turkey suckas!

I ordered a clutch to use with my dress for my son's wedding. It took 6 weeks for the purse to arrive, which was too late for me to use it and it was the wrong color. After much back and forth with customer service, I finally got the address to send my item back to in order to get a refund, but the address was in China and it was going to cost $16 to ship it back with no guarantee that it would ever even be received. I contacted customer service to see if there was an address in the U.S. to use for a return, but they said there was not. Not good customer service at all, so if there is any chance that what you purchase from EricDress might need to be returned, you had better not buy it because you will be stuck with it!

I decided to add another item to my order right after I placed the order, but didn't find a cancel tab, so I sent an email to the customer care but haven't heard of them after 2 days yet!
They don't check their email! That's what I can tell for sure!

They are a scam. They're a company in China that steal other designer's photos and put it on their website. And they just send you a terrible cheap knock off, of another designer's product. Complete trash.

Well i ordered on 14. 8. 2014 payment was submitted succesfully. It says on the website under my orders it was delivered but i did not get anything yet. They also gave me a Tracking number for the Items. Only, when i click on it nothing happens... not working! Lets see if this still comes...

I got wonderful boots! They really look like real fur - and are toasty warm. I have mobility issues (arthritis) and not only do the boots fit well (with or without socks) but also have nice secure footing. I recommend them highly

I would rate this a zero if only it would allow me to. The customer service writes unintelligible responses, they do not respond to your questions, they take forever to respond whenever the message you send is not in their favor, the only form of contact for US customers is via email (which as I already mentioned is horribly unreliable). It has been since Nov 27th since I have last heard from them. If this ever gets resolved, I do not see ever purchasing from this site in my future. This is by far, the worst treatment and most untimely treatment I have ever received.

The dress is of high quality and very beautiful. I would recommend to order at least one waist size larger because it comes out very small. I assume this is because the material has multiple/thick layers taking up lots of space and room to breathe. It is slightly too small for me but I can still wear it.

I wish I had found this site earlier. I ordered a bag on 10/22/14 and expected it to arrive at 10/29/14 as they had promised. Somehow there was a slight delay and came in a day after. I am happy the customer service was responsive. And when they were offline I would get a response in 24 hours.

I ordered a dress from Eric Dress 2 months ago for a wedding, and even paid for expidited shipping and 2 months later still no dress. The company is out of China, has no contact number and I'm fighting illegal charges that were put on my credit card. Don't order... Scam Company! I would give them a zero rating if I could. Shop on legit sites like Macy's or Amazon not Eric Dress.

I ordered Multi Color Long Sleeve Asymmetrical Hem Knitwears(*******) which says one size. That one size should have said SMALL. It won't go on. The quality is poor and I could have found better at a discount store.
When I asked to return, I was asked to order more and they would give me a discount. Basically, because of shipping costs (you have to pay shipping both ways) it is not worth it to return. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

My experience is worth sharing. The site did a mistake while shipping therefore I got the dress, wrong size, color and fit. I contacted them immediately, took pictures and sent. I got a shipping refund to my paypal. I returned it to address specified after they had approved my pictures. Finally I had two options, request for a refund or re-order my dress. Since it was just an ordinary office dress, I re-ordered it. The second time it came with my exact specifications.

Ok, i bought like 1 dress and 2 t-shirts from ericdress. The clothes are worth the price. The shipping is very fast, only takes 4 days. I have also communicate with the customers serivce from ericdress, they respond quickly, within few hours. The dress is sexy. Only 1 t-shirt is a little bit too small for me. I have give it to my sister. Anyway. I think i will order some school clothes this december.

Quality fabric. I would have loved to wear the sleeves both below the shoulder tip and slightly above the shoulder tip but it wears and lays best as seen in image. Excellent fit. I ordered a size 2 and needed no alterations. Love it and I received it a couple days earlier than expected. I look forward to "event day"!
